?Chapter 1042:
Resigned, Christina shook her head and then turned to Dn, leading him toward the kitchen. “Come on, let’s sort out the ingredients.”
“I’ll tag along. I’ll help out and keep an eye on our muddled friend while he cooks.”.
Robin grinned smugly. He intended to milk Dn’s confusion for all it was worth, mocking him freely while he had the chance. Because once Dn returned to form, even a nce from him could freeze the air.
“How clever I am,”.
Robin muttered under his breath, thoroughly pleased with himself.
Robin trailed in cheerfully, but the moment he stepped into the kitchen—before he could even think of offering a hand—he was showered head to toe by Dn, who was gleefully sshing around with a massive lobster.
“Ahhh! Dn, you idiot! This is ridiculous!”.
Robin roared furiously, stumbling back out of the kitchen.
But Dn only kept flinging water at Robin, grinning from ear to ear as heughed. “This is so much fun!”
“Fun? You’ve ruined my clothes!”.
Robin groused, scowling at his soaked shirt while casting a murderous re at Dn, who onlyughed harder. Robin couldn’t shake the feeling that Dn was doing it on purpose. And in truth, his hunch was right—Dn was indeed toying with him deliberately.
“You’d better go change out of those wet clothes. We don’t need your help here. We’ll manage just fine,”.
Christina said, dismissing Robin with calm authority.
Robin shot Dn onest venomous re before heading off to change. His wet clothes clung heavily to him, leaving him utterly ufortable.
Christina turned her gaze to Dn, who was still fooling around with the lobster, and let out a resigned sigh. “Enough. Stop ying and leave the ingredients to me. You can go now.”
“I’m not leaving,”.

Dn countered stubbornly, setting the lobster down before catching her wrist. His voice softened as he gazed at her earnestly. “Chrissie, I really can cook.”<fn758f> Th? link to the orig?n of this information r?sts ?n find(?)ovel</fn758f>
Christina had been ready to order him out before he made an even bigger mess. But the moment her eyes met his clear, earnest gaze, the words caught in her throat. “You can stay, but no messing up here,”.
she said finally, her tone gentle but edged with warning.
“Okay.”.
Dn nodded quickly, almost sheepishly.
To her surprise, she soon discovered he wasn’t bluffing. His knife glided with precision, his movements were swift yet graceful, and his skill was undeniable. It became clear that, despite his lost memories, his talent in the kitchen had remained untouched.
The thought of his culinary prowess made Christina’s mouth water. She was already imagining just how delicious the dishes would taste.
Her eyes followed him intently as he worked, and without realizing it, she became utterly absorbed. The focus on his face only deepened his charm. Even in his…
Even in his befuddled state, his refined aura remained unbroken. Watching him cook was, in itself, a feast for the eyes.
As soon as Dn finished preparing the ingredients, he turned toward her with a radiant smile. “Chrissie, I’m done.”.
His eyes gleamed with anticipation as he gazed at Christina.
