Chapter 1275

The thought made Cade bark out augh. "Very well, then. We''ll wait for everyone to show up before we have our talk. Let''s settle all our disputes for good."

"Of course, of course." Daryl and Sans were all smiles.

All of a sudden, Cade switched the topic. "Two days ago, a Dashan killed one of my men. I''ve invited him here as well for a fight to avenge Sanko. Could I please request your help in case I can''t hold up during the battle, gentlemen?"

Cade looked up at the two other gang leaders with a smile.

Sans frowned, but Daryl barked out augh. "Of course."

    Cade smiled, saying nothing more.

He had decided he was going to use Wilbur to show off his skills.

Yes, Cade was going to take care of Wilbur and get a good amount of money out of him, as well as let Daryl and Sans know just who was boss around here.

Just then, someone announced at the door, "Mayor Darben Slee of Gamuda City has arrived."

The three gang leaders rose and saw a middle-aged man walking over with two secretaries behind him.

Sans greeted Darben heartily, "Mayor Darben! Wee to our meeting."

Darben nodded in a haughty manner, sitting down next to Sans.

Cade smiled politely at Darben, who barely registered the gesture.

Cade sneered to himself, sitting back down.

"The CEO of Hoffer Corp has arrived."

Miles and his two friends appeared at the door, walking in with two bodyguards.

Daryl waved a hand at them. "Over here, Mister Jarn!"

Miles sat down next to Daryl, who smiled. "This is Mister Miles Jarn. Mister Jarn and I have been talking for a while now with the minister of tourism, and it''s been a lovely chat too."

    Cade sneered even harder internally.

Sans'' expression darkened. Who knew that this bastard had gotten up to so much in private?

All three gang leaders had their own ulterior motives, and their own ns to get what they wanted. Nobody spoke as they counted the odds in their heads.

Just then, someone at the door called out, "Wilbur Penn has arrived."

Cade looked up at the entrance at once. This was who he had been waiting for, so

he could show off his skills and power to shock Daryl and Sans.

Wilbur emerged through the door with Bailey in his arm, strolling in slowly.

Jack watched on from a good distance, his heart aching at the sight.

Wilbur made his way into the room, looking around him with a chuckle. "This is quite the party."

Miles'' jaw fell open. "What the hell are you doing here?"

"What, is this supposed to be some dangerous, sacrednd?" Wilbur dragged two chairs over, sitting down with Bailey.

Miles barked out augh at once. "Well, well. I suppose fate does work in mysterious ways. This ce might not be dangerous nor sacred, but I''m afraid it''s going to be quite the pickle for you to get out of here."

Daryl piped up then. "Oh? Do you and Wilbur know each other, Mister Jarn?"

"I sure do. He''s quite the cocky bastard, I''ll deal with him once this is over," Miles smirked.

Daryl smiled. "I think he might be here for Mister Lonen, though."

Just then, Cade got to his feet looking at Wilbur. "At least you had the courage to show up. Now, how are we going to settle the case of you killing one of my men?"

"I mean, I guess if I had to say anything it would be that it wasn''t thrilling enough of a kill. The guy really sucked," Wilbur said calmly.

Cade red up in fury, and even Dary and Sans frowned at the words.

It was something else for a foreigner to be so cocky. Not only had he disrespected Cade, but he had also indirectly dissed everyone else here.

Miles shook his head. "I was going to take care of you myself, Wilbur Penn, but I guess I won''t even need to do that anymore. Yeah, you''re not getting out of here alive for sure."
