Chapter 1271

    ?Chapter 1271:

“Don’t you dare try to guilt-trip me. You’re not worth it!” she hissed, every word dripping with venom.

Her hatred ran so deep it burned through her veins, scorching even herself in the process.

“Terence Murray,” she said, her voice steady and biting, “I’m ashamed to share your blood.”

Hearing her address him by his full name left the Murrays stunned. Herplete disregard for their so-called family bond sent a shiver of dread through them.

“You ungrateful brat!” Terence roared. “You’re a curse! If I’d known you’d treat me this way, I would’ve killed you long ago!”

Davina didn’t bother replying. Instead, she lunged forward and mped her hand around his throat, her fingers tightening with deadly intent, her eyes zing with pure malice.

Terence tried to shout, but the sound caught in his throat. Panic choked him harder than her grip ever could.

He thrashed and kicked, but with two bodyguards holding him down, he was utterly powerless.

For a moment, Nelly stood frozen in horror before breaking into a frantic struggle. “Davina! Are you insane? Do you even realize what will happen if you kill him?”

Davina turned her head slowly toward Nelly, her expression nk and eerily calm.

She looked possessed—her empty eyes stripped of emotion, radiating a coldness that made Nelly’s blood run cold. When their eyes met, Nelly saw nothing but hatred and void staring back. A tremor ran through her body.

Terror spread through her chest like creeping vines, coiling around her heart until she could barely breathe.

Her lips parted, her throat bobbed several times, but no sound came out.

Then, suddenly, Davina’s hand loosened its grip.

Terence gasped, coughing violently as air rushed back into his lungs. Nelly exhaled shakily, relief flooding her chest. She’d overreacted, she thought weakly. Davina didn’t have the nerve to actually kill Terence.

But before that thought could settle, Davina’s lips curled into a chilling smile that made Nelly’s heart drop.

“W-what are you nning to do?” Nelly stammered, dread creeping into her voice.

She watched in terror as Davina stepped closer, that sinister smile never leaving her face.

“You love him that much? Then go die for him!” Davina cackled, herugh wild and unhinged.

Nelly stared in horror as Davina snapped. She shook her head frantically. “No… I don’t want to! You… Ah!”

Davina lunged forward and grabbed Nelly’s throat, choking off whatever she was about to say.
