Chapter 750

    ?Chapter 750:

Seeing how weak she looked, six soldiers surrounded Grace.

One soldier, who had transformed into his wolf form, leaped toward her and bit into her shoulder.

“Ah!” Grace screamed. Her agonizing scream sent a chill down my spine.

Grace copsed helplessly to the ground. This, however, didn’t stop the onught, as the soldiers each pounced on her one after the other.

“Grace!” I screamed and immediately lunged toward her to help.

A soldier noticed my movement and made for me with the intention of capturing me.

“Watch out!” Jett called out, turning to me.

He then kicked the soldier reaching for me and sent him crashing to the ground.

However, before Jett could catch his breath, another soldier lunged at him from behind. His sharp wolf ws shed at Jett’s back.

Jett was unable to dodge the sh, and the strike caught him full force, causing him to stumble and fall to one knee. Blood trickled from his mouth and onto the ground.

Seeing this, the other soldiers immediately surged toward Jett and Grace, surrounding them.

The remaining soldiers then closed in on me, surrounding me on all sides.

My mind desperately searched for an escape n, but the scene before me made it clear there was no way out.

“Cut off the limbs of those two but keep them alive for questioning,” Bryan said coldly.

His cold gaze then shifted to me, and he menacingly added, “This is the fate of anyone who helps you escape. This is their end!”

    ???? ???????? ??????’???? ?????????????? ???????? ?????????ν??????.??????

I stared back into Bryan’s icy re, hardly believing what I was hearing.

I never thought he could be this ruthless.

I watched as two soldiers raised their swords and made ready to bring them down on Jett’s and Grace’s limbs. In a panic, I grabbed a fallen dagger and, without hesitation, pressed it to my throat.

“If you dare harm them, I’ll end my life right here!”

    Makenna’s POV:

My reckless act left everyone paralyzed, trapped in a moment of stunned silence.

The two soldiers, poised to cut off Jett’s and Grace’s limbs, hesitated, their swords suspended in mid-air. Uncertainty clouded their gazes as they exchanged nces with the three princes, each unsure whether to carry out their orders.

The three princes locked their eyes on me, their gazes brimming with a cocktail of anger, betrayal, and anguish. yton’s voice was heavy with sorrow as he spoke. “Makenna, are you truly willing to go this far for him?”

With every ounce of my strength, I cried out, “I’m the one you’re after! They’re innocent! Let them go!”

I couldn’t stand idly by while Jett and Grace paid the price for my choices.

“Innocent?” Dominic’s eyes red with murderous intent as a cruel sneer twisted his lips. “They helped you escape. They’re hardly innocent. They deserve nothing less than death!”

Beside him, Bryan’s eyes zed with fury, his voice cutting through the tension. “Is he really that important to you? Are you willing to sacrifice your life to save him?”

Tears welled up in my eyes as my voice cracked, the anguish spilling over. “You forced me into this! If it weren’t for the relentless pressure you’ve put on me, I wouldn’t havee to this point! Haven’t you already done enough to break me? Why won’t you just let me go?”
