Chapter 859

    ?Chapter 859:

“Two hours max after time, from now on!” Eileen dered, her voice firm.

To her surprise, Bryan agreed without a fuss.

    “Alright.”

Eileen let out a sigh of relief.

“Don’t forget to get back to Jessicater.”

After some dy, Jessica responded. “Mr. Dawson, I assure you, my family has no shady past. I’ll send you blood samples from my parents first, and then I’ll tell you who my parents are. You’re wee to meet them in person if you’d like.”

“Meet me at the VQ Group’s entrance tomorrow morning at eight,” Bryan replied, setting the meeting for the next day. Though that was set for tomorrow, he had other ns for tonight, and those ns involved Eileen.

He wanted Eileen’s full attention tonight, and since the matter wasn’t resolved yet, Eileen would be more willing toply with him tonight.

Later, after a nice dinner out, Bryan and Eileen were heading home. As they pulled up to their gatedmunity, they encountered the same woman from the day before.

The woman waved them to a stop, looking a bit hesitant.

“I’m so sorry to bother you again,” she said. “But could I ask for another favor? Would you mind helping me get through the entrance?”

Eileen nodded and opened the car door for her. The woman got in and quickly pulled out her phone.

    Your adventure awaits at gα?ησν????s?c〇m

She said, “I need a keycard for entry here. Could I buy one from you? I’m happy to pay.”

Eileen paused for a moment, unsure if she should give in to the woman’s request.

The woman reassured her, “Feel free to charge double the price. I’m just here to visit my friend. It’s inconvenient for him to alwayse pick me up, and he’s hesitant to let mee often, first wanting to avoid both…”

Eileen found herself unable to resist the woman’s pleading gaze, which tugged at her heartstrings.

“You don’t need to pay. I’ll give you one,” Eileen said, handing over a keychain from her bag. “Just return it when you’re done with it.”

With joy in her eyes, the woman received the keychain and smiled at Eileen.

“Thank you so much! I’m Sariyah Gonzalez. What’s your name?”

“I’m Eileen Curtis,” Eileen said, attempting to shake the woman’s hand, but Sariyah held onto it tightly.

“Wait… You’re Eileen Curtis?” Sariyah’s jaw dropped. She looked visibly shocked.

Eileen nodded, confused by Sariyah’s reaction.

    “Yes, what’s wrong?”

Sariyah erupted intoughter, still holding onto Eileen’s hand. She stammered, “Y-You have the same name as the Eileen I’ve heard so much about! You know Onnd, right? There’s a female entrepreneur named Eileen who lives there. Her story is like a fairy tale, Cindere. I’ve been to Onnd several times, and each time I visit, I hear the story of her and her husband again. I can almost recite it word for word now, but I’m still happy to hear it again. Unfortunately, I’ve never had a chance to meet them.”

Eileen fell silent. She felt utterly exposed now.
