    Her gaze scanned the crowd, eventuallynding on Ellie with a knowing smile.


    It was obvious that she knew Ellie was part of the show!


    A tall and attractive young man stood beside her. His eyes, long and narrow, coupled with an unconsciously raised chin, exuded an air of arrogance.


    Kaiden, too, had an arrogant air about him, but it was the kind that came with a sense of earned entitlement. On the other hand, this man seemed proud for no apparent reason.


    “I am Dan-ell, a wine-tasting connoisseur,” he introduced himself, his tone dripping with superiority.


    Tobias wasted no time in extending his greetings.


    The Curtis family had faced financial turmoil, and in the past two years, Baylee’s fame had faded. Therefore, Tobias didn’t pay much attention to her. Instead, he warmly weed Ellie, and now he was ingratiating himself with Carole and Darrell.

    In the GT group, Kaiden beckoned Bruce over with a nod.


    He ordered, “Look into the variety show Mrs. Thorpe participated in. What is Baylee doing there?”

    He exined, “Marvin pulled some strings to switch a guest seat for Miss Curtis. Moreover, there is a special guest in attendance this time, Mr. Thorpe.”


    After a brief pause, Bruce continued, “It’s Kristopher Wright.”


    Kaiden narrowed his eyes.


    He recalled that Kristopher, who was the new owner of Hagua auction house, had generously gifted Ellie hundreds of millions.


    “Inform them that the scheduled meeting for tomorrow will now take ce tonight. I’ll be heading to Hagua tomorrow. Get me all the information avable on Kristopher.”


    “Got it.” Bruce sighed.


    It appeared that he was in for another round of overtime!

    “There is no need for introductions here. Who doesn’t know Miss Gordon? We go way back.” Darrell paused for a while and then continued, “She used to be engaged to a good friend of mine. She is very popr! Many men are smitten by her charms.”
