?Chapter 416:
Fear flickered in Dalores’ eyes as she struggled to free herself. “What’s your problem? I’m not even married. People will judge me if I go for a pregnancy test!” she eximed, trying to resist as Julio forcefully led her out of the restroom.
Dalores turned to Eileen for help, desperation written across her face.
“Ms. Curtis, help me!”
Her pleading eyes met Eileen’s, but thetter was taken off guard when Dalores was suddenly embraced, nearly losing her bnce.
Struggling to keep her footing, Dalores was still being pulled by Julio.
“Let her go!” Eileen rushed forward to intervene. “If she’s really pregnant, you could harm the baby!”
“It doesn’t matter,” Julio responded coldly, assisting Dalores to her feet and grabbing her wrists. His gaze was steely, unwavering. “If the child is mine, it cannot stay.”
Dalores’ eyes widened in terror at his words. To her, Julio now seemed monstrous, almost devilish.
Eileen stood frozen, speechless in shock, unable to utter a word.
Julio’s situation wasplicated. He needed to marry into the Harrison family to secure his position. Revealing this pregnancy would cause the Harrison family to break the engagement, potentially devastating the Freguson Group.
Without waiting for Eileen to process the situation, or for Dalores to respond, Julio scooped Dalores onto his shoulder and strode away.
Dalores beat her fists against his back, weeping and shouting curses.

This action was almost a confession that the child was Julio’s.
As Benjamin emerged from the private room, Julio and Dalores were already stepping into the elevator.
He found Eileen standing there, dazed. “What happened?”
“Nothing,” Eileen replied, her expression distant.
She knew she couldn’t interfere in Julio’s matters or control his actions.
Chasing after them would onlyplicate things further.
“Let’s head back and wrap up dinner early,” Eileen suggested, her thoughts clearly elsewhere.
The dinner concluded ahead of schedule. When Eileen got home, Gabri was still ying in the living room with Ruby.
Upon seeing Eileen, Gabri made an effort to move toward her, clumsily rolling on the floor.
Eileen set down her purse, switched her shoes, washed her hands, and then lifted Gabri, spending some time ying with her.
