?Chapter 3088:
Elissa moved with her and let out a quietugh. “Slow down! We don’t have to rush!”
“Elissa, you’re finally back!” Savannah stepped forward, and her daughter’s cheerful face brought relief to her own.
It looked like she truly enjoyed spending time with her friend.
“Emma, thank you very much,” Savannah said with sincere appreciation.
“What for?” Emma brushed the gratitude aside and added, “If it’s alright with you, Mrs. Brown, I’d love to visit Elissa more often.”

“Of course.” Savannah nodded with a smile. “As long as you have time. You’re always wee.”
“See? Mrs. Brown said yes!” Emma gave Elissa a yful look. “I’ll get going now. Make sure you rest. Goodnight!”
“Alright.” Elissa released her slowly and waved. “Take care on the road… Good night!”
“Good night, Mrs. Brown!”
“Please drive carefully!”
Savannah and Elissa stood together as they watched Emma walk to the car.
Savannah ced an arm around her daughter while they headed back inside. She noticed her daughter’s brightened mood and asked, “You’re really fond of this friend, aren’t you?”
“Yes!” Elissa nodded with a sincere smile. “Emma is truly lovely.”
“That’s wonderful.” Savannah gave her hand a gentle pat. “Your happiness matters to me. So whenever Emmaes by, you don’t have to report it every single time.”
Elissa’s eyes lit up. “Thanks, Mom!”
“I’m your mother. You don’t have to thank me for that.” Savannah shook her head and drifted into quiet thought.
At the break of dawn, when the sky still held onto thest traces of night, Emma arrived at the manor to fetch Elissa.
Elissa had already gotten herself ready and made her way downstairs without slowing her pace.
“That was fast!” Emma hadn’t even stepped out of the car. “Did Mrs. Brown allow you to leave?”
She thought she might have to walk inside and give an exnation.
“Yes!” Elissa climbed into the passenger seat. “Mom told me I don’t need to check with her every time I go out with you.”
“Alright.” Emma felt a flicker of surprise, followed by a touch of guilt. Still, it was toote to second-guess anything now.
She turned the key and said, “Let’s head out.”
“Okay.”
The drive brought them to Ernest’s residence before long.
He was already outside the house, clearly expecting them. As soon as Emma parked, he walked up to the car and opened the passenger door for Elissa.
With a careful hold on her hand, he gave Emma a grateful nod. “Miss Carrillo, thank you for bringing her.”
“Alright then.” Emma grinned and called out to Elissa, “We’ll stick to our usual n!”
“Ok. I remember.”
“See youter!” Emma turned her car around and headed out through the gate.
Ernest guided Elissa toward his own car.
“Are we leaving now?” she asked.
“Yes.”
“Where are we going?”
“Somewhere I want to show you.”
