    With Tchaikovsky’s “Waltz of the Flowers” ying in the background, Ellie stepped onto the giant stones of the engraved clock face. The setting sun and tranquil horizon provided a wonderful backdrop, making the moment feel as though time hade to a halt. Ellie couldn’t find the words to describe how she felt. Her heart was brimming with emotions, threatening to spill over at any moment.


    Ellie gently ced her hand in Kaiden’s, her eyes lighting up with a smile.


    “Do you know how to dance?” she asked, recalling his years of pretending to be disabled.


    Kaiden wrapped his right arm around Ellie’s waist confidently. “We’re about to find out.”


    Ellie, who had been taught the waltz from a young age as part of her upbringing in high society, noticed that Kaiden’s steps were a bit awkward, probably due to a quick lesson he’d taken.


    However, his confidence and charm made even his clumsy steps look graceful.


    Kaiden whispered, ensuring only Ellie could hear him, away from the microphone and the live audience.
