The old couple looked at Wilbur in a daze.
Wilbur said, "Don''t worry, all my friends are government officials or business bigshots. I can teach her a lesson."
Wilbur was partially angry too. He could not believe that the daughter-inw was so unreasonable that she abused her inws.
He felt like he should teach the daughter-inw and their son a lesson. He would not let the old couple die there.
The old couple were instantly overjoyed. They immediately stood and started to ramble on about their unreasonable daughter-inw.
Wilbur listened while stopping a taxi. He got into the taxi with the old couple.
They kept crying on the way there as they told Wilbur about their bossy daughter- inw and their pathetic son.
Even the driver could not stand it. He started to scold the daughter-inw too.
More than twenty minutester, the taxi arrived at the urban vige on the north side of the city.
The old couple led Wilbur to their house.
Their house was a newly-built house without much renovation, so it looked very simple.
A fat and short woman with arge face was working in the living room. She was using a sewing machine in the living room with no furniture.
There was a baby stroller next to her, and a child around three years old who was drinking milk.
The woman focused on working, so she was not looking at the people who came in.
The olddy told Wilbur, "Look, this is our daughter-inw, Carol Ziegler. She never looks at us properly."
Wilbur approached Carol and coughed. He said, "Hey."
Carol looked up.
She looked at Wilbur first before she nced at the old couple. She scoffed and continued with her work.
Wilbur frowned and asked, "Can I have a word with you?"
"I don''t know you, so why should we talk?" asked Carol without looking up.
Wilbur frowned.
The olddy instantly yelled, "Look! She always behaved like that! She has no manners towards the elderly at all."
"You''re not worthy of respect for the way you behaved. Why don''t you kill yourself instead?" scolded Carol without stopping her work.
"Look at how she behaves!" The old man squatted on the floor angrily. He kept shaking his head and sighing.
Wilbur frowned and asked, "Miss Ziegler, I''m afraid it''s inappropriate to talk to your inws like that, right?"
"Who are you? This is none of your business." Carol lowered her gaze and focused on her work. She acted like she did not want to acknowledge Wilbur.
Wilbur frowned and felt like it was inappropriate to be angry at a woman. It was their family matters, after all.
"Where''s your son?" asked Wilbur as he looked at the old couple.
The olddy yelled at that moment, "Harley! Harley! Are you still alive?"
Wilbur frowned slightly. He felt like the olddy was being rude too. He wondered why she talked to her son that way.
A man in his thirties came out.
The man looked sleepy and unenergetic.
He nced at them when he came out, and he sat next to the stroller to look at his child without saying a word.
"Look at how pathetic he is! You''re such a loser. Why do I have a son like you? What have I done to deserve this?" cried the old man on the side.
The olddy cried harder. It attracted the attention of the neighbors, and they watched themotion at their door.
Wilbur instantly felt awkward. He had never done anything like that before, nor had he experienced anything like that.
Wilbur decided to talk to the man after a while.
"What''s your name, bro?"
