Chapter 1414

    ?Chapter 1414:

Hamilton wasn’t ready to leave the car just yet. The embarrassment was too much to handle. He had never felt so humiliated in his life. Raising sons like these, utterly useless, had dimmed the glory of his once-proud life, especially watching them currying favor with Dani like devoted fools. Had he really brought up so many sons only to watch them grovel for Dani’s attention?

Unable to endure the shame, Hamilton decided to wait inside before making his move out of the car.

But Alexander moved first. He stepped out and approached Dani. “It’s been a few days, and you’re looking more radiant than ever, Dani.”

Damon, still pleading, suddenly caught sight of a face he found irritating and snapped, “Buzz off! Wait your turn. I’m not done talking!”

Damon was spoiled rotten and mastered the art of sweet talk. His brothers had always pampered him, so indulgence came naturally. When it came to Alexander, Damon paid no mind and didn’t take him seriously at all.

Alexander held a certain weight in Olisvine. People usually knew better than to speak to him without respect, and being yelled at like somemon fool left him frozen in disbelief.

Damon didn’t stop there; he even shoved Alexander. Alexander stumbled backward, arms iling to catch his bnce, and Hamilton realized he had to get out of the car immediately.

Letting out a quiet breath, Hamilton opened the door and stood up straight. “What the hell is going on here?”

Damon turned his head at Hamilton’s icy expression, and his boldness vanished in an instant. “Father, why are you here?”

Hamilton didn’t even blink in Damon’s direction. His eyes were locked on Dani. “Quite the move you pulled, stealing both of my sons as if it were some kind of game. Impressive.”

Dani met his gaze with a calm smile. “You give me too much credit. Your sons came to me on their own, actually. I’ve been wondering if the real issue lies within your family—otherwise, why would they keep running away from home? By the way, how many sons do you have?”

Damon’s eyes lit up the moment he heard her question. He leaned forward and said, “Five. Including me, there are five of us.”

An awkward silence followed. Hamilton said nothing. His secretary remained expressionless. Alexander looked as though he wanted to disappear.

Dani tilted her head, eyes glinting. “Five sons. That means three are still at home. If raising them has be too much for you, let me help. After all, you’re not getting any younger. I wouldn’t mind taking them in—no charge.”

Hamilton’s face darkened like a brewing storm. “How generous of you.”

Daniughed softly. “Oh, no need to thank me.”

Meanwhile, the host inside was starting to panic. Two of Oiscoll’s biggest names were standing outside his building, practically fighting, and he had to step in. Hurrying to the entrance, he smiled nervously and weed them inside.

Hamilton didn’t hide his irritation. “Let him know I’ll give him a week. That’s it. If hees up empty-handed, I’ll sell off his casino. In two weeks, he’s off the McCoy Group board. In three weeks, I will freeze all ess to his ounts. If we’re still in the dark after a month, he can go stay with Niks and y family over at Dani’s ce.”
