?Chapter 809:
“That’s Lena? She doesn’t look like someone who giarizes.”
“Don’t be fooled. She copied other people’s work and sold film rights to cash in with her brother Louis. It’s irritating.”
“Is she here for Professor Haywood’s lecture? Does she even have the brains to follow along?”
“She needs to leave. What if the professor thinks we’re all like her?”
“giarist! Thief! How dare she show up on campus?”
As the lecture drew closer, arger crowd began forming around the building, catching the attention of the faculty.
An elderly man with sses and streaks of gray in his hair stepped toward the gathering. “What’s going on here? Clear the way! You all know Professor Haywood is lecturing today. Don’t stand around blocking the path!”
The moment Susanna saw him, she seized the chance. “Professor Martel, this woman doesn’t belong here. She’s never even been to college and she’s been caught stealing work from international writers. Her character is disgraceful. With Professor Haywood arriving soon, we can’t let her tarnish the University’s image. Please ask her to leave!”
Mylo—better known as Professor Martel—narrowed his eyes. “Is that the case?”
Mylo knew Moises was a world-renowned expert in education, and the University had gone to great lengths to secure his visit. A single mistake could cost them dearly.
Mylo’s eyes narrowed as he studied Elena and then snapped, “Who the hell are you? Do you even realize what today is? If Professor Haywood sees this and gets the wrong impression of our school, are you prepared to face the consequences? Get out, now!”
Each usation only drew a hint of amusement from Elena. So, this was what the University was really like.
Just as she opened her mouth to fire back, a familiar voice rang out from behind her, full of delight. “Elena, my dear, it’s been far too long!”

Upon noticing Elena, Moises immediately enveloped her in a warm embrace. “You’re here earlier than expected! Have you been missing my lectures?”
Elena’s serious face softened into a smile at the sight of Moises. His energy was as infectious as ever.
With a rxed tone, Elena replied, “Indeed, Professor Haywood.” She had intended to surprise Moises, yet found herself unexpectedly stopped by the crowd.
Nearby, Mylo, the man with sses, and Susanna, standing beside Elena, both disyed astonishment. How did Elena know Moises? And he was hugging her! What kind of rtionship did they have?
A flood of questions raced through everyone’s minds. It was Moises’s first time in Houis, yet he acted as if he and Elena were long acquainted.
Just as Moises and Elena were about to speak further, they were abruptly interrupted.
Ovee with resentment, Susanna approached Moises.
Convinced that Elena had misled Moises—since he likely didn’t know about Elena’s recent giarism scandal—Susanna feltpelled to intervene.
With a tone dripping with righteousness, Susanna said, “Professor Haywood, surely you’re mistaken about this woman. Her integrity is highly questionable…”
