?Chapter 711:
Erick observed Daniel and Ellie inside the room, with Katharine, Kaiden, Baylee, and Marvin positioned outside the door. As Erick regained his senses, horror washed over him. How did they find this ce? How did they uncover his scheme so quickly?
“Daniel, you’re shaking,” Susanna observed. She was held so tightly by Daniel that she found it hard to breathe.
Daniel offered a bitter smile. “You’re shaking too, Susanna.”
Seeking sce, Susanna pressed her face into Daniel’s chest. Her long-held-back tears now streamed quietly, staining his shirt.
Daniel noticed his chest was damp. When he looked down, he realized Susanna, wrapped in his arms, was crying.
He gently patted her back and whispered, “I’m sorry, I should have protected you better.”
As soon as Ellie’s gazended on Erick, her view was abruptly blocked by a hand.
“Haven’t you seen enough of my body?” Kaiden’s voice cut through the tension, icy and sharp.
Ellie stood there, lost for words. Kaiden was always observant of such moments.
Then Katharine’s stern voice rang out. “Erick, get dressed ande out of the room. You bettere up with a good exnation for this.”
Genesis, alerted by themotion, hurried over, herplexion turning ghostly at the unfolding scene.
Ten minutes passed. Ellie and Baylee then guided Susanna to a different room. Initially, Ellie pondered ways to console Susanna. However, upon entering, Susanna headed straight for the bathroom, removed Daniel’s jacket, and examined herself in the mirror.
Tears were still present on Susanna’s face, yet the sadness seemed to have faded. “Susanna…”
“Ell, is Erick impotent?”

Ellie’s attempt tofort Susanna was halted abruptly. She exchanged a puzzled nce with Baylee. Both were lost as they turned their attention back to Susanna.
“I don’t have any hickeys or anything. In all the romance books I’ve read, there are always signs on the woman after sex,” Susanna exined.
Baylee was well-versed in the theories surrounding sex, though she hadn’t experienced it herself.
Susanna then looked towards the only woman among them who was married. “Do you feel any difort?” asked Ellie. Her ears blushed as she helped Susanna fix her clothes and cover her exposed skin. “Based on what I’ve been through, there are usually some marks,” she said. After all, Kaiden had left bite marks all over Ellie, simr to how a dog might.
“I’m heading to the hospital,” Susanna dered firmly.
Ellie, concerned, asked, “Are you feeling unwell?”
“No,” Susanna replied firmly. “If Erick did something to me without my consent, I’ll make sure there’s evidence to take him down. I’ll ensure he faces the consequences. But if he didn’t, then at least I’ll know for sure.”
