In this planet filled with mysterious wonders a place named Konoha had come to exist recently after many wars and tragic events taking place. The Continent named as land of beginnings, Gaia had finally seen peace after a millennia of war and destruction where the nature could be felt to cry out in outrage which was especially felt by the sages'' disabling them from using their full powers in battle. Finally the Clans had joined and made their own place in the world where they cooperated together but that was only ringing warning bell for something bigger. But for now the new and established Konoha was in festive mood, its citizens could be seen drinking and partying to music, while people from different clans tried to interact with each other. But within the peaceful environment a dark and ancient force was at work to diminish the joy that had been earned through countless sacrifices. While everyone was feeling happy Madara the head of the Uchiha clan and co. Founder of Konoha was feeling depressed and filled with anxiety followed with primal rage that had been growing for the past days. He could feel the stares of the people showed no respect towards him, even his own clansmen seemed to be isolating him and biggest worry was that he could see the changes in his best friend Hashirama that he could even approve as his brother had been showing signs of change and distrusts. This and the death of his brother had been adding to his negative feelings, though he some time felt the gaze of an ancient monster on him or this place. He thought he might be losing it but there is nothing impossible in this world, so it could be something important but he didn''t dare share this with others in case they framed him of losing his mind in this delicate situation. He walked quickly to the center of Konoha where the Hokage tower existed; in this place the meeting was going to take place to finalize his position as the First Hokage of Konoha. Madara walked slowly towards his destination feeling extreme discomfort the closer he got, for the first time in his life he felt he should run away from here and never come back that something horrible was going to happen. But he caught himself from acting like a coward and regained his composure as one of the strongest in the world and entered the meeting chamber. Inside the room the clan heads and a citizen representative were seated on a round table. The room was silent when Madara entered and they waited for him to take his seat, so he complied. Madara looked towards Hashi with confidence indicating for him to start but what he got was not short of a nightmare. The friend he trusted the most looked at him with extreme distrust and disgust followed with shame, Hashi got up from his seat and proceeded to say things that changed the fate of the world forever. Madara still sitting in his place endured the gazes and felt his rage sky rocketing more he listened. They accused him of killing his own brother for power and said he was going crazy with false statements by the denizens and worst of all even his own clan. He could not take this insult; Madara slammed his palm on the table destroying the room along with the building. With rage clearly felt in his voice, "How dare you weak little scum! How dare you paint my love for my brother in this light, I will fu?k?n? murder all of you. Especially you, Hashirama Senju. I trusted you like a brother and this is what I get for being loyal friend. You trust these weak little trash that only know how to cower behind others, can''t you see they are only doing this to take revenge on me for killing their people. I am disappointed that I considered trash like you my friend, you backstabbing piece of shit. I understand why you accepted their accusations, it''s because they want you as Hokage isn''t it. I was already feeling unwelcome in this disgusting place already, I am leaving and I promise you will rue the day you betrayed my trust." After Madara finished his piece he disappeared from the place and appeared at the Uchiha clan from which he retrieved everything he deemed important, and vanished from Konoha. At the wreckage of the Hokage tower, Hashirama was on his knees feeling extreme guilt that tears could be seen in his eyes. He felt today he had lost something very important and there was no going back, the regret he felt was very suffocating that he had trouble breathing but before he could develop into much worse his brother Tobirama along with his beautiful wife Mito came and ?ssured him that everything was okay and that he did nothing wrong. The Ancient devil was laughing at the magnificent play that was in the making, just like it had for millennia it continued to play with lives of these pitiful mortals. ---------------------------- The problem that started that day began to unfold into the biggest tragedy Konoha had experienced. Madara Uchiha the deserter and outcast of Konoha had returned along with the Kyuubi the nine tail beast to rain down vengeance on the targets of hatred and to recreate Konoha from the ashes. Hashirama his rival was the only one in his way and so they fought for days causing massive damage to the surroundings and the stray attacks caused many cities and islands to disappear from the map, which even Hashirama, could not help avoid the casualties. Hashirama tried reasoning with Madara but the last straw broke the camels back as Madara had targeted Konoha and ended up causing massive destruction to the Uchiha and the Senju clan. Hashirama listened to his demons and accomplished something that history would always point him as the biggest idiot in the history of the world with no one to support his choice that day other than the crazed cultists. He with the help of his wife, who ended up being disinherited by her family chose to comply with her husband''s choice, sealed the remaining tail beasts and gave them away without any agreements, for free. The changes in the Shinobi started happening with the potential of the beast and along with the rise in their population they began to see the mortals as lower beings but obviously not everyone but the number increased with time. The only thing keeping everything in check was Hashirama himself but this didn''t last long with the unexpected and unexplained death of Hashirama, the strongest known being on the continent , the status quo was destroyed and age of Shinobi took a step forward with occupation of the Land of lightning by the Raikage and so the others followed. The second Hokage Tobirama had just grieved the death of his beloved brother when he was put to office to handle the rising changes in the world. The changes were happening at rapid pace and the only thing he could do was follow the current of fate but unlike others the occupation of Land of Fire by Konoha was almost bloodless as the people in power had not put any resistance and surrendered with conditions that were for its citizens well being. Tobirama complied with the conditions and put normal people in positions in power as he didn''t want to isolate them and cause discrimination. The Clans divided the land between themselves, each getting a portion that satisfied their d?s?r? to rule with the Senju and Uchiha getting the bigger chunk for being the founders. They decided to change the name of the country to Kingdom Of Konoha while introducing many changes into the system along with making a public library for the people to learn at their leisure but the high levels would be limited to ranks. The introduction of the education system was also implemented with the normal people having their own while the Shinobis had a separate one. But the Shinobi one also separated into two different branches one for the average potential and the other for special cases, which meant clan children were directly put in the advanced academy while the clanless had to go through a test to decide their fate. This system spread throughout the continent and increased the strength of Shinobi and advancement in research of different subjects. -------------------------------------------- It has been six decades since Gaia had been taken over by the Shinobi, in the capital of Konoha the prime jewel city called Utopia where many aspiring talents came to visit every year, was a bustling with people like always. At the entrance of the city a pink haired young girl of 13 years could be seen taking in the sites giving away that she was from other cities and her first time visiting. Sakura Haruno had arrived in a train for her admission to Konoha''s Royal Academy and finish her training to become a shinobi; she had been worked hard by her parents since her birth and had proved her talent by getting to place many would consider a dream. As her parents had been busy with their duties she had arrived alone with ticket provided to her by the academy along with her admission pass. It was first time being here and she found the place huge, as she was from one of the border cities that were less advanced in comparison at the moment. She looked at her map to guide her to her destination while she avoided colliding with the human traffic along the way. Sakura felt really terrified of some of the gazes from the people as they looked at her in loathing manner. She was not used to the clan people looking down on