    He didn''t want to take the risk. The females were generally not as strong as the males to begin with. Drawing that much blood at one go might prove to be fatal.


    The truth was that he wouldn''t have wanted to use Analise''s blood, even if he didn''t need two pints of it.


    The average female habitually ingested nutrient packs and potions. He just had to draw less blood and feed them the supplements to keep them stabilized.
