Mathew sneers at me once more before he is throwing me away from himself.

I try not to jump at the voice. But I hadn’t realized that I had been thrown near the male.
“Hey, easy there,” the male says as he shows me his hands. “You are bleeding heavily from your head.” Ripping his shirt, he presses it to my head. “It was never supposed to get this messy,” he mutters to himself.
I shift my gaze back towards the fight. It’s easier to watch than it is to deal with the male trying to stop the bleeding on my head. The female is strong, but Mathew spent years fighting. She manages to mpdown on his left shoulder and give it a good shake. Mathew howls in pain. He removes dagger from a sheath on his belt.
“Knife!” I try to shout.
“Kira!” the male shouts as the dagger is plunged into the she wolf’s stomach.
Kira releases Mathew and starts to whimper as she drops onto the ground. Mathew growls as his right handes up to his left shoulder to try and stop the blood flow.
“Grab the girl and let’s go,” Mathew orders as he starts to walk away.
“You stabbed my sister!” he shouts.

The man nts himself where he is and growls. He’s about to shift, but the female lets out a whimper. The man drops to the ground as he starts tofort the girl.
“Shit,” Mathew curses before he is running towards the border.
“Shh shh, it’s okay,” the man says.
I try to stand so I can see if I could be <b>of </b>any help<b>. </b>My legs crumple under my weight.
“Both stay down,” he orders us. He is using the rest of his shirt as a bandage on the female. “Caitria, I need you to shift. I need to inspect Kira’s wounds.”
With a painful whine, Caitria shifts back into her human form. “Danny,” Kira whimpers.
“Shh, you’re going to be okay,” Danny whispers as he tries to stop the bleeding.
