Liza quickly waved her hands. "Don''t worry. I won''t linger."<fn97b8> Find the newest release on f?i?n?d?n?o?v?e?l?</fn97b8>

She knew how terrible Orkgate was. She had been there once and had no interest in going back.

"Go on." Fermin signaled to someone at the door, and a suitcase was wheeled in.

Liza blinked. "You packed my bags for me?"

"Orkgate isn''t my territory, but no one there would dare harm you. Still, it''s best to bring your things," Fermin replied, cing a delicate butterfly ne around her neck. "You liked the jewelry from that designer, didn''t you? This one was custom-made for you. Consider it a lucky charm. Don''t lose it, or I''ll be upset."

Liza looked down at the ne and beamed, "How did you know butterflies are my favorite? Thank you. I''ll wear it all the time."

She could hardly wait to get on a ne and check on Debra.

In Orkgate, Debra hadn''t left the Lowe Mansion all day.

Shey in bed when she was tired and ordered takeout when she was hungry.

By evening, there was a rapid knock on the door. She went downstairs to open it, only to find Liza standing there.

Behind her stood a burly bodyguard, holding a pink suitcase.

Liza threw her arms around Debra, squeezing her tight. "Are you okay? What''s going on with you and Marion?"

Debra froze, not expecting to see Liza at a time like this.

That morning, she had been thinking about how the Illuminati would react to the new situation. She had hoped to figure out their next steps after they took down Marion and split the Four Great Families.

So, she had waited all day. And yet, the person who showed up was Liza.

"I''m not with Marion anymore," she said vaguely. "As for what''s going on, I am not sure."

Her gaze shifted toward the bodyguard at the door. He was built like a tank, wearing dark sunsses. He was more like a trained mercenary than just a hired guard.

Liza noticed her staring and turned around. "Why are you still standing there? Are you nning to stay here with us? Just go."

She knew full well that the bodyguard had been sent by Fermin to keep an eye on her. With him around, she wouldn''t be able to talk freely with Debra.

"Miss," the bodyguard said calmly, "Mr. Eaton ordered me to stay close and ensure your safety. I can''t leave." "Stay close?" Liza snapped. "What, you''re gonna follow me to the bathroom too? Out!"
