《Into The Flash.》 Chapter 1 - TRANSMIGRATION A young man in his early twenties is standing at the bottom of a hill seemingly waiting for someone. Then another guy shows up carrying a big bag. "Hey dude, I''ve been waiting here all day, what have you been doing", John asked. Peter scratches his head as he replies, "I really got stuck in a traffic jam, I''m sorry" "No problem then did you bring the kit?"John asked. Peter nodded in affirmation as he unzips the bag and brings out the materials inside. After some minor preparations, they begin to climb the hill. This continued for a while. Admist climbing, Peter starts a conversation, "John do you know there''s a new movie the DC is about to release." "Is that so, what is the name of the movie?" replied John. "It''s called Shazam, really interesting movie". Then as Peter is about to reply, he makes a mistake, loses his balance and tumbles. He hits his head on a rock and blood starts to gush out from his head. All of a sudden, he sees a series of white light flash before his eyes and then a big clock appears in his mind. Then the clock starts to reverse. Then his remaining energy fades away, and the light suddenly blacks out. After a couple of minute, he opened his eyes and sees a couple of white lights. He looks around and notices that he is on a bed. Then a woman comes over to him, supposedly checking his vitals. The woman kept saying, "Run diagnostic checks, eyes respond to light, stable pulse rate.... ". Admist all the confusion, he manages to ask, "Where am I?". The strange woman replied you''re in STAR labs Barry, you were in a coma for nine months". (Wait a minute,STAR labs, Barry) John kept thinking. The he suddenly asks, "Are you by any chance, Doctor Caitlin snow?" "Of course Barry, or the the accident destroy a part of your memory?" she jokingly said. Then he realized that he''s been transmigrated into the body of Barry Allen, the Flash. Chapter 2 - SYSTEM Then he heard a voice in his head. Host soul has successfully transmigrated and fused with body. I can''t believe I have a system) he thought. (But why is the power unknown, I''m very sure it''s superspeed, maybe I have to use it to unlock it.) Then a middle-aged man on a wheelchair came into the room. John knew this man all too well. The mad-scientist, Harrison Wells. Although he kinda hates him for killing "his" parents, he couldn''t show it on his face now. Wells looked up at him and said, "Mr. Allen, you have been in coma for nine months, you were struck by lightning during the particle accelerator incident." Barry(John) who already knew this was not surprised in the least. He just casually asked, "So, am I free to leave now?". Wells hesitated for a while before he said, "Of course, but you still need to return here so we can be sure there''s no further complications." "Alright then" Barry said. He then borrowed a STAR labs sweat shirt and a little change and left the building. When he left, Wells crumpled up his face as if to say, why is he not surprised by the news. Outside the building, he hailed a Taxi to the Police Station. While in the taxi, he tried to reminisce about all what happened. (From what I remember, at the Police station, there will be a prisoner trying to steal the gun from the policeman. I better remember to stop him) he thought. Upon his arrival at the police station, just as he had imagined, there was a man trying to take a gun from the policeman''s holster. On impulse, he felt his body moved as he stopped the man. Then all of a sudden time began to slow down, then he remembered that this was when a lady tripped and spilled her drink. Acting fast, he saved the woman from spilling the drink. She muttered a thank you and left. Then Iris, Barry''s childhood friend, came by. She hugged him and started asking him various questions about his health checking as if to make sure he''s in perfect condition. He told her calmly, "Iris, I''m really fine." "That''s good" she replied. Then Barry''s hand started vibrating. He finds an excuse and leaves the station. When he gets outside, he tried to calm his nerves. But his hand kept spinning. He checked the system and was shocked by what he saw DNA: Altered by Dark Matter Powers : Superspeed Weaknesses : Unknown ATTRIBUTES Strength : 15 Defence : 12 Agility :110 Stamina :12 Intelligence :31 What the f**k! Agility has skyrocketed from 14 to 110. And the power stat is already unlocked Time to take it for a spin. He begins to run down the alley, while he was running, he remembered than in the previous world, he ran into a waste disposal truck. Just when he was about to hit the truck, he manages to slow down. "Phew, that was close, i better get to star labs immediately" Chapter 3 - NEW SKILL IN A BANK SOMEWHERE IN CENTRAL CITY A man shows up at the counter in the bank. He asks the woman what the weather is to which she replies, " It''s sunny out there ". Then he looks up and said, "Looks like its gonna be windy ". All of a sudden, strong winds starts blowing in the bank, wrecking havoc in the bank. