?Chapter 414:
There were enough cameras inside the venue, covering every angle. Ellie had spent a huge amount of money on these jewels, so it was only natural for her to want to protect them. Despite not being new, these jewels were timeless works of art from different time periods and private collections, with limited avability and more alluring than the newest designs from popr brands.
At that moment, Jonah realized that Carole’s unexpected decision to break the contract was actually a fortunate turn of events. If not for her actions, they would have missed out on discovering such a valuable collectible. Carole’s designs paled inparison to these!
“It’s time for the pianist to get ready,” Ellie reminded Jonah.
The final piece of music for this show was a piano solo, and the pianist’s styling had been assigned to Ellie.
The pianist, a handsome man under thirty, suddenly stood up but made no attempt to go and change his clothes.
“Sorry, I agreed to cooperate with yourpany because I am Carole’s friend. Since you’re not using Carole’s jewelry, I will also breach the contract.”
rmed, Jonah started persuading the pianist, but all his words fell on deaf ears.
“Since Ellie managed to find a recement for Carole’s jewelry, I’m sure she will also be able to solve this issue too.” There was a hint of malice in the pianist’s smile.
Ellie’s jewelry had been delivered hours ago, but the pianist had only now decided to tell them he wouldn’t be ying. It was a tant disregard for their contract agreement! Or perhaps this was a coordinated scheme he and Carole hade up with.
Jonah’s expression immediately hardened. “Jay, are you willing to break our agreement because of a personal vendetta?”
Jay shrugged nonchntly. His expression made it clear he knew there was nothing they could do to him. His family was rich, so he could easily pay the breach of contract fee.
Ellie nced at Jay,pletely unperturbed, while Jonah grew increasingly agitated.
“Jonah, check around and see if there is a suitable pianist avable. If not, I can y.”
“Alright!”

Two secondster, Jonah’s mind processed Ellie’s words, and he suddenly realized what he had just agreed to.
Did Ellie just say she would y the piano?
Even if she could, was her skill level enough for a major show? It seemed his brain had malfunctioned. If not, why would he have agreed to this crazy n without a second thought?
But then, Ellie had promised to bring some jewelry, and she ended up bringing a collection of rare and valuable pieces. After that experience, Jonah couldn’t help but feel that Ellie was capable of anything. He thought to himself, ying the piano would be a breezepared to bringing out so many jewels!
The showsted one hour and forty minutes.
Less than two hours was not enough time for Light to find a suitable and avable pianist and transport them to the show’s venue.
Jonah suddenly became aware of a serious issue that had slipped his mind amidst everything happening when he saw Ellie taking her spare time to read the music score.
“Ellie, you haven’t seen the music score we were going to y, right?”
