?Chapter 1341:
When they arrived home, Bryan exited the car and gently carried Eileen inside.
Observing this, Le frowned and stood up to speak.
However, Ste quickly interjected, “Take her to the bedroom to rest. Gabri is tired, too. You should get both of them to bed first. We’ll stay up a while longer.” She gestured for Le to sit back down. “We are old and don’t require much sleep. Eileen is pregnant; let her rest more.”
At this, Le appeared displeased as Bryan took Eileen upstairs to the second floor.
Gabri trailed behind Bryan, clutching her little bunny doll, as she called out, “Wait for me! I want to sleep, too.” Bryan left the door open after cing Eileen on the bed. As soon as he set her down, Gabri came rushing in. Bryan then went to wash up.
Gabri tiptoed over, shut the door, and settled in the middle of the bed.
When Bryan came out of the bathroom after washing up, he noticed Gabri nting a kiss on Eileen’s cheek. The soft light illuminated the mother and daughter. After the kiss, Gabri turned to Bryan, and seeing him watching, she smiled shyly. “I kissed Mommy. Mommy is great.”
“Come here,” Bryan said, lying down on the bed and patting the space beside him. “I’ll hold you while you…”
“Then I’ll kiss Daddy, too. Daddy is also great,” Gabri said as she shifted, wrapped her arms around Bryan’s neck, and nted a kiss on his cheek.
A slight smile crossed Bryan’s lips as he turned off the light and held Gabri.

Before long, Gabri drifted off to sleep.
Just then, Bryan’s phone on the bedside table beeped. He quickly grabbed it and took a quick look. He received a message.
“There’s an update on Milford, but it appears someone else is also investigating him. Looks like it’s Mr. Meyer.” Bryan narrowed his eyes as he looked at the sleeping Eileen, recalling her whispered conversation with Phoebe earlier.
He responded, “Let him look into it.”
After putting away his phone, Bryan turned back and cradled Gabri, one arm tucked under her little head, his hand barely brushing Eileen’s.
Instinctively, Eileen grasped his hand in her sleep, nuzzling her face into his palm as she settled deeper into sleep.
Eileen had set several rms for Christmas Day, and when it was time, she got out of bed.
Gabri also woke up, bubbling with excitement. She quickly donned her new dress and dashed downstairs ahead of Eileen.
Eileen was midway down the stairs when she spotted Gabri standing in front of several family members in the living room.
“Merry Christmas! I want gifts!” Gabri eximed. Everyone began to hand Gabri the gifts they had prepared.