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "You said, you were able to run faster than you ever imagined possible", asked Wells, perplexed. "It looks more like I''m the only one moving while others remain static", Barry replied. "Is it possible that the particle accelerator altered his DNA?", Caitlin asked rubbing her temples. "That''s a possibility " Wells said. But there''s only one way of finding out Outside the STAR labs building. Under a shed, Cisco and Caitlin seems to be programming some machines. Barry is wearing an athletic suit with large sensors attached to the ear. " The set-up has been completed. Within the suit, there are sensors which we can use to measure the speed and acceleration of your body and microphones for communications", Caitlin explained. Cisco comes out holding a tablet and says, "You can start now" Barry then crouch down in position like that of an athlete preparing for a dash. At the count of three, he sets out at full speed. A gust of wind is expelled as he runs. Shocked expressions appears on everyone''s faces. Barry kept running increasing his speed as he ran. Then he started thinking, (I had an accident close to this time and broke my arm. If i avoid it, my ability to recuperate fast might not be discovered. Guess I''ll just have to endure the pain) Cisco kept reporting the speed to everyone, 400km/hr, 480km/hr, 560km/hr..... Then all of a sudden, Barry runs into a cl.u.s.ter of barrels with a loud thud. His hand is bandaged heavily. "Your left arm is broken Mr.Allen and it might take a while to recuperate fully", Wells said. Barry feigned a worried expression and casually added, " Please just call me Barry in the future " He decides to go visit Joe at the policestation. When he gets to the station again, a lot of officers sees him and they begin to greet him, asking about his health. Then a middle-aged man of medium height came out of his office. "Barry, when did you get back", Joe asked. "Just recently", Barry replied. "Well good to have you back son" Joe said and put his hand on Barry shoulder and went out of the office. Barry climbs up the stairs into his office to get familiar with the environment. After a while, Barry recieves a call from Joe telling him to come to a certain bank right away. He was about leaving when the system gave him a notification. He called out the system... Chapter 4 - WEATHER WIZARD (1) He arrives at the location Joe gave to him. The entire area has been barricaded by the Police. When Joe saw that he has arrived, he went over to him, " Bank robbery. The witness said they saw a man who could control the weather " ( Well nothing surprises me anymore since I kinda know the ins and outs of this world) Barry thought. " We have a sketch artist working with the witnesses right now" Joe added. We just have to wait for the sketch to be completed. After a couple of minutes, an officer comes around with a sketch-pad in his arms as he stretches his hands, beckoning to Joe to have a look. Joe collects the pad and gazes at it. Then suddenly shock filled his eyes. " What is it Joe ", Barry asked, concerned. " Take a look at the image", Joe said and passed the pad to Barry. " Clyde Mardon? I thought he died during the particle accelerator accident many months ago" Barry asked. " It must have a mistake. Maybe they were so shocked that they couldn''t properly recognize him", Joe said. " That''s also a probability ", Barry sighed ( Although I know that Clyde didn''t really die. Trying to convince Joe might arouse suspicion.) he thought. