Bernard pointed at the full moon in the sky, and everyone looked up. The moon in the sky was slowly changing. An eclipse was currently happening.


    Bernard said, "Once the glow of the moon ispletely gone, the world belongs to the Shadows. The Shadow King shall be reborn from the body of his sacrifice."


    All eyes were on the moon as most of its glow was now gone, turning it into a crescent.


    Perry then said, "Get into formation, guys."


    The ck Panthers took their spot, muttering chants at the same time. The next second, a powerful wave of spirit aura exploded out of them. It took shape in the form of a gigantic ck panther, standing in front of the eight men.


    The panther looked up at the moon, letting out a loud howl. The next second, a shred of light appeared from where the moon had been fully covered.


    The eclipse was put on hold, and a faint ray of moonlight shone down on the hotel balcony. Everyone felt a weight fall off their shoulders, heaving a sigh of relief.


    "What a powerful spirit aura!"


    Everyone turned in the direction of a voice and saw a ck shadow scale up the side of the hotel before leaping onto the balcony.


    "You finally came, Shadow King." Wilbur stared at the Shadow King, who looked back at him coldly with a smirk. "So, it''s you. You might be rather powerful, but you''re still going to die with the rest of them."


    Upon saying the words, the Shadow King reached out to grab Wilbur with both arms. They stretched out rapidly, reaching Wilbur in no time as he leaped into the air to dodge the attack.


    "I''d like to see just how you''re going to get out of this this time!"


    The Shadow King bent over, putting a palm to the ground. At once, a wave of ck energy spread out on the ground. It quickly covered the entire balcony, rising above everyone''s heads and forming a barrier of space.


    Wilbur cast Illuminos, and an enormous ball of light appeared in mid-air that illuminated the space. The Shadow King nced at Wilbur silently before reaching out to the members of the ck Panthers with his right hand. At the same time, a huge ck hand reached out from the ck walls to swipe at the enormous panther.


    "Roar!"


    The panther leaped to the side, dodging the attack of the ck hand. The next second, however, the dark energy on the ground forged another hand that grabbed at the panther from below.


    The ck Panther formation was knocked askew as the panther was usurped, exploding and sending the eight men flying through the air. They spat out mouthfuls of blood as theynded on the ground, and the ground sunk once more as a powerful force began dragging them downwards.


    "I guess I wasn''t wary enough in the end," Perry said weakly.
