Chapter 1927: Chapter 2028: New City, All Trades Await Development

The city is rapidly developing in the predetermined direction, and the surroundings are stable now, making it a good time for development.
Schools, factories, hospitals, and more are within Long Wu’s design scope, and the first phase of the factory is already profitable. Due to advanced equipment and hard-working employees, the products they produce are not only of high quality but also efficient.
The most critical issue now is transportation. If we can’t transport what we produce, it’s all for nothing.
Currently, Sun City is basically surrounded by Wolf Fang. To get out, we can only go through Wolf Fang’s territory.
This is what Xiang Yu is worried about. If Wang Qian stays here, it’s fine, but if Wang Qian is transferred, it will be hard to manage.
"We are currently only producing semi-finished products. Many things need to be shipped domestically for assembly, which increases our transportation costs," Wang Qian said with some concern.
"When will the next phase bepleted?" Xiang Yu asked.
If the next phase starts production, they can produce finished products here, contact customers locally, and deliver them directly to their destination.
"It’ll bepleted in about half a month, but the products produced during this period must be shipped out, or they will pile up," Long Wu said worriedly.
"I’ll find a way. You all just focus on production," Xiang Yu said.
Long Wu nodded, feeling a bit heartbroken seeing Xiang Yu’s tired look.
"Don’t push yourself too hard. What we’ve aplished is already great," Long Wu said.
Xiang Yu nodded and said, "Sun Citycks resources, and the power facilities can’t keep up. I’ve observed the environment here and noticed the wind is strong. We could use wind power."
Long Wu smiled, "You don’t need to worry about these things. I’ve already designed everything."
Xiang Yu was just speaking casually, not expecting that these were all within Long Wu’s ns.
Looking back, letting Long Wu go into business was the right choice. After all, if a woman followed him around, she wouldn’t have much achievement.
Long Wu can now be considered a jack of all trades and a major support for Xiang Yu.
"Great, with you in charge of these things, I’ll now go and coordinate transportation," Xiang Yu said and stood up, ready to leave.
At that moment, someone ran in from outside, stood upright, and said, "Report to the leader, there’s a situation to report."
The person nced at Long Wu, unsure whether to speak up, as Long Wu wasn’t military personnel.
"Speak directly," Xiang Yu said.
Xiang Yu had nothing to hide from Long Wu; he just didn’t want her involved in dangerous matters.
"Two vehicles have entered our area, and they are carrying many instruments. We don’t know what they’re doing," the person said.
"Go check it out," Xiang Yu said, heading out immediately.
The two vehicles were already within the self-defense team’s monitoring range. When Xiang Yu arrived, Eck hurried over to report, "These two vehicles seem to be detecting something with their instruments. Could there be a gold mine or something beneath us?"
Eck spoke with some excitement. If there really were minerals beneath them, they would be in luck.
"Quickly control them. Whatever is beneath us, it doesn’t benefit us at the moment," Xiang Yu said sternly.
Eck didn’t understand why Xiang Yu was so tense, but quickly sent people to intercept the two vehicles.
There were six people in the two vehicles, speaking English—four white and two ck individuals.
"What country are you from?" Xiang Yu asked.
Having experienced so much, Xiang Yu could now speak multiplenguages fluently, including English.
"We’re Americans, here with official authorization. Why are you detaining us?" a tall guy looked at Xiang Yu puzzled.
"Who authorized you?" Xiang Yu asked with a smile.
In such a chaotic ce like Little Syria, someone iming authorization to enter their territory wasughable.
"Our government has an agreement with the Little Syria government. They allow us to conduct surveys anywhere in Little Syria’s territory. You have no right to detain us," the tall guy said confidently.
Xiang Yu was speechless. These Americans were unaware of the situation here, courting death by showing up.
With Little Syria’s government on the verge of copse, their words held no weight.
In contrast, what the major factions said was more effective than the government’s words.
The U.S. government surely knew about these matters. If they still sent people over, there could only be one reason: the U.S. government didn’t care about this team.
"You’ve been tricked by your own country. Don’t you know there’s a war here? Coming here is suicide," Xiang Yu said with a smile.
The tall guy, agitated, said, "Even in chaos, there should be a government. Without one, the country is finished! Give us our phones back; I need to make a call."
Xiang Yu didn’t want to exin anything, then said to Eck, "Detain them, and confiscate all their instruments. They mustn’t contact the outside world."
Eck acknowledged and ordered people to take the six Americans away.
The Americans were emotional and attempted to resist but were beaten by the self-defense team.
"Hey, don’t harm them. They might be useful in the future," Xiang Yu said.
Xiang Yu didn’t know what they were surveying, but they were likely experts. He was in dire need of talent, and keeping them would be ideal.
"Sir, I heard that the U.S. is a world leader. Wouldn’t we be in trouble for detaining them?" Eck leaned in and whispered to Xiang Yu.
"Don’t worry. As long as we keep it confidential, no one will know about this," Xiang Yu confidently replied.
Even though the U.S. is powerful, they clearly didn’t care about these people; otherwise, they wouldn’t have sent these six unlucky souls here.
"I have to go now. Report to me if anything happens."
After saying this, Xiang Yu left to find Wang Qian to coordinate transportation issues.
"I want to see you," Xiang Yu said, holding the phone in the car.
"What’s up?" Wang Qian replied hastily, as if she was busy with something.
"It’s not urgent. If you’re busy, we can talkter," Xiang Yu said.
Xiang Yu knew Wang Qian must be busy, especially after dealing with the Timberwolves, with many follow-up tasks to handle.
"Come over tonight. I’m in a meeting right now," Wang Qian said hurriedly.
Xiang Yu acknowledged, hung up the phone, and asked the driver to stop.
There wasn’t much to do now, so he got out of the car to take a stroll.
The city was rapidly developing. His only concern was security. If a powerful force came and took away his hard-earned achievements, it would be disastrous.
The City Guard Army was rapidly growing, but many supporting facilitiesgged behind. The base was the weakest link.
Thinking of this, Xiang Yu remembered the designer Jackson. He needed to quickly bring Jackson over to work on the base.
Just then, Xiang Yu’s phone rang. It was Wu Jing calling from Little Bus.
"International calls are expensive," Xiang Yu said when he answered the call...