others as in a small community the people are used to each other unlike in bigger places. After an hour of agonizing moments Sakura arrived at the Academy entrance, where she showed the pass and entered. The academy was enormous as expected and made her excited at the prospects provided to students here which means she would also partake in such. She had the expectation of her parents that had only attended the normal academy but had not given up and so her father had broken expectations and become a Jounin which made him well known in the social circles. She went to the admin building where she got registered and was told the rules along with information about her boarding. Sakura was guided towards her room by a mortal blood who showed extreme respect for her, which made her feel weird as in her place everyone treated each other equally. Her parents had warned her not to make trouble by using her home logic at the place as it would cause her trouble with the clan children. Finally after 10 minutes of going by a car they finally reached the dormitory as she had declined the offer to loom around, opting for rest. ----------------------------------------------- In another part of Utopia, a young teen was sitting on top a giant tree that went as high as 10 km. It was in the middle of the forest of death, which was just 50 km''s from Utopia and was used as a part of a test by the advance academy for graduation purpose. It was filled with beasts of wide variety that were too strong for most chunin and some beast that could kill Jounins. Forest of Death was not the most dangerous area in Konoha but it was well known. The teen looked over the world from high up and enjoyed the scene while all beasts made sure to avoid his presence like the plague. ''Why am I even here? What is this place? Why have I become younger? I seriously dislike being short again.'' Naruto Uzumaki sighed and ?r??n?d at his state of being The result was apparent and Naruto found it hard to break the barrier of the world, which means he was unable to make portals to leave this dimension because the space was too powerful or something was blocking it. Naruto thought as he looked at the sky and saw the barrier that was invisible to most people Even though such a thing was unexpected, Naruto wasn''t depressed or troubled. He was happy, truly filled with joy as he finally had something to play with. After the war, there was no mission and no more fights. Everything was boring, people were just too fragile and not worth his effort. He used his time on playing around with the ninja arts and helping the world onto the right track. His mind had really changed from before as he did enjoy experimenting, which was similar to his younger self when he wished for many jutsus and now he had a library of them. "So are you coming out or not?" Naruto muttered nonchalantly "Menma?" A young woman of twenty appeared in front of him "Hana" Naruto replied as he looked at her with surprise as in his world the girl was quite fragile but here she gave of a powerful feeling and presence ''Interesting'' Naruto thought as he stood up ''If he was Menma, I wouldn''t have approached him when he is alone.'' Hana realized and became vary of the newcomer with the same body as Menma "Naruto Uzumaki at your service. Hana Inazuka, would you mind entertaining me for a bit. I will repay you for this favor." Naruto muttered with a smile as he moved and Hana found herself blasting through the air "UGHHH" Hana felt her abdomen was about to be crushed, the pain was intense Naruto was still standing in place with his arm stretched, "Good, better than expected.'' Naruto muttered as he found Hana stopping herself in the air, it was one of the techniques that he had created in his world. ''They know how to do the air walk and flight with wind.'' On a hill close to the forest which gave a good view, two individuals were standing drinking into the beauty of the world. The elder one, a beautiful and graceful woman in her thirties, started talking in an affectionate voice towards the short individual who seemed to be around 5 or 6 years old from his height and look. "It''s time little one, eliminate them. I want to see you fight in real combat." The little one was shaken by her words and didn''t know what to do, as he didn''t want to kill people. The woman realized what he was thinking and said in a commanding manner, "You remind me of Hashirama with your passiveness and d?s?r? to not kill but he was strong that was why he could do that and even then he died. So no complaints go kill them. Only the strong and pure can live in this world. They are evil scum that taints this world, so you know what you need to do." She said the last part by adding small amount of chakra within to influence his psyche. The little figure seemed to have calmed and had bloodlust flooding his being, with his excitement he declared, "They deserve death and death is what I shall ensure. I would anything to make you happy grandmother." The woman smiled at him affectionately and gave him a hug with a kiss on his forehead for luck, the short figure shot through the surroundings. The bandits didn''t even realize what hit them before the little monster started slaughtering them and filled the forest clearing with ripped limbs and blood while laughing maniacally declaring to cleanse the world for his grandmother. ---------------------------------------- With Naruto: Naruto was surprised beyond reason when he looked at Tobirama, "Damn boy, you are a bloody monster in human skin." Tobirama didn''t expect such a reaction as he was holding back his powers and shouldn''t be sensed. ''He is suspicious. Strong and perceptive.'' "That is quite natural. I am Uzumaki Naruto after all. Lee: The House of Might was the leading expert in taijutsu and its advancement through the decades; they had gone down in history as an example for warriors without bloodlines that they could step on the same stage or level. That was normal for the House of Might but many other fellow warriors did not follow this so harshly and made a tamed version for their own families. Lee was finishing up his 10th ??p which was his final when he decided to pass by the Academy where he was in the second year and just 1 more year for graduation. On the way he saw many newcomers entering the academy and as he saw them filled with hope, he felt really sad at the pressure they would have to handle being around the extraordinary from the clans. But he believed if they stuck to hard work and patience than the power of youth would guide them through the harsh times towards a bright future. This was the motto of the House of Might and he lived by it. Lee was passing the dormitory when he felt shock flowing through his body, he felt his heart feel so tingly and he could not understand. He arrived at the dojo where he calmed down his breathing and thought on what he just faced, he decided to share it with his best friend Tenten from the House of Higurashi. But he knew she would busy at this time, so he went to start on the exercises for the day after eating a stamina pill. Lee trained worked harder than anyone in the clan other than his own father, as he had to compensate for the very low chakra and his inability to transmit chakra externally. He went through his daily routine which was increased after he had felt that he could move on and ripped his muscles like always and had the healer fix him up for the spars. He was warned by the residents to take better care of himself but he just responded with, "How can I surpass others if I am afraid of such small injuries." He laughed in joy at the accomplishments he had made through hard work and pure guts, as he was in the top 10 for the Young Dragon list in Konoha. Only some real monster were above him and they showed potential surpass all the previous generation even the absolute beast that was Hashirama according to their ages. Because the current Hokage had already surpassed his brother''s known strength, as he had died at such a young age. Which just showed even if you are genius but can''t live till your potential is peaked then it makes no difference because people with lower levels would surpass what you had accomplished. The teen greeted him warmly and he did so in return, then they took their stances and waited for the match to start. The stage was equipped with fuinjutsu seals to handle large amounts of stress that meant even hits that could destroy mountains would only leave a small crack which would heal in seconds. This was the marvel of chakra that was granted by the Uzumaki and required large payments to be owned as such only rich people or those who wished to invest right owned these products. They heard the voice from the stage announcing the start of the battle and both charged each other. They collided in the center of stage with their forearms and tried to grapple each other but Lee outmaneuvered the teen and smashed him into the stage. The teen would have gotten really hurt by the impact but he braced himself by using his legs and pushing himself back. Lee decided to give him a spin and rotated his body at fast speed by holding his waist, which took his opponent by surprise and had him collide with the ground face first which bruised him some. As the opponent was still healthy