Debra woke up after a full day of unconsciousness following her surgery.


    She saw Marion lying by her side. She tried to sit up but couldn''t move due to the pain in her shoulder.


    Marion felt her stir and quickly opened his eyes.


    Seeing Debra awake, he broke into a big smile. "How are you feeling? I''ll get the doctor."


    Debra shook her head gently. "I''m fine."


    "The anesthesia should have worn off by now. Are you in pain?"


    "I''m not."


    "I''ll get you some water."


    Debra grabbed his hand. "I''m not thirsty."


    "Okay, I''ll stay here with you." He sat back down beside her.


    Debra asked, "What about Andrew and the others? How are they?"


    Marion''s eyes dimmed. Before he could reply, Randy and Erica rushed into the


    room.


    "Debra, how are you feeling? Are you okay? Marion wouldn''t let me see you," Erica said anxiously.


    "I''m fine. Don''t worry."


    "How can I not worry? This was so dangerous. If we hadn''t gotten there in time, who knows what would have happened?"


    Randy chimed in, "Yeah, Marion was worried sick. He had a bad feeling, and thankfully, Jordan contacted us. We rushed over, but we couldn''t find you anywhere. Luckily, those henchmen were subdued by Drake. That stubborn Joe wouldn''t talk, so we''re still holding him."

    Debra realized the gunshots she heard in her dream were real. "What about Andrew? Juan, Jeffrey, and Fermin?"


    "Andrew..." Randy hesitated. "Jeffrey is dead. Juan disappeared. When we got there, we found you guys all unconscious on the floor. We rushed you to the hospital, but Fermin escaped in the middle of the night. We don''t know where he went, but we''re worried he might go after the treasure again."


    Debra frowned, pressing, "So, what happened to Andrew?"


    Randy and Erica exchanged nces but said nothing.


    Jordan entered the room and handed Debra the seal of the "Andrew wanted you to have this."


    Erica scolded him, "Jordan, can''t you wait a bit?"


    Debra quickly asked, "What does this mean? What happened?"
