"There''s a robber in the house!"
"Help! Help!"
Lacey and Eliana screamed for help as they pushed against the door with all their might.
Of course, the two men acted faster and one of them stuck a foot between the door to stop it from closing.
Wilbur had thought that this was just a simple burry and did not n to get physical so as not to expose himself.
However, the sight of the two men going after the girls after getting caught instead of running made Wilbur dart behind the both of them, striking the men in the necks and knocking them out.
Wilbur stared as they fell to the ground, before beginning to search them. The only thing they had on them was a pistol, with nothing that could identify them at all.
What Wilbur did notice, however, was a tattoo of a hexagram on the arms and necks of both men. Beneath the tattoo were the words...
"The Holy Star shall protect all its believers. The Holy Star illuminates the universe!"
The sight of the tattoo reminded Wilbur of one of the three gangs he heard about -the Hexagram Church!
What confused Wilbur was that these guys hardly seemed like they would have to resort to robbing someone to survive. The tactical gear the two men were d in was worth a good thousand dors alone.
Unless...
Just as Wilbur was pondering about where these men could havee from, Lacey and Eliana opened the door after the silence following two loud thumps.
Lacey peered at the man with a scarf covering most of his face, searching the two knocked-out blokes on the ground. Despite knowing it was Wilbur, she still asked carefully, "Wilbur? Is that you?"
"It''s me. These might be members of the Hexagram Church. They''re all armed. Wake your mothers up and hide in my room. There are more men outside, and they might barge in if they can''t get to these two."
The two girls hurried off, and Wilbur took the earpieces off both men before dragging them into Lacey''s room and tying them up.
Right after that, Wilbur heard a noiseing from the first floor!
He went to the electrical box by the staircase and cut the fuse for the entire inn.
Wilbur hovered at the corner before the stairs, sensing how many people there were and where they were headed.
"One, two... Six!"
Atst, Wilbur was able to find out that there were six people in the group that had just entered the inn.
They moved in teams of three, searching through the first floor before heading upstairs.
If they had been in teams of two, Wilbur could have taken them down without a problem.
But each team had two people covering the front and one looking out a meter behind. They were clearly trained to do this.
If the people in the front were attacked, the guy in the back could shoot the attacker down in the blink of an eye!
