Chapter 771

    ?Chapter 771:

Without sparing me a nce, the doctor strode confidently past me and stopped in the center of the hall. With a deep bow, he addressed Leonardo, who loomed solemnly on the throne. “Your Majesty, it is an honor to answer your summons.”

Leonardo gave a curt nod, his voicemanding. “Antoni ims you have proof of Makenna’s infidelity. Present it now.”

The doctor’s gaze flicked to me, his expression curling into disdain. “Your Majesty,” he began, his toneced with usation, “I apanied the three princes to the hospital warehouse that night to retrieve medicine. It was there I witnessed this woman… with another man. The three princes were present as well and saw everything.”

To emphasize his im, he withdrew a small object from his pocket—a delicate earring. Holding it up, he added, “Furthermore, I found this at the scene. It serves as evidence.”

My eyes locked onto the earring, my chest tightening painfully.

It was mine—undeniably mine. Yet with everything that had transpired, I hadn’t realized it was missing.

Leonardo’s expression darkened as he stared at the earring, fury hardening his features. “Makenna,” he thundered, “what do you have to say in your defense?”

Before I could respond, Antoni’s sneering voice cut through the room. “Makenna, if you insist on denying your infidelity, we can summon the three princes. They will confirm the truth.”

He paused, letting his smirk deepen. “Oh, and if I’m not mistaken, your lover’s name is Martin, isn’t it? How curious that Martin has been missing for several days now. Perhaps he fled, knowing the scandal was about to break?”

His eyes glinted with triumph, every fiber of his being exuding smug certainty.

Rage red within me, a zing inferno threatening to consume me. I shot Antoni a venomous re, wishing it could sear through him.

    ???????????? ?????????? ???????????? ???? ?????????ν??????﹒??????

Grinding my teeth, I demanded, “Antoni, was this your doing? Did you orchestrate all of this?”

Feigning innocence, Antoni lifted his hands in mock offense. “Makenna, how can you use me so unjustly?” Turning back to Leonardo, he pleaded, “Your Majesty, to clear my name, I beg you to summon the three princes. Their testimony will confirm the truth, leaving no room for Makenna’s denials.”

“It won’t be necessary. We’re already here.”

The steady, authoritative voice of Bryan rang out behind me.

I froze, then spun around once more, my pulse racing as the three princes entered the hall in unison. Their measured steps brought them to a stop beside me. Antoni’s eyes gleamed with excitement as he rushed to speak. “Your Highnesses, since you are here, please recount what you witnessed in the warehouse.”

Anxiety wed at me, each word tightening the grip on my heart.

A chasm had formed between us, a rift that seemed impossible to mend. Would they still defend me, despite our fractured ties?

After all, they had seen it with their own eyes.

    Makenna’s POV:

I stood rigid, the weight of fear pressing down on me. My palms were slick with cold sweat, betraying the turmoil I desperately tried to conceal.

The silence felt suffocating until Dominic shattered it, his voice low and cutting. His eyes, sharp with displeasure, locked onto Antoni. “Antoni, don’t you think your interest in our private lives is crossing a line?”

Antoni’s confident smirk faltered, dissolving into an awkward grimace.