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - As Barry was walking down the street, all of a sudden, the atmosphere turns misty with visibility nearing zero. Then he saw Clyde driving a car, stealing a glance at him. He had the impulse to go after him but he managed to restrain himself because he remembered that if he makes a rash decision someone might lose his life. Instead of chasing him. chasing him, he decides to save the motorists from the accident that might start occurring soon. Amidst all the commotion he was still able to brain storm and just a period of one second passed. As the first car was about to collide, at the speed of sound, he took all the the passenger out. This continues for a minute until the fog clears..... AT THE POLICE STATION TV:- Even the weather man couldn''t predict the occurrence of the fog that formed for a short while today. People present when it happened informed us that a red blur saved them from accident and maybe death. Although we are yet to confirm the authenticity of the news, we... "Joe, I''m telling you I saw Clyde Mardon and it was as if he was controlling the weather", Barry said with a serious look on his face. "Barry for the last time, Mardon is dead. And as for the weather it was a natural occurrence" Joe said amidst writing something. "But we got a lead on the person who robbed the bank. He is staying at a barn near the end of the town" Joe added When Barry saw there was no convincing him, he sighed and left. AT STAR LABS " Hi everyone " Barry greeted as he entered into the laboratory. " Mr. Allen, or should i say, red blur. You put your life at risk by pulling off that stunt " Wells said " I saved the lives of many people today and tomorrow this is how you commend me, very nice of you Dr.Wells " Barry said wearing a downcast look. Wells looks at everyone in the room and he pushes his wheelchair away. " You guys won''t believe what happened today. I met someone like me, but instead, he controls the weather " Barry said. " You mean Clyde Mardon, The Meta-Human with the ability to manipulate the weather? Yes we know about him " Caitlin said " Meta-Human? " Barry asked " That''s what we call people like you. We think the wave generated by the particle accelerator caused your genes to be altered" Cisco added. " Joe already found a lead on his location. It''s at a farm near the outskirts of the town" Barry said. "We were making this suit for the Firemen in order to win back peoples trust but it seems to be just perfect for the occasion " Cisco said and brought out a red suit. "The suit contains electronic sensors for detecting your vitals and its highly heat resistant. With communication devices" Cisco said feeling proud of his work. Chapter 5 - WEATHER WIZARD (2) AT A BARN SOMEWHERE AT THE OUTSKIRTS OF CENTRAL CITY... " Yep, this is the place, Eddie " Joe said. " Same tyre tracks and that stench of manure, definitely the place" Eddie said pinching his nose. The both of them moved into the barn, advancing into the barn, trying as much as possible to conceal their presence. Inside the barn is a man who had his bent as if he was doing something. " Hey, you there! put your hands where I can see ''em and turn around slowly "Joe said pointing the gun at the man. The man turns around and as he did a sinister smile appear on his face. " Mardon? What the f*ck!! I thought you were dead" Joe exclaimed. " I mean I saw you die nine months ago " Joe added still shocked. " This is Clyde Mardon? ", Eddie asked " Hard to believe, but, y....ye.... yes " Joe replied. " Surprised to see me, huh, Joe West? " Clyde asked revealing a sinister smile. "Don''t you know that God can''t die and that night, I became God ", Clyde said. " god''s don''t rob bank Mardon ", Joe said as if mocking him. " You''re right Joe. It''s time I thought bigger ",Clyde said and brought his hands to the side. MEANWHILE AT STAR LABS " So, you''re saying its gonna be able to keep up with the heat I produce when I superspeed? " Barry asked. " Exactly ", Cisco replied. " And what about the friction that is also generated? ", Barry asked. " Yup, it covers everything ", Cisco said feeling smug. ****BEEP***BEEP***BEEP***BEEP**** " What''s happening? ", Dr.Wells asks as he rolls his wheelchair into the room. " Our sensors are detecting a huge tornado coming from the outskirts ", Caitlin replied. " Lemme ta into the footages", Cisco said amidst operating a computer. " Clyde?!! " Barry exclaimed " Seems like its time I put the suit to the test", he added. " Mr. Allen, I don''t think should be putting yourself in the face of danger just because you have the ability to speed up " Wells says as he looks up. " People''s lives are in danger, Wells and you just want me to sit here and do nothing? NO I''m going out there and I''m gonna put an end to Clyde''s madness" Barry said looking determined. " And how do you think you''re gonna stop an F-5 tornado