to fight, lee followed it by kicking him up from his stomach which launched the teen into the air. Lee then concluded by giving a spinning kick from above but the teen had gotten his bearing and blocked the kick with his arm. The force of the kick was not forgiving and smashed the poor teen into the stage fracturing some of his bones. Lee continued fighting while he made his opposition groan and be carried off stage to visit the infirmary until he himself was dragged off after too many injuries. ''This is the life. I wonder if I can fight Menma now.'' Lee thought as he stared at the while ceiling and remembered the young monster that was the Uzumaki heir. His body shivered in fear as he remembered those eyes, ''let''s wait some more'' Lee was still far away from conquering his childhood fear as Menma was the nightmare of all new generation kids. ------------------------------------------------------- Gaara: The Kingdom of eternal sand, Subaku named after the royal family, was the only one other than the Kingdom of Lightning that had ample reason to revolt against the mortal bloods. They had been suppressed while the Mortal blood rulers tried to make game of their lives and they had casualties along with deaths from simple reasons because lack of resources or some even died to the mortal blood for fun, which started the revolution. They murdered most of the nobles along with royal family and took over, while enjoying the joy of completeness for the first time. In the desert that stretched at the edge of the Subaku Kingdom, three individual could be seen sitting on some rock formations resting with cover from the sun. The younger one the age 12 with red hair was sitting between the elder men who seemed to be his guardians. The eldest one with a golden hook for a hand, talked to the young man with respect and care," Young master Gaara, what would you like to do now that training has finished. Do you d?s?r? to spar with this humble servant or retire for the day?" Gaara seemed to contemplate for some time then turned to his servant and said in an affectionate tone, "Uncle Crocodile, I had like you to share your story with me. I heard you fought my father but could you explain how it happened and ended." Crocodile was not surprised at the request as the young master had always been curious and lovable with cruelty hiding behind that cute face waiting to be unleashed. He was proud to serve the future ruler of the Kingdom of Eternal Sand, as he had shown potential beyond any in the past and was already the stronger than people of the older generation. Crocodile agreed to the request and started off his tale with how he got here and the following. ---------------------------------------------------- Crocodile had washed up the beach of the Kingdom ten years ago along with his loyal servant Daz Bones when they had been detained by the Shinobi on patrol. The Shinobi had believed they were mortal blood, which made it easy for them to escape their prison without any problems. But unfortunately for them the prisons had seals installed which alarmed the jailers of any escape, so they were pursued by the enemy outside the city into the desert. The Shinobi were of Jounin level but newly minted ones so they did not take the enemy lightly for they had escaped some way unknown. As Crocodile couldn''t escape he was too annoyed of being pursued by these ?ssassins and started fighting them. With the advantage of sand at his disposal along with fact that he could not be killed, Crocodile had beaten them when he caught them off guard with regenerating his body from nothing. Crocodiles luck had run out after surviving too much death like situations, as the royal heir to the throne Subaku Rasa had been visiting the city nearby with his wife when he had been informed about such an anomaly. Rasa had appeared in the air above the place where Crocodile was staying and called out to him. Rasa had a curious expression on his face and spoke with a commanding tone like everything would go as planned, "Surrender yourself cretin, you have violated the rules of the kingdom and trespassed its borders without permission. You have only 10 sec to decide otherwise ready yourself for death." Crocodile hadn''t taken the warning seriously and had gotten angry at the tone that reminded of the royalty from his Continent. He shouted, "I will never surrender" and used his power to cause a sandstorm to blind his enemy. But before he could move from his place to follow up on the move he had been impaled by a golden spear. He was lucky that he had logia abilities otherwise he was done for, as such crocodile also followed with throwing sand spears at the enemy. Rasa dodged the moves very easily as they were too slow for him but he was intrigued by the abilities of the mortal blood as he had no chakra and began to think about the one tail beast. He decided that this would be the best vessel for it and they had ways to control the vessels so no risk involved other than the sacrifice of the live that might happen. But this cretin''s life was of no concern, as Rasa had decided on his actions he stopped playing around with the enemy. Rasa controlled large amounts of gold dust and impaled crocodile with it, the gold dust mixed into his body and Rasa applied fuinjutsu seals to paralyze him. He could see the expression on the enemies face, so told him to give up as with his meager abilities he had no chance to break through. Crocodile had realized he had kicked an iron board this time and he was in real shit right now, with the look on his foe he knew he was not going to be killed but didn''t look something safe was going to take place. As he was levitated of the ground, crocodile screamed at his foe to at least to take in his servant and to make sure of that he explained what abilities Daz bones had. Rasa took them both in and placed seals on them to make sure they never betrayed the royal family while Crocodile turned into Jinchuuriki of the 1 tail beast Shukaku making him one of the strongest forces behind the third Kazekage and Rasa. As the story had finished, Gaara had applauded at the wonderful tale and realized how strong his father was as he never seen him fight. But was more surprised that his Uncle was weaker than Father as he had ?ssumed the extra power from the beast would have made him surpass Rasa. Crocodile saw the confusion on the little masters face and explained it that it was because he was unable to use Chakra which limited his increase in power but unlike other vessels he could make use of all abilities of the beast and became immortal, and unkillable. Gaara was excited at such prospects and asked in a quite tone, "Do you think I would be able to surpass the third Kazekage as everyone seems to put have such expectations." Crocodile knew that his young master had been going through harsh times with such tremendous weight had been placed on him but he ?ssured and encouraged him by saying of course but in time. Tenten: The Higurashi clan was well known throughout Gaia as one of the top blacksmiths and the leading clan in Konoha only trailing behind the Hoshigaki clan of the Land of Water. The clan ruled a city near a volcano for the use of their craft and so the main house was present there but it had a branch to handle the negotiations and other things like every other ruling clan within the capital. Tenten Higurashi was one of the top talents to ever be born in the clan and she showed aptitude towards weapons since her birth. Even as a baby of few months old she had been showing interest towards the weapons, it was in her blood and it was only rivaled by the heir apparent of the clan known as Genbu Higurashi. He was named as Genbu for his noticeable interest towards armors, so the clan head had named him after the Black Turtle of the North. Since the age of three, Tenten had been trained in mastering of chakra along with mastering all weapons as it would be disgrace to the clan if she lost in a weapon fight against anyone else. To work towards such high expectations Tenten worked herself to the bone which is how she clicked with the Heir of the HOUSE OF Might, Might Lee. Her friendship with Lee had pushed her further towards perfection and she was best at using spears along with swords and the basic ninja weapons. This had made her parents very proud as she had even surpassed one of the new generation monsters in his main weapon skills creating a new record. But training with weapons was not all she had going for her, as she had been trained in the art of weaponsmithing and it was her dream to make sentient weapons like the clan head. So other than training her combat skills, Tenten also polished her skills at making weapons and could make the 3 ranked weapons which were one stage above mortal weapons but that wasn''t a problem as she was still very young, only 13 year old at the time. Life was not easy for the top potential as it seemed to outsiders, who believed they lived the life of dreams enjoying everything as they unlike others were pushed to excel without much time to relax. Most of them only got a week sometimes to rest and some hours during the day if they were feeling up to shape, and not mentally tired. The motto of the clans was to be strongest they could be at the earliest as the world was