This filled Wilbur with despair. Just then, a shadow walked out of the darkness. This was followed by a second shadow, then a third. Within half a minute, a dozen shadows had emerged from the darkness.


    At the same time, there was a series of footstepsing from behind him. Wilbur turned around and saw another dozen shadows emerging from the darkness behind him. Now, he waspletely surrounded with nowhere to hide.


    The shadows attacked at the same time, charging at Wilbur together. Wilbur had gotten a taste of the Shadow Men''s power just now, and he was furious at the sight of these new attacks. Wilbur roared as he pushed himself off the ground, attacking relentlessly with his thunder cleaver.


    A series of de auras swished through the air, but the Shadow Men hardly seemed fazed. They reacted as if they had seen food instead, charging forward desperately.


    The de auras did nothing to the Shadow Men. Instead, their bodies absorbed the de auras as they continued to charge at Wilbur.


    Soon enough, the Shadow Men on both sides gathered. Over twenty shadows yanked and wed at Wilbur''s limbs, lifting Wilbur right into the air as they attempted to tear him to shreds. Just then, the dragon aura swimming around Wilbur took shape.


    The dragon let out a roar that filled the entire cave. The Shadow Men were reduced to dust under this immense attack, disappearing out of sight.


    Wilbur sat on the ground heavily, spitting out a mouthful of blood. He could hardly contain his rage then, wiping at the blood from his mouth. "Just kill me if you want to. Why did you have to make all that shit up to lure me in?"


    Stefan''s voice rang in Wilbur''s mind then. "I did not lie to you. You are, in fact, the chosen one. But you only have one chance, and there''s nothing I can do if you don''t take it."


    "What bullshit chance are you even talking about? You''re f*cking lying to me!"


    Wilbur spat out another mouthful of blood, the dragon aura in his body aplete mess as he had no choice but to sit up and channel it to rest. Just then, more Shadow Men appeared from the darkness on both sides, charging at Wilbur as they howled.


    Wilbur used his dragon aura over and over again to destroy the Shadow Men, and his body began to break down from the rampant dragon aura as a side effect, causing him to bleed from his orifices.


    However, more and more shadows appeared from the dark. It was as if they could not be killed off as long as there was darkness, and only the brightest of dragon aura could kill them.
