Chapter 951

    ?Chapter 951:

As Phillips came back, Hadley helped Eric into his coat.

“Hadley.” Looking down at her, Eric felt a pang of regret knowing they wouldn’t see much of each other the next day since she had agreed toe and celebrate his recovery with the Flynns.

“The day after tomorrow, I’ll drop by for breakfast with you and Joy. We’ll have some fun together.”

Eric harbored hopes of fully integrating them into the Flynn family, but he knew Hadley was not yet ready. He resolved to be patient for a while longer.

Securing the final button for him, Hadley reflected on Joy’s eager expression and gave a nod. “I’ll let her know.”

The sanatorium was alive with festive preparations even near the end of the holiday season.

As the caregiver strolled through the courtyard with Elissa, she said, “Miss Hond, they’ve decorated the entire ce with colorful lights. It’s going to look magical tonight.”

Realizing her oversight that Elissa couldn’t see, she quickly added, “I’m sorry, Miss Hond.”

“It’s fine,” Elissa responded with a smile, showing resilience. “I’m not overly delicate, Laney. You don’t need to tread so lightly around me.”

“Great. Would you like to head over there? This ce has gotten busier recently with more residents…”

Elissa could discern the uptick in chatter around them.

“Excuse me, could you direct me to this location?” Out of nowhere, a voice that Elissa recognized sounded nearby.

That unmistakable voice! She had known it for so long; it was impossible not to recognize it.

Was Robin here? Had hee looking for her? Could he be here to take her away?

Elissa’s face turned pale, and her whole body began shaking uncontrobly.

One desperate idea dominated her thoughts—she needed to escape!

Falling into Robin’s grasp meant certain danger.

Abruptly, she released the caregiver’s hand and ran!

“Miss Hond!” Surprised by the sudden turn of events, Laney eximed, “Where are you heading?” Elissa, oblivious to the calls, sprinted forward.

    “Miss Hond!”

Full of fear, Laney sprinted after Elissa, but moving too quickly, she stumbled over an unseen obstacle.

    “Ouch…”

As she hit the ground, Laney let out a cry of pain. Struggling to her feet, she searched the area, but Elissa had vanished from sight, filling her with sudden panic.

“Miss Hond!” Laney’s voice cracked as she cried out.

Breathing hard, Laney grabbed her phone and hastily dialed. “Hurry! Miss Hond has run off. Alert the director! We need to find her immediately—she must note to any harm!”

    “Understood!”

Here in the Flynn family’s sanatorium, the staff were well aware of Elissa’s high-profile status, given her ties to Ernest.

The entire sanatorium burst into urgent activity. “Miss Hond?” “Miss Hond? Where are you?”

Robin, who was there visiting a friend, picked up on the urgency. A frown creased his brow. The name Hond struck a chord…
