Chapter 1051

    ?Chapter 1051:

“Understood, sir.” Quentin nodded sharply and hurried off to execute the orders.

“What’s going on?” Linda appeared just then, havinge to check on N.

Seeing Ernest’s distressed state, her instincts told her something was wrong.

“What’s happened? Is N okay?” she asked.

“No, it’s not that,” Ernest said, shaking his head with a heavy sigh.

“Grandma forced Eric to leave, and now we can’t get hold of him.”

“What?” Linda’s eyes widened in disbelief. “She…”

She had her own frustrations with N, but seeing Ernest’s expression, Linda swallowed herints, though her mind raced.

N was truly heartless! Even if Eric wasn’t a Flynn by blood, he’d been raised as one. He had dedicated years to the family—didn’t that count for anything?

Frankly, if Eric hadn’t held things together while Ernest was in aa, the Flynn family would’ve crumbled.

Yet the moment N learned Eric wasn’t her biological grandson, she discarded him without hesitation, ignoring their shared history.

“Don’t worry,” Ernest said, noticing Linda’s concern and being mindful of her own health. “I’ve sent Quentin and Phillips to search for him.” He thought for a moment and then asked her, “Any idea where he might’ve gone?”

“Hmm…” Linda’s brow furrowed as she thought. “What about Hadley’s ce? Have you checked with her?”

Ernest’s eyes lit up. “You’re right—Ipletely forgot about Hadley. Good call. I’ll phone her now.”

He pulled out his phone and dialed Hadley’s number, but there was no answer.

Linda nced at her watch. “She’s probably filming on set right now. Eric might’ve gone to find her.”

“Is that the show you did a cameo for recently?”

    “Yeah, that’s the one.”

“I see.” Ernest pocketed his phone. “I’ll head to the set to look for her. Can you stay here with Grandma?”

The best stories are at g?lnσν????s???????

Linda nodded. “Of course. Let me know if you hear anything.”

    “Okay.”

Ernest rushed to the filming location and found Hadley.

“Ernest?” Hadley, still in her costume, looked surprised. “What’re you doing here? Is something wrong? Is it N?”

“No, no,” Ernest assured her, shaking his head. “Grandma’s fine.”

    “Then what’s this about?”

Judging by her reaction, Ernest had a hunch but still pressed on. “Eric hasn’te by to see you, has he?”

“Eric?” Hadley blinked, confused by the question but answered honestly. “He dropped me off here this morning, but he left after that.” So Eric wasn’t here.

Ernest’s heart sank, and for a moment, he was at a loss for words. “Hadley, if Eric shows up—or just calls, messages, anything, could you let me know?”

Hadley’s confusion deepened. “What’s going on? You can’t reach him?”

“No,” Ernest admitted after a brief pause, his gaze heavy with worry.

“Ernest…” Hadley hesitated, then ventured, “Did something happen to Eric?”

“It’s…” Ernest struggled, choosing his words carefully. “It’s not my ce to exin. When we find him, he’ll tell you himself.”