dangerous place and they could die at any moment, which was supported by history as the forces tend try and kill off each other''s geniuses when given a chance. Even the laziest Nara clan pushed themselves to excel as they foresaw the danger in the future, which just made it a fact for others. After Tenten had gone through her routine tasks like practicing her different skills and reading up documents, she walked towards interclan training ground where she had appointment with one Neji Hyuga, her fellow classmate, friend and fellow companion of the young dragon list. They had gotten close to each other since they met in the first year and became more than acquaintances when she had been labeled a young dragon, surprisingly the only one along with Lee to be without a bloodline to be part of it. When she entered the ground Neji opened his eyes and got down while greeting her, it was already noon but it would be an hour before Lee came by after finishing his training. They had small chat for awhile after which Neji asked for her help with practicing his new skill that he had been taught. The ultimate defense skill of the Hyuga, Kiaten, and this technique covered for all possible angles the only weakness being the caster himself. When she heard the request, Tenten was stroked with excitement at testing out her skills on one of the famed skills. She accepted the request and they both took their position with Tenten taking distance of 20 m from him. Neji took a small breath, took a stance and starting rotating while emitting chakra which started to form a protective sphere around him. Tenten did not dally along as she knew that Neji could not make it last for long, she summoned her Kunais and threw them as hard she could by deactivating the gravity seal like Neji had. The Kunais broke through sound barrier within the moment she released them, going at least mach 100 but the Kaiten just redirected them, which had them hit the trees and piercing them easily and hitting the wall. She was impressed at the skill but went further by throwing a giant flail at it, the force generating by the rotating sphere had the weapons slip from her hands and was about suck her in so she let it go. After that she thought try explosions but before that she went for using her Spear, Tenten charged her chakra at the tip and kept on hitting towards Neji which had the defense be bombarded by sharp condensed chakra blast. Even then it held on but Neji got tired from using it, so he stopped and looked at Tenten with pride as he believed that he had one of the strongest defenses now and won''t be beaten easily like before by the top students. The meeting was taking place to handle the situation about Waterfall village and its surrounding region, which had become the focal point of interest by the Kingdom of Earth. The Earth Kingdom was ruled by a corrupt and megalomaniac ruler that wished to own everything. He had shown his interest in starting a new round of conquest; his starting point was to take Taki. Then there were the rising powers such as; the yellow flash Minato Uzumaki and his wife Kushina Uzumaki also known as Infinite Chains. After that were the heads of the major clans sitting in their position like always but no civilian representative as this issue was about war. The situation had been explained by Shikaku Nara and they were going through discussion on what course of action should they take. Many of the clan heads just suggested they should take over the territory themselves; it was not like they were afraid of earth. After a long grueling session, the meeting came to a closure and they decided to peacefully negotiate the surrender of waterfall to become part of their territory and they could still rule it while Konoha provided it with resources and they got some in return. They were going to get ready for battles after along peace while Tobirama had the Uzumaki couple to handle the negotiations. ------------------------------------ Within the room the only one left were the Uzumaki couple and the Hokage. Tobi sent the thoughts to the duo before sending them out of his office Tobirama dismissed the couple to get the job done and to get away from nuisance while he thought back on the first time he had seen Kakuzu, he had ?ssumed the guy was a total tool for trying to ?ssassinate his brother but he did prove him wrong by actually negotiating with Hashirama. Kakuzu returned back to Taki taking over as the ruler and even gained the tail beast for such small territory, he showed his financial skills making the tiny territory with low resources become rich. He looked forward to working with him and seeing the forbidden earth grudge at Kakuzu''s disposal in action. Such a marvelous technique made by some underprivileged beings, really the miracles of the world can never be expected. He had complete confidence in the success because Taki had no other choice but to accept their offer, as the only other option was to become second rate citizens of Earth Kingdom and for Kakuzu to become the eternal slave for their service such a disgusting system. While Tobirama was lost in thoughts in his seat, a woman with blonde hair and beautiful figure entered the room and sat down watching down him. When Tobirama came to, he realized that at some time his wife had come to visit and so he asked in a tired voice showing some fatigue he had accumulated over the week, "Sorry about that. They continued their walk until they entered a room where Orochimaru was going through some documents, when he saw the woman he stood up instantly and put down everything else. Orochimaru really feared the woman that had just entered his office and really didn''t like being around her, she made him feel so small and that feeling was really the worst. With genuine respect in his voice, "It''s honor to meet you Madam. How can this humble servant be of use?'' The woman looked at Orochi with a blank look and pointed at the child, "I want you combine Hashirama''s DNA with the little one. I have seen that he showed a large potential and would succeed easily." Orochi was surprised about the request and would have denied if she was anyone else except the Hokage. He looked at the child and realized it was the monster that she had been raising, what a poor child. "Madam is a visionary and the child is the one chosen by you, so this humble servant will comply with any request. I have no reason to deny it with such an excellent specimen and would like to see how the DNA would work for the new generations strongest." In the minimum age range for the Young dragon list was 10 years of age and such Sasuke Uchiha had participated like all the clan children to show the pride of the clan and for his parents along with his brother. He looked to his brother a lot and aimed to surpass him by being the champion like in the competition but fate was cruel mistress. Sasuke had won against the Hyuga heir but had turned up against the biggest roadblock in the tourney, the little monster of Utopia. He had been warned not antagonize him as he could become unstable but he was not a coward and showed his best by competing against the impossible. The battle was very short and totally one sided, as the monster had that infuriating smirk on his face along with throwing short derogatory comments. Sasuke still continued to struggle even after being beat into the ground and only his willpower helping him get up with shaken steps. But as he did this more than once, the monster did not take it well and was annoyed at his persistence which was useless as there was no miracle waiting to happen. Sasuke tried to fight back by saying he won''t give and the only way he was losing was to be knocked out; he said with conviction, "I won''t let you humiliate me¡­ I am not scared of you¡­ Do your best" The enemy had enough of his words and had kicked him up in the air, with the pain coursing through his body Sasuke was unable to do anything but endure. This situation didn''t last and headed for the worst as the foe used his wind blade to cut off his arm cleanly from his shoulder. Sasuke felt pain, more than ever in his short life, he could not endure and screamed out his lungs. With his shaky vision he could see the people in motion but then he heard him speak, "So you don''t fear me, but I am sure that this will always haunt you pitiful Uchiha. Listen to your mommy and daddy next time because there will not be anything left if we fought again." The extreme malice in that voice was chilling down to the core and he felt like drowning in pit darkness, he was about to die from suffocation when he had been helped by his parents and healed. ------------------------------------------------- This had been built into a trauma for him and a reason to strive for strength but just always he woke from his sleep sweating from the nightmare and looked at his body to make sure everything was alright. He had been having these nightmares at least once a week for a whole year and had thought that he had conquered his fears but when Sasuke found out that HE was attending the academy, the nightmares started coming back. Sasuke calmed his heart down and got ready for breakfast, when he arrived at the dining area there was surprise waiting for him in the shape of his brother. He forgot about his nightmare