with superspeed " Wells said as if mocking Barry. Barry thinks for a while, as he remembers something a smile forms on his face. " If I superspeed around it in the opposite direction, I might be able to disperse it " Barry said. " Brilliant idea. That was just what I was thinking of and I''m 80% sure its gonna work ", Cisco said. " There''s only one way for us to find out" Barry said AT THE BARN " Eddie, are you okay? " Joe said as he looked over to find Eddie lying unconscious. As the tornado powers increased, it broke out a piece of metal from the wall of the barn and threw it in Joes direction. When Joe saw it. He closed his eyes and gripped his clothes tightly. He waited for a little while before he opened his eyes to see a man clothed in red standing in front of him. "Stay here" the man said. ( The red blur?) Joe thought ( But there seems to be something really familiar about this guy) Barry immediately got to work as he super speeds around the tornado. After some seconds, the tornado starts to disperse little by little. Then Barry sees Clyde in the middle of the tornado. " Red blur, you prefer to use your powers to save the lives of this pathetic people ", Clyde said. " Together, we can rule over this world side by side as gods. " He added. " No, I don''t wanna be a god, we are given our powers for a greater reason Clyde " Barry said amidst running. " Well, whatever, since you''re not on my side, I can go ahead and kill you!!", Clyde exclaimed and increased the power of the tornado. Barry is immediately propelled outwards. ( I know this world more than anyone does and you think you can come and bully me?, think again freak ) With this in mind, like a rocket, he shoots out towards the tornado moving around it with an insane-like speed. Clyde could feel the tornado reduce in power. He tries to increase its power but to no avail. Eventually after some seconds, the tornado is dispersed. Barry immediately followed up with a fast jab to Clyde''s head which knocks him out. He then removes his mask and looks in Joe''s direction. Joe moved closer and opens his mouth wide in surprise as he glares at Barry " You''re the red blur, Barry? " Joe asked. "Hmn..... " " I know what you''re thinking already, I won''t tell Iris about it" Barry said and put his palm on Barry''s shoulder. " You can also read minds? "Joe asked " Not really, Lets just say I know you too well", Barry laughed. " I gotta go, see you later", Barry said as he leaves in a flash. Joe stood there as if rooted, still awestruck about what just happened. Chapter 6 - NEW SKILL: QUANTUM TUNNELLING **RING***RING***RING***RING***RING** The alarm rings for a while before he struggles to turn it off. He sleeps for a while longer until the sunlight escaping through the window falls on his face. He grumbles as he gets out of bed. ( I think I''ve brought my lazy attitude with me to this world. But nevertheless, it was a hectic day, yesterday) He takes his bathe and puts on a red T-shirt with a black Jean. Then he calls out the stat tables.... Then out of nowhere, a bus comes out of a street perpendicular to his direction. ( Although I heal fast, this is gonna hurt) He tries to reduce his break but couldn''t do that in time. He closed his eyes expecting to collide with the bus. Then he felt cool all over. ( Did I just phase through the bus? ) He was still thinking about this when suddenly, his clothes caught on fire. (Damn, I should have worn the suit. ) He immediately put off the clothes and ran back home. He changes into a new cloth and decides to go to the police station. As he was about to leave, he heard a *ding* in his head. Chapter 7 - THE HEIST A taxi stops at the entrance of the Central City Police Department. Barry alights from the taxi and walks into the station. "Good morning Peter", Barry waved as he greeted one of the policemen. "Hey Barry how''re ya doing" Joe is walking along the corridor when he sees Barry come in. He begins to meditate, remembering as much as he could from his previous world. Six men wearing the same clothes with a gun in their hands suddenly moved out. " Bring out all your jeweleries and bring it foward" In the midst of all the confusion, Barry super speeds out of the building and heads straight for STAR labs. He enters the STAR labs and grabs his suit and quickly leaves. The gunmen were about to leave when Barry arrives clothed as the Flash. " Ill ask nicely, put your weapons down and we''ll talk this over a cup of coffee in prison", Barry said with