?Chapter 1535:
Once that fundamental truth sank in, she would never again let societal opinions or arbitrary rules confine her.
Who cared what anyone thought or what the rules were? Her own feelings were the onlyw that mattered.
Scott Group.
Robin, who had clearly been lying in wait, swooped in to intercept Dn just as he entered the building.
“Hold it!” Robin shouted, throwing himself in front of Dn to block his path.
Dn shot Robin a cial look, a faint frown of annoyance on his face.
“You need to lift the ban on Christina right now,” Robin demanded, his voice fierce with determination.
Dn didn’t bother to reply. He merely held Robin’s gaze, his eyes colder and harder than polished steel.
The two men stood facing each other, but Robin’s attempt at defiance was quickly overwhelmed by the icy intensity radiating from Dn.
The pressure got to Robin, and he snapped, “What, are you mute? Are you just going to stand there and not say a word?”
“Move,” Dn ordered tly, his voice devoid of warmth.
Robin’s body instinctively obeyed, taking a step back, but he immediately caught himself, widening his stance and spreading his arms to physically block Dn again.
“Absolutely not!”
Thest time his instincts made him obey, he’d ended up looking like a fool.
“If you don’t lift that pathetic ban, you aren’t getting past me,” Robin insisted, his tone thick with stubbornness.
Dn shifted his gaze toward Edwin, who instantly understood what was required.
But Robin was quicker. He suddenly dropped down and wrapped both arms tightly around Dn’s leg.

“Well? Are you lifting the ban or not?” Robin growled, his grip like iron. “You’d better decide fast, because if you don’t, don’t me me for what happens next.”
Edwin froze, unsure whether to intervene.
Any sudden move might provoke Robin into something reckless, but doing nothing was sure to infuriate Dn. Either way, Edwin knew he’d likely bear the brunt of the falloutter.
“Your pathetic threats don’t scare me,” Dn stated, looking down at Robin with utter contempt.
“Oh, is that so?” Robin retorted, a sly, knowing grin spreading across his face as he raised an eyebrow.
At that exact moment, Edwin felt his heart freeze, a shiver of pure dread racing up his spine.
Oh, this was a disaster in the making.
Edwin could hardly keep himself together, but Robin had already flung himself into the spotlight, putting on a show for anyone who’d listen.
“Listen up, everyone! Come see for yourselves—the great president of Scott Group used me and then dumped me like trash!”
