    I was on my back and Darius was over me. We were still breathing heavily. Darius''s lips traveled from


    my lips to my neck. I couldn''t help but moan from his touch.


    Darius had his arms on each side of me and I moved my hands over them, they were huge and I could


    feel all the muscles. I ced my hands behind his neck and pulled him closer to me. He moved from


    my neck to my jaw.


    "Do you trust me?" He mumbled against my jaw.


    "Yes I do." I stuttered back to him.


    He got up, so he could sit on his knees. I started to get up but he just shook his head and Iid back

    Darius POV


    "Are you okay?" I asked her with heavy breath. I just got a nod from her as an answer to my question.


    Maybe she will let me mate with her now that I can give her a taste of what I can give her.

    starting to panic. I pulled her into a hug trying to calm her down.


    "Don''t worry, I will not let theme anywhere near you. You have to stay here while I go and deal with


    them." I said to her before I helped her to move off me and I got up to walk out the door. In the hall I


    met up with James and he was nervous, he knew until Aleera was better there were only three people


    that were allowed on this floor even if he was second inmand.


    We rushed down the stairs and out the front door where we met up with the other pack members.


    "Some of you need to stay here to protect the women, children, and the elders." I said using my alpha


    voice. Some of them nodded their heads and stood guard in front of the packhouse. I saw James''s


    mate, Nicole, making sure all the others got safely in the packhouse while I made sure that I had half of


    the pack with me and the other half staying back to protect the remaining pack members.


    I and the others ran to the front line of the forest and we sifted one after another while we ran to the


    border. I felt that Xander wanted to take over and protect what he held dear. His pack and his luna.


    All the wolves that were running with me towards the border were different colors. Some were light


    brown, some a bit darker brown, and some red. Only a handful of my pack members were silver. It took


    us around 5 minutes to get to the border.


    ''Where did you catch the fragment of the smell from Moonlit?'' I asked through the pack link when we


    had arrived.


    ''It was over there that we caught the scent.'' One of the warriors guarding the border tonight said


    through the mind link.


    I looked at James.


    ''James get more people on guard. We can''t let this pass.''


    ''Of course not. I will have more people guarding our territory.'' James answers back.


    I put my nose up in the air to be able to get a whiff of the scent, it was there but weak. It led away from


    our pack grounds or so I thought.


    When we all heard ear piercing screams from the direction of our packhouse and we all turned heading


    back full speed to protect the rest of our pack.
