Helen finished packing their bags and gave them some careful instructions. "Even though it''s early summer now, it can still get chilly at night. You''ll be sleeping in a tent, so make sure to keep the nkets on tight and don''t kick them off. I''ve packed several outfits for you, both light and warm ones."
"I know, Helen. Don''t worry, I''m not a child. I can take care of myself," Yvonne said, gently shaking Helen''s hand.
After packing and giving her reminders, Helen was about to take Bullet back to the next apartment, but Bullet refused to leave Yvonne''s side.
Given Bullet''s weight, Helen couldn''t budge him and was left panting with effort.
"Why don''t we take Bullet with us? He''s very well-behaved," Yvonne suggested, looking at Bet.
Bet picked up the suitcase, nced at Yvonne, then gave Bullet a brief look before nodding. "Alright, let''s take him."
"Let''s go, Bullet! We''re going on an adventure!" Yvonne said, smiling as she patted Bullet''s big head.
Knowing he was going out to y, Bullet happily pranced around Yvonne.
Bet carried the suitcase while Yvonne held Bullet''s leash. They left the apartment one after the other and stepped into the elevator.
Bet''s car was in the garage.
Yvonne waited with Bullet at the building entrance while Bet brought the car around. Then, human and dog got in.
Because of Bullet, Yvonne had to sit in the back with him.
Bullet propped his two front paws on the window, his doggy eyes watching the passing scenery with curiosity as they drove.
The campsite was by ake.
Istra had only one naturalke, located outside the city, about a two-hour drive away.
But the scenery by theke was truly beautiful. The water was clear, emerald green, so transparent you could see right to the bottom. The shore was dotted with pavilions and all sorts of rare and expensive flowers and trees.
The Taylors had already cordoned off arge area by theke, perfect for camping.
After their morning shenanigans, Bet and Yvonne didn''t arrive until the afternoon.
Tents were already set up on the Taylors'' campsite.
Dominic and Letitia had arrived long ago, along with Noah and his
daughter, Nic. Nic was wearing a beautiful pink princess dress looking as delicate as a doll, but it waspletely unsuitable for camping.
She had barely run two steps on the grass when her dress got snagged on a branch, causing her to trip and fall. Her lip trembled, and she was on the verge of tears.
Seeing this, Noah immediately rushed over, scooped her up from the ground, gently brushed the dirt from her knees, and checked for injuries.
Nic had scraped the palm of her hand on the rough ground. Noah held her hand and blew on it gently. "Daddy will blow on it, and it won''t hurt anymore. Nici

Bet and Yvonne got out of the car just in time to see this scene.
"Noah is a really good father," Yvonne remarked with a warm look in her eyes.
"I''ll be a good father someday too," Bet said, taking her hand.
Yvonne raised an eyebrow. Was there no escaping this topic?
She shot him a look, not bothering to reply, and instead grabbed her suitcase and headed toward the tents.
"Bet, Yvonne! You made it!" Dominic called out, emerging from a tent and smiling as he walked over to greet them.
"Bet, Yvonne, you''re here," Letitia said, following behind Dominic. Her eyes were full of jealousy when she looked at Yvonne, but she forced a weing smile.
