Chapter 1164

The atmosphere felt like a cult ritual. It was creepy and unnerving.

"Where are the organizers? Get them out here."

"Yeah. You invited us to the banquet, and now there''s nothing? What''s going on?"

"Do you even know who we are? If you mess with us, even Sunshine won''t save you. We won''t let this slide."

The voices of the socialites kept rising until a sudden beam of light illuminated a spot on the second floor. There weren''t any seats, just arge door.

A woman in a ck gown stepped through. When everyone saw her, they froze.

Among them, Liza was the most shocked because the woman was none other than Cathryn.

In just a few days, Cathryn had changed so much. Herplexion looked healthier, and her eyes were colder. She looked down at everyone with contempt.

"I thought it was someone important. Isn''t this Ms. Bernard?"

"After all that scandal, how dare she show her face here?"

"Don''t tell me you''re the designer. If I had known you designed these ugly clothes,

    I would''ve rather gone naked."

Most of these socialites hade because of the fame of the Sunshine brand, but if the designer was a notorious name, that changed everything.

"It seems you don''t like the clothes I designed. Well, then don''t wear them," Cathryn said, her voice devoid of warmth.

Two men in ck clothes and masks stepped out from the corner. They grabbed

the woman who had spoken out and dragged her away. Screams echoed from the corner as the woman cried out in agony.

    Everyone jumped in shock.

"What do you think you''re doing?"

    "This is against thew."

"My family won''t let you off the hook."

Those socialites turned pale, realizing they had fallen into a trap.

Cathrynughed out loud, "I never nned on walking out of here alive. Tonight everyone will die You will all be buried with me."

Those socialites started to back away in fear.

"What the hell? We didn''t do anything to you."

    "Are you crazy?"

Cathryn sneered, "You didn''t do anything? You all owe me. Every single one of you mocked andughed at me. You think you''re so noble, stepping on me in the mud Well, tonight, I''ll make you feel what it''s like to drown in that mud. Especially you, Debra."

Her sharp gaze darted to Debra, the root cause of it all.

Debra was unperturbed. She just regretted ever saying so much to Cathryn before.

There was no way to wake up

    someone pretending to sleep.,

    would''ve been better if Cat

    hads

    died back then.

Cathryn pointed at each socialite in the room.

"You called me a mistress online.

"You called me disgusting and shameless.

"And you called me pathetic for begging for Marion''s attention, only for him to

    ignore me.

    "You''re all guilty."