a smirk on his face. ( Damn, I''ve always wanted to do this heroic talk) " Can you even listen to yourself, you sound so damn stupid", one of the guys said " Running around the city, saving people, you must be tired why don''t cha take a rest", he added. Barry immediately dashes forward toward the gunmen. ( Just need to go for master clone. Signs of weakness, huh? But they all look pretty calm to me, wait a minute, one of them''s sweating. BINGO!) As he was advancing towards the robbers, all of them suddenly fired their guns. Being at such a close range, he couldn''t dodge them... Chapter 8 - SAVED BY THE SKILL... He managed to catch all six bullets before it hit any of the people in the bank. By the time he was through he glanced back at the gunmen. The number of robbers has increased from six to twelve . ( Can''t believe he''s already multiplying. At this stage, he shouldn''t have started showing his abilities yet. I must have altered the course of time with my actions) " I thought there were six gunmen, how the hell did they become twelve and they''re all wearing the same outfit", one man exclaimed "Did he just multiply?", said another man Barry pushes his feet against the floor, moving at his limit, he took down the gunmen one after the other. When he was done, he counted the number of gunmen lying unconscious. " Eleven!!! ", he exclaimed. ( The real one escaped then) "Well that''s a problem for later", he sighed. ( First gotta take one of these bodies to STAR labs for analysis) He grabs a body and dashes off to STAR labs. STAR LABS ***whoosh*** " What the hell happened over there? ", Caitlin asked when she saw Barry. " And what is that man doing on your shoulder?", she added. Barry calmly our the man down walked over to Caitlin and sat on the chair next to her and said, " Its a long story...... 5 minutes later... "... and I brought his body here for analysis", Barry said catching his breath. " Hmm, so this guy can replicate his original body and still retain everything he has on him?", Cisco asked " Exactly", Barry replied. " Caitlin, I guess you should be able to get a DNA scan of the clone''s body. That way, we''ll get detailed information on the powers of the meta-human", Barry said. " That''s a brilliant idea, Barry. You really are intelligent ", Caitlin said. "...Tha... Thank you ", Barry said. " But I really have to get going. I''ll leave the metahuman to you", he added and left immediately. " Jeez, he absolutely forgot to take it off", Cisco laughed. Barry scratches his head awkwardly and laughed as he said, "Totally forgot to take off the suit". He removes the suit and stores it appropriately and then leaves the lab. AT THE SCENE OF THE CRIME... " Barry asked " Where the hell are you Barry, I can''t see you anywhere", she asks. " Hmm... huh... Sorry Iris, you see, we''re making analysis of the body of the culprit and it was urgent so I had to leave immediately ", he replied. " You''re all work, just go do your thing then. I''ll see you later", Iris said and hung up. Barry drops the phone and walks up to the window... (Almost got caught there. Seems balancing both lives proved to be more difficult than I expected ) "Who is it this time? ", Barry said ad he walked lazily to his phone only to see it was Joe calling. " Joe''s calling what for? ", Barry wondered as he picked up the call... Chapter 9 - JOES DISAPPROVAL ***** phone rings ***** Barry looks at the screen of the phone..... "But it sure as hell''s gonna make me feel good" Saying that, he made one of his clones bound the arms and legs of Stagg. "With the kind of Intel i have, this is all but a piece of cake." He immediately super speeds to higher ground. He starts scanning through all the clones. " More than 200 clones huh? This must be really tiring for him" he chuckled. "Yeah! All of the clones attempt to strike him proved futile for to the effect of quantum tunnelling. After some time, he arrives in front of Danton Black. He then throws a fast jab to his stomach. Black fell to the ground. Even after that, all clones still seem to be functional. Then from the corner of his eyes, he sees a figure running towards the window. He marks a big "X" on the spot and makes a big circle around it. He stood in the middle of the circle. "I can''t use it now. Then with all his strength he moves to the border of the circle and starts moving around the point ''X'' at his fastest speed. ( I really hopes this works) The airplane starts to descend in height slowly. Then winds