and with excitement hugged him with joy visible in his voice; Itachi had gotten up from his seat and had welcomed it so that they don''t mess up the table. Itachi hugged his brother with affection and extreme love, recharging his Sasuke deficiency that had occurred from his two year long absence. He had heard Sasuke shout in fear but had been informed about the cause, so he decided to refrain from mentioning it. If it was anyone else that messed with his brother, they might have a payback waiting for them but that person was special and the force behind him was phenomenal enough to destroy the whole clan. So Itachi just asked him about how he was doing and if he needed anything, which led to Sasuke wanting to be trained by him and details of his adventure in the far off land. While eating he talked about some of his experiences while the family listened and asked some question and Sasuke''s glittered with excitement. After the breakfast was done and they were having tea, Itachi finished his tale about his experiences and told his father that he had decided to have the operation for exchange of his eyes with Izumi and after which they will get married. The parents took the news well as they seemed to have been waiting for him to marry the girl that he spent most of his childhood with, and Sasuke was also jumping around at the news as Izumi was very close with both brothers. --------------------------------- After the exciting events at breakfast, Sasuke had gone back to his usual routine tasks and trained to improve and catch up to his target. The Academy was starting tomorrow, while the next tournament was only six months away and he intended to get him back for the humiliation. While he was lost in his training he heard someone talking to him, "Hey Sasuke, I heard our weasel just popped up in the neighborhood, so where is he." Sasuke turned around to witness Shisui Uchiha, one of his idols and friends, sitting on the wall looking down on him. Sasuke told him that Itachi was visiting Izumi, so Shisui decided to spend time with him as he was free and didn''t want to disturb the loving couple, nobody likes being the third wheel. Sasuke was thrilled about learning from Shisui that he was hoping in eagerness, he asked him to show him some tricks with Sharingan along with advice on how to best use the substitution and the body flicker technique. Shisui rubbed his head in fondness and told him to watch carefully while he demonstrated his abilities. Sasuke had his eyes open like an owl, taking in everything with his Sharingan that had developed 3 tomoe. Shisui did the moves thrice after which he asked about Sasuke''s abilities, which led them to talk about natural affinities and that Sasuke had a primary affinity to lightning instead of fire like most Uchiha''s. Sasuke talked about his difficulty with learning the element as there was not anyone that good within the family and Fugaku just wanted him to focus on learning fire first even though that was his secondary element. Shisui listened to his complaints and nodded in agreement, "That''s just like uncle Fugaku, always stuck to traditions. Don''t worry I have friend that might help you." Sasuke was happy that his friend was giving ?ssistance to solving his problem and thanked him after which he enquired who it is. "You should know him as the Lightning beast of Konoha or Raijin. He is famous for his lightning capabilities other than the users from the Kingdom of Kumo." When he heard who might train him, Sasuke was overjoyed that he might learn some of the cool moves well known in the Kingdom used by the Raijin; he hugged Shisui and thanked him. "You are the best elder bro." After he had calmed down, Sasuke asked for a spar to check his growth and to let Shisui acknowledge his ability so that he might ask a question related. Shisui agreed to the request and stood 10 meters from him beckoning him to start while he stood there nonchalantly without even opening the Sharingan. Sasuke did not take offence to such obvious provocation as he knew Shisui was too strong for him and that opening the Sharingan was just pointless waste. He observed the foe carefully and started off with throwing some smoke bombs along with shuriken towards Shisui and retreating rapidly. Sasuke had climbed up a tree and he could see his foe still looking towards him, so the plan had been failure. He decided to go from the front as anything else would be pointless. Sasuke threw multiple exploding kunai''s and followed by circling around his opponent and using small fireballs at his foe. He could still see the opponent within the smoke and just went with close combat approach, as he won''t learn anything other than how useless his long range moves are at giving any damage to the high level fighters. He unsheathed his blade that was given to him on his fifth birthday; it was high rank weapon of the 7th level only 3 ranks below sentient weapons. The weapon had been made with scarce metals and other resources which had made it highly durable, sharp and especially high affinity with fire. So once he unsheathed the blade it was blazing hot, enough to melt diamonds with ease by its mere presence and the heat would cause negative effect to the environment but Sasuke could control it so that only things that touched the blade felt it. He rushed the opponent by first throwing some more shuriken and then attacking from the side. "Boy is your father crazy that blade can almost reach a million degrees. Are you going to kill Menma with that?" Shisui commented as he saw the blade, it was similar to his own which could reach 4 million when he pushed it hard. ''I didn''t even have a level 4 when I was that age, such discrimination.'' His words caused Sasuke to almost lose control of his body from hearing the name but he held. The speed from the movement had caused the smoke to disperse, for Sasuke to see that Shisui was unharmed and had blocked his blade with his finger. Sasuke continued to attack while his foe continued using his finger as a replacement for his own blade, until Sasuke was disarmed when Shisui used a little bit more strength focused on the finger that the blade slipped his grasp. The battle still commenced as Shisui decided to actually move and started giving Sasuke a beat down around the yard which had him seeing stars. After a good three minutes of one sided bullying, Sasuke was unable to get up from the floor and lay there breathing heavily while groaning in pain. "Good match Sasuke, you have improved since I fought you last time. Fix the mistakes pointed out during the fight and continue improving your abilities and you will catch up no time with us." Shisui said with utter confidence in his voice to encourage Sasuke and to avoid making bu??hurt about his loss. Sasuke appreciated Shisui''s compliments and decided to ask the question on his mind, "Brother, Do you think I can win against The Little Monster." When he uttered those words the care freeness that Shisui was showing was replace by seriousness and with a grim tone, "Sasuke I know you want to have revenge on him but I advice you stop looking for trouble against that guy. He is not someone you could try fighting against at the same age; he has the title for a reason. The guy would most likely kill you. If you meet him again with same personality, he is freaking unstable in the head that even I would find his deeds hard to stomach. While you have been growing, he grows at higher rates and even if you with your current strength fought against him from three years ago, the outcome would be the same as he never took you seriously." Sasuke was ready to actually being discouraged but the seriousness of the topic was out of his expectations, the fact that HE had become someone to make even Shisui describe him as a threat made Sasuke feel lost at not seeing any hope to his goal. If no one on the same age range could beat him than how was he supposed to catch up, was there any way. Shisui took Sasuke to the infirmary and left while warning him to avoid making trouble with HIM, as he seemed to have shown a highly dangerous mindset during this year that caused countless massacres of bandits which was good but the problem was the brutality and the p???sur? he showed in giving pain. These two focused two different paths, as Ki users were warriors while a mage used his spirit to conjure spells. A warrior lacked the range and versatility while the mage lacked the strong body and vitality but this difference disappeared at a stage that both strove for. In this continent many Kingdoms and even empires exist but the major power were the Yulan Empire, O''Brien Empire, Holy Union, Dark Alliance, Rohault Empire and Rhine Empire. All these empires consisted of the largest territories within the continent and their rules were the strongest in their respective regions. The chakra-born were secretive to these people and had not extended their claws in to this giant piece of treasure. The continent was unknown to them and there were too many threats from inside. The Shinobi Kingdoms had slipped into these lands but never went too far and sent the weakest of the weakest for the job with a failsafe. But this time, Konoha had taken the first step to know the limits of the Yulan Continent by sending Itachi Uchiha. Itachi was