I start tough, but I’m cut off when Haiden quickly flips himself over onto the top of me. He hovers above me before using his knee to spread my legs and lying down on me. The majority of his weight is held onto his arms on either side of my head. He leans down, capturing my mouth with his own as he kisses me passionately. My hands roam down his back, and he moans into my mouth. We must have been kissing for a while because a clearing of a throat pulls us apart abruptly, and I blush a crimson colour as I look at my three other mates at the end of the bed, smirking at us. Haiden looks over his shoulder quickly before he winks at me and rolls back to his side of the bed. “Looks like the food is here.”


    The others find a ce on the bed and spread out little bits of finger foods and sandwiches.


    We’ve spent the morning watching movies and rxing until we can’t hide from the world any longer and decide to join the others for lunch. Mum and Dad have organized a nice BBQ with the pack, and it’s a


    beautiful day for it. I choose a nice ck sundress, keeping my hair down now that I can’t exactly style a nice updo around this crown, and I head outside the find my mates and family. My brothers greet me first, seemingly drawing a lot of attention with their presence, and they make sure to keep a nice distance from my crown when they hug me, stating that they really don’t enjoy the smell of burning flesh. I’m midugh with a drink in my hand when I spot Xavier in the distance, all dressed in his hooded ck robe and scythe. I can see him, my other mates can see him, but clearly no one else can, or they’d definitely be watching as he reaps two warriors that must have died in a battle here. I watch as he takes out his tablet and marks them off before he changes back into this realms state, where he startles Mum as he materializes in front of her. She holds her hand over her heart as heughs and gives her a little side hug, hopefully exining what he was doing. It’s nice to watch the somewhat normality here as Dad grills, Mum floats around the pack, Aleisha making sure everything and everyone is happy and running smoothly. My mates are taking the time to speak to different pack members and warriors.


    “You look happy, sister,” Mchi states as he sits by me at one of the many pic tables set up.


    “I think I am, yeah. This is nice.”


    “This is family.” He smiles.


    “Unfortunately, we do need to head home tomorrow. The Kingdom doesn’t run itself, and we know that with this new development, you yourself will be busy, but we hope you’ll find some time toe visit. Mother would really love to meet you.”


    “Of course. You know I can teleport there at any time. I would just need to find the right time.”


    “Teleport, you say? Could that include us? Because the drive here really sucked.” Arztec jokes.


    “Hmm, I’m not sure how that would work. I wonder if it would work for living souls.”


    He pales slightly before raising his hands.


    “Forget I asked. I’m not risking my life, I’ll take the drive.”


    “Just text or call us when you’re ready toe, yeah? Mother would kick our butts if she didn’t get time to prepare for a grand reunion.” Julius nudges my shoulder and smiles, but with a serious undertone.


    “I’ll make sure to save your ass and let you know before my arrival.” I smile innocently.


    “Doll?” Levi says, holding out a te of food before sitting across from me next to Arztec.


    “You need to eat.” He pushes the te over to me. A burger, a couple of sausages, a potato bake, and a buttered roll fill the te.


    “Thank you, darling.” I smile and he beams with pride as I take a bite and roll my eyes to the back of my head. “This is great.”


    “I’ll send yourpliments to the chef; he winks and very clearly mindlinks dad, who waves his hand and then bows to me dramatically. While my brothers head off to get some food, the rest of my matese to sit with me with more food for themselves and a te for Levi.


    “I think we should spend some time in the underworld this afternoon,” Xavier states.


    “Mmm, we will have to work on a good schedule between the two realms so someone is always here, but I agree we need to get the backlog there under order before we can do that,” Noah says thoughtfully.


    “I’ll tell Tommy to take care of things for us for a few hours while we do that,” Levi says mid-bite of his burger, dropping sauce along his chin, and I reach over to swipe it up with my thumb and lick it clean.


    “Ugh.” Haiden groans. “And then we can have some alone time tonight, right? You kind of promised to put me on my knees this morning, love.” He pouts at me, and I tap his thigh while holding back a grin.


    “You really want that, don’t you?”


    “More than anything!” He says dramatically, and I watch as all four of my mates adjust themselves under the table with a very obvious fluster taking over their faces.


    “Hmm…maybe, if you’re all good little Kings of the underworld, your Queen might just give in to your request.” I tease, but I see the sparkle in their eyes; they actually want that, and badly. This could be fun, I think, as Layah sends me mental images of my four Alpha males down on their knees, adorned in leather


    cors and leashes.


    Layah! I scold as she snickers back at me, happily jumping around in my mind.
