    At this point, the officer had had enough. He red at everyone in the room and shouted, “That’s enough! You’re at a police station, and you still want to fight?”


    With an innocent look on her face, Baylee said softly, “Sir, you will agree with me that two girls cannotpete with more than ten men and one woman, right? How could we have started the fight?”


    “Baylee, shame on you!” Demi shouted, shocked and angry.


    Although Baylee wore an innocent expression, a slight smile lingered in her eyes. She thought Demi was even more shameless than she was.


    “Enough! You’re all going to take a civics ss!” the policeman said sternly.


    Since no one had been seriously injured or killed in the fight, the matter could be settled without going to court. Once everyone involved in the altercation had received civic education, they could wait for their families to bail them out.


    Eric’spanions, being habitual delinquents, were used to finding themselves at the police station. Their families quickly arrived to pay their bail.


    As Demi and Erick were leaving the station with their friends, they turned around and red at Ellie and Baylee, their hatred evident.


    Ellie and Baylee ignored them, looking at each other, wondering who to call for their bail.


    Ellie knew she couldn’t ask the Gordon family for help. After a few moments of thought, she finally decided to call Kaiden. He was her only option. After all, she and Kaiden had been intimate just two days ago, and she was still his wife.


    Ellie dialed Kaiden’s number twice but couldn’t get through.


    The on-duty staff, with little to upy them, engaged in quiet conversations. “I heard Kaiden Thorpe, the one in the wheelchair, showed up at the GT Group headquarters in Estoqua.”


    “My brother-inw’s been attending meetings there. Word is, a lot of beautiful women are vying for Kaiden’s attention. They even have to wait in line.”

    “Absolutely. After all, he’s the CEO of GT Group… Take a look, it’s thetest gossip.” As Ellie approached, she nced at a nearby man’s phone and saw a photo.


    The man in the photo was in a wheelchair, with a smiling blonde woman bending over to speak with him. Though Kaiden’s face wasn’t fully visible, Ellie recognized him immediately.


    She involuntarily frowned, feeling a pang of distress.


    Quickly scrolling through the tweets, she found the trending topic: “Kaiden Thorpe’s true identity revealed. Debutantes flock to befriend him.”


    Ellie scrolled through several photos of Kaiden in a wheelchair at a business summit in Estoqua. One image showed him with the blonde debutante.


    “The GT Group CEO, Kaiden Thorpe, has appeared publicly. He is the son of the Thorpe family.”


    “Kaiden Thorpe and Wendy Brook were spotted together at the summit. The two returned to the hotel together. Their rtionship remains a mystery.”
