Chapter 134

    ?Chapter 134:

Before Theo embarked on his journey in medicine, he had quite a reputation as a young generation’s yboy. However, after pursuing a career in medicine, he turned over a new leaf and adopted a more respectable lifestyle.

“He is himself, and you are yourself.” Fearing that Theo might decline the gift, Ellie made a point to mention, “I personally designed this tie.” Upon hearing this, Theo’s interest was piqued. Suddenly, a thought struck him, and without hesitation, he epted the gift, saying, “Thank you, Ellie.”

    They had a great lunch.

In the afternoon, Theo was scheduled to deliver a lecture at a university. As he emerged and witnessed Ellie opening the door of the silver Koenigsegg parked under the awning, his expression took on a hint of subtlety.

“Ellie, your car is exquisite and… it looks familiar.”

It was a sports car so rare that only three of them existed in the world. Once heid eyes on it, he knew he would never forget it.

“It was taken out from Kaiden’s garage,” Ellie admitted candidly.

“Kaiden prioritizes his woman over his friends. I pleaded with him to sell me this car, but he declined. He treats you quite differently,” Theo sighed.

Upon hearing his teasing remarks, Ellie retrieved the car key and inquired, “Mr. Stephens, would you like to indulge your curiosity?” No man could refuse such an invitation.

Although Theo didn’t own the car, he thought it would be nice to drive it once.

From a distance, Demi observed Ellie entering the passenger side of an extravagant sports car, while a man with a towering figure slipped into the driver’s seat. Demi quickly took a photo.

“Demi, what are youughing at? What did you see?” Demi’s assistant asked in confusion.

“I find it funny that I caught someone cheating.”

That evening, Theo threw a small gathering. Only Kaiden, Jerome, and he were there.

“Kaiden, it’s just us three. Why are you still in a wheelchair?” Theo asked as Kaiden arrived.

Jerome, sipping red wine, chuckled and remarked, “Kaiden simply prefers not to walk.”

Kaiden nodded and turned to Theo. “What’s the asion?”

“Can’t I just invite you guys for some fun?” Theo replied, clutching a present from Ellie in his bag.

    Kaiden remained silent.

Once they had enjoyed some wine, Theo casually presented the delicate blue brocade box.

“Take a look at this, Kaiden.” He opened the box and slid it toward Kaiden. “What do you think?”

Inside the ck velvety a tie of dark green silk with an intricate paisley pattern. It was understated, sophisticated, and thoughtfully designed.
