Could they have gone to visit Senior Fremont, and the traveling was to stop Wilbur from finding out where Fremont was?
Either way, the ck Panthers were the ones who knew the most about the Nine Dragon Cauldrons for sure. Fremont Skye was their master, to begin with, and they definitely knew where the eighth and ninth cauldrons were. How else would they protect it?
Despite Wilbur having gone against Fremont''s rules by not killing Haron and Molton as Kearson had wished, Kearson had cultivated evil sorcery and was not a good person. It was fair to say that he had deserved what happened to him.
Thus, Wilbur still held a shred of hope that Fremont might let this slide considering Kearson''s wrongdoings. Fremont was a man of honor and may not know about Kearson secretly cultivating evil sorcery behind his back.
Besides, even if Fremont refused to see Wilbur, the Nine Dragon Cauldrons would be of great use to Wilbur. Thus, Wilbur did not mind continuing his search for the cauldrons. With the support of all nine dragon cauldrons, he would never have to worry about the dragon aura in his body knocking his system askew.
Just as Wilbur was deep in thought, his phone rang with a call from La.
She sounded rather panicked. "Sir, I just found out that the ck Panthers have left the Allied States and are now making their way to Rostead."
"What? What are they doing here?"
"I don''t know about that, but they are indeed on their way now. There''s a possibility that they''reing to look for you, Sir."
"Alright."
Wilbur hung up the call and smiled. He had been nning to go look for the ck Panthers in the Allied States, only for them to show up in Rostead. This could only mean two things.
One, they were looking for him regarding the Nine Dragon Cauldrons.
Two, they were looking for Kearson and might already know about his death and the appearance of the sixth dragon cauldron.
After all, Fremont''s spirit was imprinted onto all of the dragon cauldrons. There was a possibility that Fremont had long since known about the battle on the ocean through the cauldron.
Either way, Wilbur was going to meet with the ck Panthers. He found a hotel in the capital of Terya and sat on the bed channeling his dragon aura to rest.
Wilbur realized that the greatest difference between the Dragon Move skill and the Light of Dragony in the fact that Light of Dragon would channel the dragon aura in his body automatically and be knocked askew, where one move would drain him of all his energy, whereas the Dragon Move skill drained Wilbur of his spirit energy and senses instead.
Thus, Wilbur would feel immense pain throughout his body after casting the Light of Dragon and feel drained of his spirit after executing Dragon Move.
Despite the fact that being drained of spirit energy did not cause any obvious effects on the body, Wilbur had experienced bone-deep fatigue from having that happen to him. Wilbur was certain he had never quite been this tired before and would have fallen asleep for a week straight if he had not channeled the dragon aura in his body.
This had made Wilbur realize something rather important, giving him a reality check. Although the Dragon Move was powerful, it was not to be used however he pleased, or he would lose his spirit energy and be extremely fatigued, which was honestly more dangerous than his body being in pain.
Wilbur could withstand physical pain caused to his body in the middle of a battle but having zero energy to fight nearly made it impossible to keep going.
