"Won''t that cause a national conflict?" Dawson still seemed a little worried.
Cameron''s tone was deep. "We can''t be worried about that anymore. His Holiness has made his orders clear. Besides, he can handle the problems regarding the conflict. We just have to do our part and stop them from killing our fellow believers as they please."
Dawson nodded. Just then, a man from the opposite side walked over and
shouted, "My name is Captain Simu of the Scorpion Army. Which one of you is the leader here?"
Cameron came forward. Both men stood across each other, separated by nothing but barbed wire. Cameron called out, "I am Captain Cameron Sharpe of the me Dragon Lord Church Militia. Is anything the matter?"
"You killed our people. Surrender now, or we shall kill all of you," Simu shouted.
Cameron smirked. "Your men fired first, and they killed believers of our church. Who are you to say that we have killed your people?"
"They are criminals of Terya, and deserve to be shot on sight," Simu roared.
Cameron refused to back down either. "They were already within Gango territory, regardless of who they were. You broke thew by firing without permission. This could lead to a war between our countries."
"A war?" Simu burst outughing. "As if Gango would have the guts to go to war against us!"
Cameron''s tone was icy. "It doesn''t matter what Gango thinks. We shall not allow the ughtering of our church believers, and those murderers deserved their demise."
"How dare you! I suppose you aren''t going to surrender, then!"
A long sword appeared in Cameron''s grasp. "What do you think?"
Simu sneered, retreating slowly.
Once he had retreated within the fleet, he shouted, "Open fire!"
The soldiers of the Scorpion Army fired at full st in the opposite direction.
Bullets filled the air, the thunderous sounds sending chills down everyone''s spines.
"Get down!" Cameron shouted. The church militiay on the ground at once, but Cameron charged over brandishing his sword.
A cultivator of peak Ambience level was still a considerably terrifying threat to regr mortals.
Cameron wove through the sea of bullets, his figure morphing as he moved.
He crossed the border in the blink of an eye, leaping high into the air beforending in the enemy fleet.
The air within the fleet rang with the whistle of his sword at once, followed by cries of agony.
Cameron wielded his sword, beginning to make his way through the fleet of vehicles.
He darted from one end to another, using the cars to shield himself throughout. A good number of soldiers of the Scorpion Army soon fell to the ground.
Within a matter of seconds, the fleet had broken out into chaos as the gunfire began to dwindle.
Dawson crawled to his feet, pping with a huge grin on his face.
As someone at the Ambience level, no regr mortal would be a threat against them, not even if they were armed.
Amidst Cameron''s massacre, a broad, muscr figure d in armor and wielding a cross sword appeared in his path.
An overwhelming wave of spiritual pressure surged out, making Cameron widen his eyes in shock.
There was a cross carved into the chest te of the armor the man was wearing.
"You''re one of the Church of Holy Illuminati''s holy warriors," Cameron said, gritting his teeth.
The warrior smirked. "You''ve got that much right."
"Take this!" Cameron roared, channeling all the spiritual energy in his body to bring the sword down harshly on the warrior.
The move seemed to be Cameron''s ultimate attack, with enough power to split a boulder in half.
Cameron knew that this warrior would be extremely powerful and did not let up in the slightest.
However, the warrior barely even moved.
Cameron''s attacknded against the warrior''s armor, the collision drawing sparks. The warrior waspletely unharmed.
Cameron stared in disbelief.
He had put all his power into the attack, but it had not even made a dent in the enemy''s armor. What was that armor even made of?
Just then, the holy warrior shed an icy smile before swinging his sword over.
