Chapter 978

    ?Chapter 978:

That familiar heat of irritation crept into her face as she remembered the marks he’d purposely leftst time. She shoved him back. “Not where people can see,” she muttered.

A shadow passed through Wesley’s gaze, and his voice slipped into something darker. “Why are you dodging the question?”

She didn’t get a chance to speak. He pulled her into hisp with ease, his hand gliding beneath the hem of her nightgown.

Elena’s body stiffened, and she bit down on her lip. She shot him a sharp re, daring him to stop, but he just raised a brow as if challenging her right back.

His face remained unreadable, but his hand had a mind of its own. With practiced ease, one of his fingers moved inside her, and before she could think clearly, her body was already responding.

A deep blush painted her cheeks. The moment he added another finger, she reached down and grabbed his wrist to make him stop.

Leaning back in the chair, Wesley let her tip forward, the only thing keeping her steady being the solid grip he still had on her.

Not once did his eyes stray. He watched every twitch, every breath, while his fingers continued their rhythm. And little by little, Elena’s resistance began to slip. Even she had to admit it—no one matched her in bed the way Wesley did. There was something about the way he read her body like a favorite book, turning each page with intent, never missing a beat.

Once he decided she couldn’t take much more, he slowly pulled his fingers free. Instead of wiping them clean, he held them up for her to see. The slick sheen clung to his skin as he let out a huskyugh. “You’re wet. Look at my hand.”

Elena’s cheeks burned, but she rolled her eyes and retorted, “That’s just a natural physiological reaction.”

A quietugh rumbled from Wesley’s chest, low and smug. He let the towel fall and then spread her legs, guiding her to straddle him. The hard line of his arousal pressed into her—and with one deep thrust, he filled herpletely.

A moan tore from her throat before she could stop it. That sound pushed Wesley over the edge of whatever control he had left.

No restraint. No holding back. Elena clung to him, her nails digging into his shoulders while her lips found the warm curve of his neck. Right as her body started to tense in release—

    ???????????????? ??????????????: ?????????ν??????﹒?????

Wesley slowed everything down. His mouth brushed her ear, voice rough and teasing as he asked,“Did you miss me?”

Still so damn persistent. Frustrated but out of breath, she finally gave in with a short nod.“Yeah. I did.”

Only then did he look satisfied. His pace quickened, movements urgent as he reached climax with her.

The next morning, sunlight filtered through the curtains, casting a soft, golden warmth across the bed. Elena blinked slowly, hershes fluttering open as the light reached her. Wrapped tightly around her waist, Wesley’s arm kept her pressed firmly against his chest.

She tried to shift away, but his grip remained strong, like a heavy chain holding her in ce. No wonder she’d dreamed of being bound—she couldn’t move an inch.

Annoyance bubbled under her skin. She shoved at him, making him stir. Still half-asleep, he reached out for her, pulling her back into his arms. His voice, thick with sleep, murmured, “Why are you up? It’s too early. Come, sleep a little longer with me.”

But Elena peeled his hand away and swung her legs over the side of the bed. “I’ve got things to do today.”
