    “Perhaps my initial decision was mistaken, as I didn’t realize the severity of my eye condition at first. Now, with my baby due soon, I can’t abandon him. A baby’s heart starts to form at two months and gradually bes an independent person. If I lost the baby, it would feel like I had killed my own child.”


    Looking at her swollen belly, June asked, “Do you ever regret your decision?”