one of the leaders of his generation with his power and intellect, he had shown his capabilities and been chosen for this task. He knew that it might lead to death but his loyalty to the Hokage could not be questioned. Itachi wore normal clothes as he walked up the War Immortal Mountain, his presence invisible to the inhabitants as one glance and they forgot about him. ''Nothing impressive till now. Itachi thought as he walked casually into the region of the strongest being on Yulan Continent known to the public, he had lived through the ancient war and Itachi was interested in this person after knowing of this nugget of information. Today should be called her unlucky day, as she was chosen to fight against the second on the dragon list known by the title of Forest Fairy. She was cute in appearance but a menace in combat just like her mother Senju Tsunade, the young dragon Senju Kusano had entered the stage looking carefree after analyzing her foe. They both did the greeting and took their stance, Sakura felt under pressure but after seeing her opponent she relaxed as he had already lost of winning. When the bell was rung, Kusano did not move and allowed Sakura to show her abilities. So she complied by throwing causing the ground to launch mud bullets at her and some were mixed with shuriken for extra damage. Sakura threw a smoke bomb as she saw Kusano dodging her moves, this blinded her but she felt her presence through the earth as her chakra had been masked. Sakura decided to try her trump card and do her best at close combat as it was impossible to hit Kusano or damage her with long range because she lacked such arsenal. Sakura charged flashed towards Kusano''s right side with extreme speed gained from chakra enhancement pushing her to mach 4 and charged her leg with higher chakra that concentrated on the skeletal structure, the speed increased further to mach 5.5 which seemed to have unexpected along with her strength as Kusano seemed to have been surprised but the outcome was still the same as her leg was hit with a well place punch that hit her foot and threw over the stage. Sakura felt immense pain like never before course through her body and knew she had her leg completely shattered with that impact. She screamed in agony but was helped by Kusano who looked at her in warmth, "You did well, so now rest and we will meet later." Sakura couldn''t say anything as was already feeling faint but felt the pain lessen and she lost her consciousness. The show had some surprises and had led to Sakura creating interest in others for her, especially Lee who had been cheering her forward and had been excited to see her show such skill, even his friends had changed their opinion of her after this one match and asked Lee to tell her that they were sorry for being rude as he was accompanying her to the infirmary. While that was going on, Sasuke who had been chosen by the Raijin as his master felt his future go bright at the opportunity and wished to get advice that might help. But along with excitement he felt that the commoner girl was interesting to make Kusano actually use 50% of her strength even if that was by surprising her, it counted, and that exquisite control of chakra was marvelous that even he felt jealous of her talent. He marked her as someone that he could interact within his age group and potential recruit for his team. On the stage in the sitting place of masters, where the monsters in human shape had gathered to get a new sacrifice, the Sannin were in deep conversations about the candidates. Tsunade had become interested in the pink haired girl who seemed to have demonstrated perfect control in chakra which was miraculous as there had been no other example of such case except for the legends about the immortals. As for Jiraiya he was just boasting about his daughter Kusano like every time she fought except for that one time when she had been thrashed in the regional tournament. It had taken all his will power to not to go up there and break that kids jaw and wipe off that disgusting smile, which had just reminded him of Orochimaru when he deals with his prey. As the Sannin had made their decisions they left to handle other responsibilities, the war could be on the horizon and he had heard some dark prophecies from the elder. Jiraiya could feel the pressure of the world on his shoulder as he needed to find that savior who would save the world but things were changing to fast and the hero had possibility of being the destroyer which had been increasing off late. The kiss took Lee by surprise but he felt very happy and embarrassed at the same time, he felt his heart beat increase and felt he could do anything at the moment. So he asked out Sakura for an outing around the city as she was new here, to which she agreed and they decided to meet at the main gate after changing to casual clothes. At the gate Lee was standing in his casual clothes a pair of jeans with a blue shirt and Green jacket with the Logo of roaring Dragon that was the mark of the House of Might and represented the strongest techniques of their fighting style. While on the hand Sakura was wearing a white sundress that went down below her knees and sandals, the look she had going for made her look extremely cute and Lee willing showered her with praises. Sakura felt really happy after going through some real shit storm in the morning, this helped her forget the disappointment of not having achieved anything. Sakura was shown around places that she mentioned as places of interest, so they went through places like the Hokage the palace, the library which she decided to visit if she needed to as there was a on campus library that had specifically books for the students need and the inter clan training ground where she could interact with people of importance. As it had been hours and she hadn''t taken breakfast, Lee guided her towards a restaurant that he frequented with his pals. On the way they were passing by a store that had children standing outside holding cards and taking about how their cards were so cool. Sakura became intrigued by the topic and asked Lee what they were, to which he guided her inside for a look. Lee told her in an excited tone as it was one of his interest too, "These cards are made by the mortal blood about the fighters in the world that have been witnessed in combat. The cards are used for a game to be played by children but also collected by ?du?ts. The cards also mean that person is famous around the world and the techniques witnessed are used as skill cards or trap cards. I believe the kids are excited because new cards should have released this week." Sakura understood what the game represented and it increased her interest to collect them, as it would have information on combatants even if it''s from the limited insight of mortal blood but they had open imagination about what could be done. On the other hand Lee was excited to show her the cards about himself that he expected to be released which would be part of the Neo Young dragon pack. Sakura played along with her friend''s happiness and smiled at his childishness that he seemed to be showing, as it was very rare for people in the major clans to show any of these feelings in public. When they came to the owner and asked him about, he said that they were lucky as only 5 booster packs were left. Lee bought all 5 and opened them with delicate care, but was disappointed that he only got a skill card for Might Lee and got cards or his friends along with some other dragons. Sakura also analyzed the card which showed different skills deployed by the current top ten but it was missing all cards of the top 4. Sakura turned to the owner, "Excuse me, can I get look at the cards about the top five or do we have to wait for the booster packs to be delivered and our luck." The owner spoke very carefully with his words, "Young miss, for the cards you have to buy the booster packs or buy from others and the other method is to buy decks that are about teams or clans that have those cards but for those you have to wait till next month. But you are in luck, as you can get all the cards for the champion by winning in the local tournament which will take place tomorrow." Sakura thanked him for his reply and Lee volunteered to win the cards for her, which she accepted after he made her understand that he had no problem whatsoever at taking part in the competition, as he was the one of the best in the capital other than Shikamaru Nara. Sakura let Lee handle everything as he was ignorant about the dishes and everything in this restaurant, she felt so out of place and felt people were judging her but focused on Lee''s expression which calmed her nervousness. As they waited for the food, Lee talked about the on goings in the capital and even mentioned the possibility of war to start which he felt would be sad even though it would be an opportunity to see awesome combat scenes but many innocents would die. They also talked about the rankings which led to the champion of the young dragons whom she had seen on T.V. and felt he was step ahead of everyone in the competition. She enquired more about it as you can''t understand everything from jus seeing it through T.V. which can''t transmit many things. Lee explained to her how the champion