?Chapter 1053:
The energy pouring from Rowell overshadowed every other wolf in sight, an oppressive force that stole the breath from my lungs.
It was no wonder the three princes had tread carefully. This was a strength to dread.
As Rowell surged forward, the three princes rose to meet his challenge.
With a thunderous roar, Bryan shifted into a colossal wolf, barreling toward Rowell.
Dominic trailed close behind, his shape shimmering with an uncanny emerald glow, lethal intent zing in his stare.
Before yton transformed, he spun toward me, his voice urgent. “Amon, keep her safe!”
“Without fail!” Amon’s resolve shone through as he nodded, positioning himself as a shield between me and the escting fray, ready to protect.
Then yton, too, shifted, a towering wolfunching himself into the sh with Rowell.
Makenna’s POV:
Immediately, the forest erupted into chaos. Rowell was far stronger than I had anticipated. He effortlessly evaded the three princes’ attacks and matched them blow for blow with ease.
I hid behind Amon, my heart pounding in my chest.
“How did Rowell get so strong?” Amon murmured under his breath, his toneced with astonishment.
His words made me even more anxious, as it seemed clear that things weren’t going our way.
As the battle intensified, Rowell’s gaze suddenly locked onto me. My stomach tightened in fear as his cold eyes swept over me.
He emitted a chilling howl that brought all the soldiers attacking the three princes to attention. “Capture that woman alive!” Rowell ordered.

The soldiers immediately lost interest in the three princes and charged at me instead.
Amon, seeing this, immediately put himself in front of me. “Rowell is quite perceptive. He noticed that the princes were protecting you and now wants to charge at you directly.”
Bryan, seeing that Rowell’s soldiers were headed straight for me, lunged forward in an attempt to block their path, but he was toote. Realizing the futility of his actions, he ordered, “Amon, get her out of here!”
“Yes, Your Highness!” Amon replied. He then grabbed my hand and began leading me away.
However, my concern for the three princes’ safety made me hesitate.
Amon, sensing my hesitation, said, “Staying here will only distract the princes, Miss Dunn. If Rowell captures you, that’s the end of our mission.”
Knowing Amon’s words were true, I nodded and made to leave with him.
But in that moment, I heard Rowell’s chillingugh. “Leaving so soon? I’m afraid that won’t be possible!”
There was a whooshing sound, and an arrow cut through the air, heading straight for me.
“Watch out!” Amon warned as he swiftly pulled me out of the path of the arrow.
