Wilbur bought a few gifts and followed the address Madam Judy gave him to Ellen''s house. He knocked on the door.


    Ellen saw that it was Wilbur and turned to close the door at once.

    Wilbur held the door open. "Madam Judy actually told me toe. I know you hate me, but what happened already happened. Besides, I..."

    Ellen let go, and Wilbur pushed the door open. He set the gift down on the floor before saying, "I''m sorry, Ellen."

    Ellen wiped the tears off her face. The truth was that she knew that Howie might be her father, but he had been a terrible one in thest twenty years. All he did was hit and yell at her and her mother.

    She walked up to Wilbur with reddened eyes, gazing at him sincerely. "Leave your cultivator circle ande live a normal life with me in Migorn for the rest of our days."


    Wilbur stared at Ellen. He had not expected her to make such a request and even felt a bit sorry for her. After all, she had done everything she could to try and sway him, but it was not her body that Wilbur was after in the first ce, and there was no way he was going to stay in Migorn for her.