fought, which mostly consisted of suppressing everyone with bloodlust or killer intent and most people couldn''t handle it as even if every fighter has already killed at least one person but HE is called the Little Monster for a reason. HIS bloodlust is too big for anyone on our levels to handle especially when it''s supported by his chakra that is dense and enormous. "But even though I have described him as someone scary, you should not really worry about it as he can be a nice guy when you get to know him. Although you have to be very careful about how you interact with him and he hates weaklings, so do not try to talk to him about mortals." Sakura listened carefully to the details and was intrigued by the champion as he was well known even outside the capital after the tournament but she didn''t know what made him special as no one had witnessed his combat skills. The battle had taken place at the Interclan training ground; the participants had been suppressed to similar level so that it was all about skill. The Champion had used a spear along with the standard tools and had been beaten in a close match by Tenten which was a surprise to everyone even to HIM, as he had stared in shock but then laughed in amusement at the outcome. The ending was already shocking but people had expected HIM to go berserk and try to kill the poor girl but HE only laughed and said he found her interesting, that she worthy of his attention. The battle had made Tenten famous in the capital for being the only to beat Him but no one knew if she could replicate the same feat now after a year. Sakura also looked up to her, so she intended to get close to her through Lee. She decided to not to from negative opinions about the Champ just because he had killed many people, as Lee seemed to think he was okay than why not try interacting with him if chance presented itself. The duo ate and talked more, after which they went there ways, with Lee going back home after accompanying Sakura to the Academy. I know you can see deeper." Mito Uzumaki said as she looked towards Menma Naruto looked at her then back at Menma, his eyes showed some symbols and they moved around his iris. He used to be such a sweet child but then signs started appearing and his emotions started disappearing so I had to quickly take extreme actions." Mito explained in a calm tone and Naruto knew she was telling the part, where she enjoyed the fact Menma was like this but not to this extreme Naruto nodded as he could see a problem inside of Menma''s soul, it was turning dark and foul. "Have you found any clue on how to cure the problem? What is the actual source?" Naruto asked as he couldn''t find any information on this problem "I have tried and even asked Kurama but there is no clue except that once every so thousand years, a vessel of destruction is born. Menma is not the first but he is the worst case since the others died in their childhood." Mito replied and showed him the scenes of destruction that might have been caused by little kids Naruto analyzed the pictures and was surprised as the kids had destroyed an area of 100km''s at an age of six without training. She was one of the top potentials and had been chosen by Kurenai Yuhi, also known as The Dream Fairy, to be her disciple. This was good news for her but it had been trashed as she had not seen her hubby attend. Ino dressed in red tank top with a purple jacket that had many dangers hiding within along with hot pants and Shinobi combat boots that reached her knees from the back which looked really stylish, the way she preferred her things. She was pacing her room while muttering curses in annoyance, "How dare that bastard not attend even when I had told him to. I wanted him to see me shine and praise me but he had to up and vanish. Fucking damn.., pieces of trash tell me where he is." There were five Shinobi in front of her on their knees, "Young Miss, we do not have the information about such details and it''s impossible to get it, you should know who his master is." When Ino heard what he had to say, her anger erupted and she whipped him using her custom made weapon for her use. It was weapon of rank 7 with many specifications and one she especially adored, it caused immense pain to anyone it hit even if the damage wasn''t a lot. The servant disappeared in haste leaving Ino who had calmed down after inflicting pain and hearing the screams. She went towards the garden to relax and help her cool down, there she remembered how she had met him for the first time in the same place. Menma had been sitting there staring into the pond when she had been informed by her mother that guests had arrived and she should spend time with him. When she had arrived in the garden he had not reacted to her presence even when she talked to him, so she had tried to push him into the water. That had turned out to be bad idea as he had reacted instantly and smashed her deep into the pond, she was known for her sadistic tendencies but she felt her heart beat at the intensity in his eyes. She had felt pain from his hold and he had let her go after a few seconds, and in his blank voice he had told her not to disturb him. But she had not given up as he didn''t scare her and finally caught his attention but had gotten bruised from the attempts, slowly they had gotten know each other and she had found herself attracted to his charm, even when most feared HIM she would always be on his side that was what she had told him. HE had laughed with genuine feelings for the first time in front of her and said that he would protect her until the day she died or dared to betray his friendship, which he said with intense bloodlust to remind her who he she was dealing with. The friendship had grown with her personality matching his with both being sadistic in their approaches and being cruel when opportunity appeared. But today was supposed to be the day they met after two months but he was still not here. She was looking in to the pond contemplating what he was doing and what she should do now, when she heard a bird approaching. She received a message which said Sorry for not attending and that he was busy with something important. The message made her happy at the thought that he at least cared for her but when she realized that the wench had tagged along with him, she started another fit at being left behind. ------------------------------ Neji Hyuga: Neji Hyuga the nephew of the head of the Hyuga clan, diligent in all aspects of life and all rounded talented in combat and the Hyuga arts. Only surpassed by his cousin Hinata who had extra help from the Uzumaki clan which disturbed the balance they had, as they were close in strength with him being stronger physically with more stamina while she had better flexibility and speed. The Uzumaki destroyed that balance and she surpassed him within months, as was proven in the tournament where she ranked fourth while he had lost to the heir to Yamanaka clan, Ino in a close fight. He had ended up fighting for 6th place which was still bringing honor to the clan, as they were the only ones with two members on the list. The loss had motivated him and he scavenged for information on mind attacks along with Genjutsu to cover the weakness, as unlike him Hinata had seals and showed knowledge on the subject which was explainable as she was taught by the head. Three years had gone by and he was confident to take down Ino but Hinata had been absent for months, so he couldn''t compare their strengths. Today had been the opening ceremony for the start of the year, he had witnessed some potential in the new comers other than the clansmen especially the Sakura girl whom Lee had shown romantic feelings for. Lee had left them to accompany her. While he was contemplating on his thoughts and sitting on the bench on the campus he heard Tenten, "Are you jealous that you don''t have someone to go on a date with." She implied in a joking tone but he played along and said, "No need, I have you by my side." That got her blushing like he had expected, she was hard to read for strangers but he had been around her long enough to know she liked him but he wasn''t sure of his feelings and wanted to test it against time. ''I need proof that it is actually love and not just a fleeting thing.'' Neji was just serious like that. As today was there free day, Neji decided why not go on a date to which Tenten agreed. They walked towards the mission center to go catch an ?ssignment to deal with outside the walls, as they needed some timely action. They looked through the ones available for second years and chose a search and destroy ?ssignment which was some place far off from the city. The destination was around 1000 km which was very far from the capital for normal people but nothing much for chakra born. The duo decided to go with chakra enhancement as they didn''t want the threat to have caused to damage t the surrounding, with small adjustment as they didn''t want to tire out their bodies they hit mach 10 and arrived at the location within six minutes. They had stopped 10 km before the area where they was supposed to go towards, and slowly walked to the location wary of any threat. Neji had has byakugan activated and had armed with his bow to shoot down any threat while Tenten had twin blades