Conrad bowed to Edmund politely and exined, "Lord Edmund, I''m sure you know that anyone with a Tricorpse Beetle in their body will have to get rid of it if they want to improve their cultivation. I''ll always remember you shouting, ''This one''s for you, Buck Town!'' for the rest of my life. I respect cultivators like you who wee death with open arms, Lord Grote. Buck Town is proud to have you."


    Grote scrambled to get up, raising his ss as well. "Thank you, Lord Edmund. I''m just trying my best here."


    The two men emptied the contents of their sses, sitting back down after.


    Right after that, Lord Babbit of the Reyne family got to his feet and he looked around holding his ss. "I was cultivating in solitude during the battle and did not know about it. I''m filled with nothing but remorse to have missed out on something so important. Let me drink three sses to make up for it."


    Babbit tipped his head back, emptying the contents of his ss as everyone cheered. Following that, the servant refilled his ss another two times as he downed three sses in a row. Babbit swayed on his feet, raising his ss to the crowd before sitting down.


    Everyoneughed, breaking out into chatter once more. Conrad and Edmund exchanged a look then, and Conrad got to his feet. "I must say, this wine of Lord Edmund''s is pretty delicious. However, there''s a difference between drinking for blessings, drinking for respect, and drinking for punishment. Lord Babbit took a drink of punishment, and everyone else took a drink of respect.