starts blowing strongly as a tornado begins to form around the location Barry marked earlier. He further increases his speed. After some seconds, the current of the wind increases as the tornado increases in power. (I think the power is just sufficient. I''ll just maintain it for now. ) When the plane came within range of the tornado, the plane stops in his descents and begins to rotate slowly on the tornado. (I can''t believe it is actually working) He starts decreasing his speed and with that, the speed of the tornado also starts to lose its power. Then the plane starts descending. When it reached 100m above ground level, he super speeds out of the area, then **BANG**, the plane lands lands on the ground. Barry heard cheers and laughter on the transmitter. "Where the f.u.c.k did he go " Barry made his way towards him almost invisible. Snart kept shooting in all directions. Then he suddenly felt chills run down his spine as someone tapped his shoulder. He slowly turned his head, he immediately raised his frost gun. But before, he could fire it, Barry throws a barrage of punches at him. Snart falls to the ground, unconscious , blood flowing from his mouth and nose. Barry felt pain all over as the effect of the earlier frost gas starts to take its toll on him. "I almost forgot you" he said as he walked up to the gang leader and knocked him out. Chapter 16 - MORE! ?MORE EXP!! He takes a look at the bodies lying all around. "What am I going to do with the guys now. If I leave them here, they''ll still continue their job when they come around" "I think the best option is to take them to a police station" He finds rope with which he bounds all of them by their legs and arms. He walks up to the nearest box and opens it. He finds mechanical parts. Telsa materials, flame resistant materials, portable energy generators....,various types of parts were packed into the box. He carefully sorts out all the materials he might need and put them in one box placed it on a table. (I did not steal it, did I?. No. I just took some stuff that''s all. I''m gonna go check it out", he said and sped out of the building. Chapter 18 - THE TRICKSTER(1) He arrives at Caitlin''s house and saw the car. He opens the door and saw scratches all over the chair as to when she struggled with the kidnappers. He searches the car for a while, but found nothing. Just when he was about to leave, he received a phone call. He checks the caller ID... "Caitlin??!!!..... " "Barry please, help me, i have been.... " she began muffling. He brings out the Sonar machine and begins to scan. The frequency level hikes up uncontrollably. "This is amazing. It''s never recorded this much before. The people there must be powerful." He gets down and enters the building while activating quantum tunnelling. He looks around and fine two dozens of bulky men, with well toned muscles. But Caitlin was nowhere to be found. He deactivated it. "Huh, you finally came",one of them noticed him as he materialized. "Where''s Snow", he asked his face gleaming with rage. "We''re not in winter dude. Ha ha ha", all of them laughed. "Some few test subjects for my new power. If you don''t talk now, you''re dead", Barry said. "Ooooh, I''m scared", he replied and smirked *Boom*, Barry lands a punch on his abdomen, the man falls to the ground, blood seeping from his mouth. He glanced back at the pile of bodies behind him. (But this was the address I was given. But where the hell is Caitlin.) "Barry, watch out!! "Cisco called out through the COM. The man didn''t listen as he presses a button on his wrist band. Caitlin who was tied to the chair kept muffling and struggling. "Seems Snart was useless after all", Trickster suddenly said. "What do you want? ", Barry asked calmly. "You destroyed my materials and made away with the precious ones. You cost me thousand of dollars. So I want you literally",he said, a wide grin on his face. Lightening starts flashing in Barry eyes, "You want me.... come get me!!" **Whoosh**Barry sped off, zooming straight towards him. Trickster quickly brings out two guns from the holster on his waist. He shot them quickly at him. Electricity came out of one and the other was a revolver. Barry quickly dodges still advancing towards him. A gust of wind rages as the punch connects. The trickster slowly disintegrates right before him. "What the... ", he stood there in disbelief. "Did you truly think it would be that easy to defeat me? ", a voice sounded from behind Barry. Barry looked back to see