    Media would be an impossible feat.

    Charlie immediately lowered his head and answered without hesitation, “I wouldn’t dare!”


    Crossing Damon would be like asking for trouble!


    “Get out,” Seth said, entering his office and mming the door behind him, startling everyone on


    the floor.


    But it wasn’t long before the office door was flung open again and Seth’s towering figure appeared


    in the doorway.


    “Mr. Diaz…”


    “Chloe is at the orphanage today. Have someone tail her.”


    Charlie was stunned for a second before quickly regaining his senses. “Yes, sir!”


    Chloe didn’t get a response from Seth, but she didn’t care. Her goal had been achieved. She got in


    her car and drove smoothly to the office.


    The reporters waiting outside thepany immediately recognized Chloe’s car. Before it even


    came to a stop, they swarmed her, only to be held back by a group of bodyguards who suddenly


    appeared.


    “Ms. Summers, are you here to negotiate contracts with the artists from Infinity Media?” One


    reporter shouted at Chloe.


    Chloe was taken aback when she saw the bodyguards but quickly realized who was doing this. It


    wasn’t the first time, after all.


    Having bodyguards was always a plus, especially now that she was pregnant. With so many people


    around, she couldn’t be sure to avoid idents.


    “Ms. Summers, can you tell us what news brought you here today?”


    “Ms. Summers…”


    Chloe remained silent all the way to the entrance of Starlight International. Once she was sure she


    was in a safe spot, she turned to the reporters and smiled.


    “I’m sorry, but I can’t share any news with you at the moment. I definitely want to work with talented


    individuals. As for the artists from Infinity Media, I can’t say for sure, Maybe they’re looking for me


    for reasons other than coboration? So, let’s all just wait a little longer. As soon as I have any


    news, you’ll be the first to know.”

    Chloe had barely finished speaking when a firm voice rang out from behind her. She turned to look


    and saw a group of peopleing from the lounge area. Leading them was Dona, the top agent of


    Infinity Media.


    Reporters rushed to get a look inside the lobby, watching Dona and her entourage approach Chloe.


    Dona locked eyes with Chloe and smiled slightly.

    “Ms. Summers, you sure are quick. We didn’t even have a chance to make our case.”


    “What?” Chloe was confused.


    Dona chuckled quietly, shing her phone at Chloe. “It’s fine for me to take the lead now. I’m Dona,


    and I want to bring the artists I manage to join Starlight International. What do you say, Ms.


    Summers?”


    Chloe nodded. “Sure.”


    Even after working in the entertainment industry for so long and seeing all kinds of things, she was


    still taken aback by Chloe’s unhesitant response. “Are you sure you don’t


    need to think about my question first?”


    Chloeughed, hands tucked in the pockets of her trench coat, looking rxed and casual. Her


    answer was decisive, but not without a sense of nonchnce. “Why do you think I’m doing all


    this?”


    To take control of Infinity Media. That was the silent answer in everyone’s minds.


    If Dona had any doubts about Chloe before, they were nowpletely dispelled by her rhetorical


    question.


    Chloe really had guts.


    Dona smiled faintly, looking at the plethora of reporters around, saying, “So many reporters here,


    and you’re being so tant?”


    Chloe responded dismissively, “Who doesn’t know that Ms. Wendy of Infinity Media and I can’t


    stand each other?”


    The reporters shook their heads. “We all know. But you’re being very straightforward about it.“”


    Chloeughed again, looking at the sea of reporters in front of her, saying, “If I don’t like someone,


    why hide it? If I say it out loud, maybe more people will join me in disliking her. I think that would be


    great.”


    Everyone fell silent. Did she really need to be so explicit?


    Meanwhile, Wendy hadn’t even made it back to the office before her secretary called to tell her that


    most of thepany’s artists had already arrived at Starlight International.


    Furious, Wendy smashed her phone and immediately drove off to Starlight International!
