"This isn''t your fault. The Light Warrior may have died in this dimension, but the Dark Lord survived. Maybe his power growing stronger and stronger will just be the fate of this dimension. I''ve taken a part of your power from you so that the good and evil thoughts in your body will be bnced. From now on, I hope you''ll focus on your cultivation. Once you''ve dispelled your evil thoughtspletely, you maye back to me to ask for the rest of your powers."
"Thank you, Senior Fremont."
The liquid woman bowed and thanked Fremont profusely before turning into a ck liquid that seeped into the ground and out of sight. The air shed with golden light, and Fremont disappeared out of sight as well. The eight dragon cauldrons fell from mid-air,nding next to Wilbur.
In his dream, Wilbur found himself standing on the edge of the clouds as a white dragon soared around. It let out a howl of fury, charging into him the second it saw himing closer. White light shed, and Wilbur opened his eyes.
"What... where am I?"
Wilbur got off the bed he was on, and the female shopkeeper came in with a smile on her face. "You''re finally awake! Are you hungry? I''ll make you some food now."
"You saved us all, Mister Penn."
"Yes, Mister Penn. We would have all died if it hadn''t been for you."
The townsfolk all came to visit Wilbur upon hearing that he had regained consciousness. While talking to them, Wilbur realized that he had been unconscious for three whole days. The townsfolk also told him that after Barker had been killed that day and Wilbur had fallen unconscious, there had been this brilliant golden light in the air followed by the appearance of a middle-aged man, and this man had been the one who took the liquid woman down.
Wilbur figured that the middle-aged man must be Senior Fremont, and the liquid woman was none other than Adam''s mother. Barker had been extremely powerful, and Wilbur had only been able to kill him with the dragon cauldrons. That liquid woman was definitely miles ahead of Barker in terms of power, but Senior Fremont had taken her down with ease.
This was proof that Senior Fremont had at least mastered the middle dimensionalws and even upper dimensionalws.
Adam had said that he was much more powerful than Senior Fremont, and Wilbur could not help but chuckle at the thought. Adam, at the end of the day, hardly knew a thing at all.
The truth was that Wilbur did not understand much about the Dark Tree. In fact, he did not even know of the existence of this bizarre creature before this. At the very least, it seemed like things here were now solved and his time at the Ezekiel Mine was done.
Two dayster, the shopkeeper gave Wilbur a wooden box just as he was about to leave Anderson Town. "A woman came looking for you this morning. She told me to give this wooden box to you as thanks for saving Anderson Town. To be honest, it really is all thanks to you that we were saved this time, Mister Penn." "That''s alright, it''s what I should have done in the first ce."
Wilbur opened the box and saw a piece of parchment with a map on it. However, there were nondmarks on the map to be seen aside from some basic roads, and this confused Wilbur quite a bit.
Could this map be rted to the Nine Dragon Cauldrons?
Wilbur inspected the map closely and realized that it was the map of an
underground mine. Wilbur knew Ezekiel Mine inside out after having spent three
days there, and this map clearly belonged to a different mine.
Could this be a map of Tuttle Mine?
Wilbur could not help but grow curious. If that was the case, could this map havee from Adam''s mother, the liquid woman?
