?Chapter 932:
Eileen couldn’t understand why Julio wouldn’t let Dolores go. She worried that letting Dolores have his child wasn’t his true motive.
“Do you think I made the right decision?” Dolores asked.
Eileen replied, “If you’re happy, then you’ve made the right decision. In the meantime, I hope you’ll n for the future.”
Dolores’ eyes were vacant. Eileen could tell she was solely focused on having a child to save Emerson, with no other ns for the future in mind.
Moreover, if the child couldn’t save Emerson, Dolores would likely fall apart.
But at this point, who could convince her not to try and save Emerson?
Eileen had no choice but to let Dolores consider her n carefully. She stood up and headed to the ward. Emerson waved excitedly when he saw Dolores and reached out for her.
The scene was too much for Eileen, so she left after a brief stay. Before she even reached the main road, her phone rang.
The man on the phone said he was from a karaoke bar. Early that morning, a man named Mr. Ferguson had gone there to drink. He had drunk too much and still hadn’t woken up. They had called Benjamin, who had given them Eileen’s number.
Benjamin was the only person who knew Eileen was in Alverton and could help Julio.
Eileen had to go to the karaoke bar now. The ce was empty during the day. She parked her car, and a waiter took her straight to a private room.
Julio was alone in therge private room. The table was full of half-empty bottles. It looked like Julio had had a wild night, trying all sorts of drinks.

Julio was sprawled out on the sofa, and for a moment, Eileen thought he might be dead. She checked his breathing and was relieved to find he was still alive.
“Miss, we’re supposed to be closed during the day. The receptionist stayedte to wait for someone to pick him up. Maybe you should…” the waiter said awkwardly.
“Could you book a room at the hotel next door and have someone take him there?” Eileen asked. She couldn’t move Julio on her own.
The waiter quickly agreed. He ran to the hotel to get a room and then called over a few other waiters to help carry Julio there. As they carried him, Julio’s head bumped against the door frame. They dropped him onto the bed, and he started to stir.
Once the waiters were gone, Eileen sshed cold water on Julio’s face.
Julio woke up fully. He red at Eileen with bloodshot eyes. “Dolores, are you out of your mind?”
“Watch your mouth, and I’m not Dolores,” Eileen snapped, cutting him off.
Julio stared nkly for a moment, then squinted at Eileen before copsing back onto the bed. He squeezed his eyes shut, feeling the pounding in his head.
After what felt like an eternity, he propped himself up on his elbows. “Why am I here? And why are you here?”
“The people at the karaoke bar called me,” Eileen replied, crossing her arms and leaning against the wall, fixing him with a stare.
“You alive enough to function? Because I’d like to leave now.” Julio managed a weak wave of his hand. “Yeah. Go ahead. And thanks.”
