Chapter 2224

It was important to note that grace points were hard toe by, and spending ten thousand of them on a hundred years of cultivation that Wilbur was not even sure he would be able topletely absorb was a huge risk. What if he only managed to absorb ten, or twenty years out of everything? He would be making a huge loss.

Wilbur even felt like the cultivation in the Dragon Soul Essence was a special form of energy. It was not like the kind of cultivation that one practiced through hard work and effort and would disappear quickly once it was released. That meant that it would only provide a short-term boost to Wilbur''s power.

If that was the case, Wilbur did not think this essence was worth ten thousand grace points, not even if it would give him a thousand years of cultivation. However, Wilbur was now deep inside the Vicente Primeval Forest and there was no one here who could help him. He did not exactly have many options here.

Wilbur purchased one Dragon Soul Essence and watched half of the grace points in the golden hourss disappear with an ache in his chest. The next second, a timer counting down appeared behind the Dragon Soul Essence.

The timersted a minute as if the option would disappear if Wilbur did not purchase it within that time. Wilbur had even been thinking of trying the first essence out to see if he could beat the second guardian with it, then going back to buy a second essence if it worked.

After all, Wilbur could still buy some Thunder-type Healing Pills aside from the Dragon Soul Essence. The pills were a great help in restoring a cultivator''s body in a short amount of time, which would at least give Wilbur more time to fight.

Wilbur fell into a dilemma, unsure if he should purchase the Dragon Soul Essence or just stick with the Healing Pills.

If he chose the Dragon Soul Essence, he would be able to get up to a hundred years of cultivation in a matter of days, but it would disappear after he used it.

If he chose the Thunder-type Healing Pills, he would be able to restore most of his powers in a short amount of time, but his powers would not improve in the slightest, either.

Wilbur watched as the timer counted down. In thest ten seconds, he made up his mind and chose the Dragon Soul Essence. After purchasing, the option disappeared along with thest of Wilbur''s grace points.

He frowned at the screen, feeling as if these options had always been tailored for him by that old dragon. Wilbur figured that the old dragon probably did not want him going back to Tuttle Mine to get more copper ore to exchange for grace points.

After all, if there was no limit, Wilbur could very well do so and get himself up to a million grace points, then use all of it to purchase more Dragon Soul Essence. That would get him almost a hundred Dragon Soul Essences, and Wilbur would be pretty much unstoppable then.

At the very least, he would be among the top ten percent of the cultivator circle.

Wilbur recalled his time at Tuttle Mine. He had killed Buck, which meant that the mine must be unsupervised right now. If he had the chance to go back to Eweyn after leaving Seol, he could go back to the mine and get himself more copper ore. He might not be able to get the Dragon Soul Essence anymore, but there were plenty more options still. The old dragon''s options were nothing but precious, and Tuttle Mine would be a jackpot for Wilbur if he could go back for more ore.

Uponing out of his demine, Wilbur continued to wander around the forest. After searching for two days, he finally found the formation core on the left. A faint golden light shot up into the heavens from the formation core, and a man with blonde hair appeared sitting cross-legged on the ground.

An enormous metal hammer hovered in the air in front of the man, moving up and down as if it were under the man''s control. Wilbur watched on wordlessly for a

while, until the man slowly opened his eyes. "You finally showed up."

Wilbur said, "I guess Senior Josie already told you everything."

    "That''s right."