the Trickster standing unharmed. Anger was clearly written on his face. Trickster quickly brought out his gun and started shooting widly. Barry quickly activated quantum tunnelling and chased after him. Trickster on his Air Walk boots (Allows him to glide or ''walk on air''. His trademark material) kept dodging Barry in every way possible. Then he looked back and threw a ball. Barry suddenly stopped and stood at alert awaiting his next move. "Shit!! ",Barry exclaimed. (Slow-mo) He faintly sees the trajectory of the balls and dodges behind a metal tank. **BOOM** "Hehehe, how''d u like the fireworks", Trickster said mockingly. By the trickster noticed the force coming toward him, a fist was travelling towards his face. ***BBOOOMMMMM*** The punch connects with his face. He''s thrown back a dozen metres and his back slammed against the wall, his mask shattered and blood kept oozing out from his face, he looked almost unrecognizable again. He runs towards Caitlin, and removed the rope and tape used to bound her. Caitlin hugged him tight as tears streamed down her cheeks. Then from the corner of his eye, he saw the trickster press a button on his belt the he dies. Barry didn''t bother about him and carried Caitlin in his arms. The Cisco said suddenly, "There''s a large energy swelling 50metres from your position. Get out of there fast" Barry looks around and caught sight of a clock on the wall ticking down, 0:03, 0:02..... A BOMB!!!!!! He grips Caitlin tighter and speeds out of the building. But due to the amount of strength expended, he couldn''t run as fast as he wanted to. ****KAAABBOOOOOMMM**** The entire building was destroyed by the power of the blast and nearby buildings suffered heavy damages. The shockwave caught Barry and sent him flying. He managed to shift his body just in time and landed on his back. Caitlin held him closer as they landed on the floor. Caitlin slowly opened her eyes.... "Cait, are okay?", Barry said as he held her in his arms. "Hmm.... Yeah Barry. But what about you", She asked. "I''ll be fine. Chapter 21 - SHOW STOPPER Barry walked into Star labs with Caitlin in his arms. Cisco who had been anxious about what happened immediately got up from his seat as he saw them walk in. The lasers collided with the lightning alongside it as it was being released. The lightning immediately turned a mixture of red and blue as feiry flames raged from within. Accompanying the lightning were heavy missiles and a barrage of machine gun fire. "Arrgh!!",Darkseid screamed in agony. The flames from the lightning burned the armor of his c.h.e.s.t and burned his c.h.e.s.t fiercely. Just when Darkseid thought things couldn''t get any worse. Eight missiles accompanied by bullets hit him. Diama had to retreat as she removed her lasso. And Jordan''s construct shattered. **** BBOOOOMMMMM!!! **** J''onn immediately turned invisible avoiding the impact of the attack. Without anyone holding him down, the sheer impact from both attacks sent him flying away. Barry gave him no chance and pressed on with the lightning. Chapter 30 - DARKSEID 4: ALL IT TAKES IS A FLASH (Slo Mo) Barry saw that the OMEGA rays was targeted at Jordan. "Oh, shit", Jordan exclaimed when he figured out it was targeted at him. When he was about to get to it, the container enclosing Wells suddenly exploded, a punch from inside the container hit Barry squarely in the face throwing him into the wall. Outside, Lobo who has already finished regenerating his wounds stood up straight and took a drag on his cigarette out of habit before he withdrew the chained hook he had on his bike. One was a tranquilizer arrow directed at Bane''s neck, while the other was a grappling hook arrow to pull Green Lantern from the middle of the fight. Bane broke the tranquilizer arrow and started running towards Arrow. All of sudden, they all heard a sound as if the air was splitting, like a jet and it was heading for them fast, very fast! *BOOM* Bane was sent flying away. ", Clark thought as he stood up from the rubble. Barry walked around the building he was in. It looked like he appeared in a place at the outskirts of town. " Out of my way Allen" Wells roared. "Why do you have to take this path, Dr. Wells. You can fight alongside me. You''ll earn the respect and recognition of the people" " I said, Out Of My Way!" Wells grabbed, Barry by the neck, and at the same time, released a huge burst of electricity from his body. The burst enveloped the entire house! " Arrgh" Barry screamed in pain, some