Without a word, Elion walked out of the ward followed by Henry. Seeing that he was going towards the car, he hurried and opened the car door and he got in. After closing the door, he sat on the driver’s seat and sped up. In less than no time, they arrived at the vi and Elion sat on one of the sofas in the living room in a state of frustration. After sitting without a word for a long time, he finally made up his mind and asked Henry to call for E. In hesitation, Henry went to the back corridor and met E who was fast asleep in aplete state of loneliness and abandonment. After waking her up, she quietly followed Henry to the Living room. As they got in, Elion didn’t look at her direction but ordered indifferently as he bypassed her and walked outside.


    “Follow me.”


    Without a word and like an obedient dog, she followed them to the car that was parked just by the door. Everyone got into the car and she remained standing because she didn’t know whether she was supposed to be in the car with them or not and if yes, she didn’t know whether she was supposed to sit on the seat next to the driver’s seat or on the passenger seat beside Elion. Looking at the girl rooted on one spot, Elion became very impatient and furious. With a tone he has never used in front of E, he yelled at her with so much anger.


    “Are you mad? Who do you think you are to keep me waiting? If anything happens to Liza, I will use you to make tomato paste. Get into the car you fool.”


    E was shocked to the core to be scolded like a child over what she knew nothing about. When she was about opening the front door, Elion shouted again.


    “Who do you think you are to sit in the front seat?”


    Hearing this, E quickly shut the door and opened the car door behind and was almost stepping in when she was greeted with another warning again.


    “Who do you think you are to share a seat with me? Get to the boot.”


    Henry was stunned after hearing the instruction but knowing his boss wasn’t in a good mood, he quietly pressed a button and the boot opened. E went to the boot and got into it and Henry closed it again. She didn’t realise how long they had gone when the car suddenly came to a stop and the boot opened. She came down from the boot and watched the boot closed again. Elion bypassed her and she hurried behind him Like a sheep being dragged to be ughtered. As soon as they went into Liza’s ward, Liza and Maya were stunned to see Elioning in with E followed by Henry.


    “Elion, I thought you abandoned me to die. Thank you for saving my life. In my whole life and even in my next life, I will serve and obey you”.


    Liza thanked him with tears in her eyes and E, who wasn’t aware of what was happening, looked at the pale Liza and couldn’t help but have sympathy for her.


    “Miss Liza, I pray you recover soon.”


    Lizapletely ignored her while Maya ran out for the doctor and in less than two minutes, she returned with the doctor. The doctor took E by hand to run a series of tests on her. When he was done, he returned with E to Liza’s ward and met with worried faces. He smiled and spoke in assurance.


    “She’s a good march for Liza so she’s going to be the donor.”


    E was stunned when she heard the word donor and couldn’t help but ask.


    “Doctor, what do you mean by donor? What am I donating to Liza?”


    “Didn’t you just wish Liza a quick recovery just now? So in order to make that happen, you will be donating one of your kidneys to Li…” Maya said sarcastically.


    Turning to Elion, E knelt down and started begging for mercy.


    “Young Master Elion, please have mercy on me. I don’t want to die please. Please don’t remove my kidney.”


    “So Liza should die just because you don’t want your kidney to be removed? I bought you E with money and will use you anyhow I want.”


    Elion told her in a serious tone.


    “Sir Henry, please beg Master Elion to have mercy on me, please sir.”


    E pleaded crying out loud like a child but Elion ignored her and the doctor and Henry dragged her into the theatre. They forcefully carried her and ced her on the operating table and tied her hands and legs before they injected her with anaesthesia.


    After about 2 hours, the right kidney was sessfully removed and E was taken to Liza’s ward andid on the other bed. Liza was then taken to the theatre while E was still unconscious.


    Around 7:00 AM the next morning, Elion came in followed by Henry and The Butler holding a food sk. They looked at Maya gently feeding Liza with a well nourished soup and looked at E who was lying on the bed with a pale face and cracked lips butpletely ignored her as though she didn’t exist and all his attention was tilted towards Liza.


    “How are you feeling now Liza? I am happy to see you eating already.”


    Elion asked with so much concern and didn’t even turn to look at E.


    “Thank you Elion. It’s all thanks to you. If you didn’t donate your cleaner’s kidney to me, I might be dead by now or I might just be a day closer to my grave”. Liza said with so much affection.


    “Miss Liza, since you are eating already, I will preserve this food for you to eatter.”

    “E, why are you trying to kill my appetite? Can’t you just wait first for me to finish eating and if there’s still some food left, you will have it but for now, please stay quiet. The food is not running.”


    “Liza said with so much irritation.


    Miss Liza is right E. The food isn’t running so be calm.”


    The Butler spoke out angrily.


    “Does anyone here look like your chef?”


    Elion asked angrily leaving E stunned by his level of heartlessness and she couldn’t help but ask in tears.


    “Master Elion, I have donated my precious kidney to your fiance yet, a te of food is too much for me to ask?”


    Elion didn’t understand the feeling he had towards E. He didn’t know if it was hatred, resentment or empathy but he suppressed the feeling and took a few steps towards E’s bed and gave her a hard p leaving everyone stunned. E cried out loud and cursed him with everything in her.


    “I hate you Master Elion. I hate everything about you. You are nice to everyone except me. What did I ever do wrong to you? You hate me just because of things my husband told you which are not true. You have made me a ve in your house and in yourpany and now, you are using some parts of my body as spare parts for your lover and you are still beating me over it. Why don’t you just kill me instead. Why does everyone hate me so much? What did I ever do wrong to the universe? Even if it’s because I was a prostitute, am I the only prostitute in the world?”


    Lizapletely forgot that she was under pretence and jumped down from the bed and ran towards E hitting her on her stomach but thank God that E was alert and had covered her stomach on time.


    “Liza, aren’t you hurting yourself?”


    Asked Elion in shock to have witnessed the way Liza ran to E as though she felt no pain from the surgery. With the question, all eyes were on Liza and Henry became more suspicious and looked at Liza meaningfully before shifting his eyes to E who was in great pain. He took out his phone and sent a message to a strange number on whatsapp and after confirming that the message had been delivered, he deleted the message and looked at E again with a lot of empathy.
