?Chapter 1266:
The pain drilled into their bones, relentless and brutal. It was so bad, death felt like mercy. They cked out more than once, only to wake up in the same hell.
The agony wed through them, ripping screams straight from their guts. They rolled and convulsed, pletely at its mercy.
The noise quickly woke up everyone else in the vi.
Conrad and Katy froze outside the room, their parents’ screams echoing through the hallway. Their hearts pounded like drums. They were scared.
“Mom? Dad? What’s going on?” Katy knocked hard, but all she got back was another scream.
Each scream made their skin crawl. It was pure agonying from inside.
“Open the door!” Conrad shouted, mming his fists against it. But no one inside responded. Just more screams. It was like their parents couldn’t even hear them.
What they didn’t know was that Terence and Nelly were in so much pain they couldn’t even move, let alone reach the door.
They heard their kids outside, knew help was right there, but their bodies refused to move. All they could do was writhe on the floor, helpless.
That was the moment they truly understood what despair felt like.
Katy snapped to the bodyguards, “What are you waiting for? Break the door open!”
“Yes, ma’am!” The bodyguards didn’t waste time. They kicked the door in with force.
As soon as the door flew open, Conrad ran inside. Katy flipped the lights on.
Their parents were on the floor, twisting and screaming in pain. The sight made their hearts drop.
“H-h-hospital…” Terence gasped out the word, barely able to speak.
Katy didn’t hesitate. She grabbed her phone and dialed for an ambnce.
The ambnce arrived fast and took them away.
But once they got to the hospital, even the doctors were stumped. Tests showed nothing.

They couldn’t figure out where the pain wasing from. It felt like their whole bodies were on fire.
With no answers, the doctors gave them sedatives, hoping to ease the pain.
But even that didn’t work. The sedatives barely touched the pain. They were still stuck in hell.
Days slipped by.
Terence and Nelly gritted their teeth and tried to endure, but after a few painful days they cracked. Quietly, fear gave way to suspicion—could Davina be behind this?
They were desperate and on the brink of tears when they found her. Katy and Conrad stopped dead when they saw Davina. Their mouths fell open.