part of his suit tore while the exposed part of his skin fizzled and burnt. He dropped to the floor in defeat. " Give up Barry" Harrison said and walked towards the mother and son who didn''t make it out of the wave lv destruction in time. Some parts of the house collapsed on itself after the surge of energy hit it. Barry who laid on the floor gasping for breath, looked up and from the corner of his eyes, he saw Nora Allen, tightly clutching little Barry in her embrace, blood from her mouth. But how''s that possible?" she said having a mix of surprise and doubt on her face. " I''m your son, from the future. I didn''t manage to save you, again. If only I was a little faster. I might have been able to stop Wells and save you" Nora''s face grew a little pale as she said," You did all you could, Barry. You didn''t disappoint me... cough... you turned out better than I expected, you became the hero you dreamed to be." she coughed violently, spewing blood from her mouth before she immediately continued, " Remember as I used to tell you, It''s better to have a good heart than fast legs. Thank you... Barry", she said as her body grew limp, the little bit of color left fading from her eyes. Tears streamed down Barry''s face as he held the limp body tight. After a while, he stood up and cleaned the tears on his face before lightening started moving around his body like crazy. He went over to wells and grabbed him by the neck. Tapping into the speed force, he dashed off, increasing his speed every nanosecond. A space-time portal appeared in front of him after a few seconds, he sped through. Opening his eyes, he saw Poison Ivy throwing her vines at Oliver who was dodging while returning fire occasionally. He ferociously threw Wells to the side. *SWIISH* *BOOM* A fist crackling in lightning hit Ivy''s face, detaching her from her plants. Barry roared, letting off sparks of electricity continuously. Off in mid air, he gripped Ivy by the neck and slammed her down, creating a trench as her body slid off along the ground. Then he menacingly looked at Lobo who was dunking it out with Superman. He dashed towards them immediately. "If you guys hadn''t shown up in the first place, I might have been able to stop Wells before he recharged", Barry thundered out as he struck Lobo on his chin, without giving him time to recovered, he rushed him a barrage of lightning infused fists. He bent down and sent a kick towards Lobo''s head, sending him flying upwards. Still using the speed force to his advantage, thunder clouds formed out of nowhere. From the thunder clouds, a thin screech sounded out, quickly following it, a fast sharp bolt of lightning struck Lobo sending him into the ground, leaving a huge crater in that area. "Woah!" Jordan exclaimed while Clark looked at Barry for a while. "Breathe, Breathe Barry" he mumbled to himself as he tried to dispel the anger that seemed to have taken control of him. Caitlin who sat beside Cisco who seemed to be busy trying to figure out what happened to Barry quickly turned over. "Barry!" Caitlin ran over to him immediately but stopped abruptly when she noticed the guy in his arms. "Is that the re.. the reverse flash?" Cisco said, his eyes opened wide. Barry knew it was going to be hard for them to accept as he was the man they worked with for almost all of their career, he must have grown on them. " I know this is hard for you guys to accept since you''ve been with him almost all your career. But he''s the reverse flash." He continued," He wanted to go over to the past to erase my existence fr little to stop me from over becoming the flash, that way he would be able to control things his way. He opened it up and dropped Wells down. As he was about to turn around, Wells silently whispered "The fun is only just starting, don''t you think that the plan behind this was a little shaky... " They exchanged a few words while only two seconds actually passed. Barry closed the door and held Cisco by the shoulder, " This just can''t be the end, we''ll find our answers soon enough. This will serve as his punishment. He can just stay here to reflect on his mistakes" he said as they all walked to the entrance of Star Labs. " Well, I can''t fully leave here, it''s been my home. I''ll find something to do with it", Cisco said as he got into a taxi. " So, I finally created a way for your suit to use the frictional heat you generate from while moving and storing it to generate a heat barrier around yourself to repel any cyro energy.