unsheathed. Through his extended vision which he could focus to see at max 20 km in one direction for now, he saw the village located near the mountain and that a slaughter had started. He informed Tenten and they hurried along the path when he could see clearly Neji started shooting chakra amped arrows at full strength on enemies far away from the citizens. While Neji was shooting down the enemies, Tenten took to close combat in order to avoid hurting the populace. She rushed forwards with her swords and danced around them while slashing their bodies apart. Many of the inhabitants had already died to the hands of the bandits, while Neji was shooting at the enemies he saw someone trying to sneak attack him and retaliated by shooting in the direction. Neji had expected to kill but unexpectedly the foe deflected the attack expertly and continued charging towards him along with throwing shuriken and Kunai to distract him. But Neji did not scramble back and shot a charged shot that exploded in the direction, the arrow had hurt the enemy but he still survived and Neji decided to capture him. As Neji hit his chakra points disabling him, the foe started squirming and died, when he checked Neji found poison. While Neji was handling the chakra born outside the village, Tenten had come under attack by 5 of them. She stopped holding back her speed and strength to avoid the risk of failure; she went faster than before and attacked the one closest with the surprise movement. The unexpected increase in power was a success and she cleaved the enemy from the center, which enraged the others. The enemies did not seem to work in any kind of organized team as such she could see glaring holes in their formation. She danced though the battlefield killing them off and dodging any move they used directing them toward others. When she was about to finish the last enemy her danger seal activated and she reacted by going through her limits and held up a shield charged with all of chakra she could muster. What had hit her was giant fireball that incinerated everything in its path except her and behind her; it carried on damaging the surroundings which meant there could be landslide as the mountain had received heavy damage. She looked towards the direction of the attack but could not see anything. Neji reached her place with worry on his face; he had witnessed his friend almost dying which had his heart bursting out of his throat. He had hatefully concentrated his vision on the enemy but could not identify them from the facials but fortunately he saw a sign on one of the men. He hugged Tenten in worry looking over her as she was feeling faint from expending so much chakra in such quick succession, when he saw the enemy retreat. After half an hour with the survivors tucked in safety, they decided to turn in the ?ssignment and inform the Academy about the bandits as there seemed to be something more going on. ----------------------------------------- When Tenten had been combat, a black haired man had been watching her fight and had felt immense anger flowing through as he watched and could not handle it which led to him attacking Tenten with the fire attack. But what the children didn''t know was that the attack had been messed with, as a blond man had hit the black haired man stopping him from adding more power. The blond had barked at him in annoyance, "Are you fu?k?n? stupid Kyo, can''t you even control your hatred for just long enough for the plan to succeed. You are not even near the target of your hatred and you have already lost it. Don''t harm the important people for now as it would ring warning bells in Konoha and if I think you might repeat this incident, I rip you to pieces." ----------------------------------- In the city of Utopia, Ino who had calmed her nerves was wandering the streets, heading towards the meeting place that her group had communicated. She had planned to meet her friends Shikamaru and Choji who were celebrating at the barbecue joint as she was free. On the way she was passing by the store that sold games and saw an advert with Menma''s face on and decided to check it out. She found that they had cards of his deeds in the tournament from 3 years ago and decided to get them. She commanded the owner to give them to her, but the owner rejected with his voice shaking in fear. As the day was a festive day she decided to play nice and just controlled his mind so that he gave the cards to her. Before leaving she left some gold coins and altered his memory that he believed the cards burned by accident. Ino stashed the cards in her spatial bracelet while going towards her destination but unexpectedly she came across miss goody two shoes Kusano. She wanted to curse at this inauspicious day and looked towards Kusano like she wanted her to disappear. Kusano stood in front of her and glared at her, "Ino Yamanaka I saw what you did to the poor man and I want you to return what you stole. This goes against the spirit of fairness, so comply otherwise you will pay the price." Ino looked at her astonishment, "Are you right in the head Kusano, it''s just some cards. I haven''t done anything harmful to him; you do realize I could kill him and still not receive any punishment. So get out of my way, I am busy to deal with your bullshit." Kusano took the verbal well without any affect and decided that she should act forcefully as Ino was too stubborn to surrender. She applied her power and controlled roots to entangle from underground but she dodged, Kusano stopped the attack and healed the damage after that she went for close combat. "Kusano you bitch stop this madness, have you lost it¡­" While dodging a hit Ino screamed at her but she seemed to have become stupid. Fortunately Tsunade had been accompanying her and stopped before the fight got messy, Ino glared hatefully at Kusano and left towards the party. On the other hand Kusano was getting a hearing for making a scene about something so small, she tried to argue that it was morally wrong to take advantage of the weak that relied on them for protection and went against the code set by their forefather. But her mother ignored her philosophical ramblings, as this could cause problem between the clans which would be way worse than what Ino had done. Kusano seemed to realize her mistakes and apologized for going overboard but in heart she had gotten another target to change along with HIM. --------------------------------------- Ino arrived at her destination finally before she went crazy at the thought that someone might have put a curse on her and cursed at the unseen power for the incidents. Arriving at the room reserved for their group, she found her lazy ?ss and fat nugget sitting there waiting for her patiently as they could. They exchanged greeting and ordered some food while discussing the days finding''s. Shikamaru in his usual lazy tone while lying on his side said, "I was selected by Danzo to be his disciple and Choji here was chosen by Orochimaru to part of his collection, just so you know as you most likely forget to listen again." Ino was surprised at their masters whom were known for their power and ruthlessness except for Orochimaru everyone knew he was a collector but when he heard the last part, "Shut it Shika, I don''t want your sarcasm. The day has been trouble already so share the juicy bits already that you promised." Shikamaru took his seat properly, "No need to have your p?nt??s in a bunch but looking at your expression I will just share what I know, so calm down. So listen carefully as you might I have heard the war might be on the horizon and my father has said its matter of time for it to start, though it might not start within these years but there have been ominous signs which have the ?du?ts worried. I have nothing else to add other than that we should increase our training, as when we become chunin they might deploy us on missions and in war nobody is going to care which clan we belong to." He ended his words with an ominous tone showing how serious he believed the situation was getting. While Shikamaru was talking, Choji had started eating in anxiety at the grim picture his mind was painting. On the other hand Ino was like part of a different world, as she showed excitement and said she will get to see her hubby on the battlefield at last. Which had the boys staring at her like she was crazy but then they remembered who she was, and just shook their head in disbelief at how she had become so insane when they spent their childhood together? Her obsession with that guy was unhealthy and could lead to her death but she didn''t listen and they had to compromise but after getting to know him some what they had changed their opinion a bit though still believing, it was dangerous hanging around HIM. HE looked for trouble and she liked causing problems that might be why she had been attracted, was what Shikamaru had understood. Even then girls were really too troublesome and he wished she would not cause any more headaches for him. While Shikamaru showed finesse by not talking anymore, Choji opened his mouth and caused a problem, "You know Ino you should give upon HIM already, it''s not like it would work and too much effort needs to be put to get his attention. That''s very dangerous and I believe Kusano would be a better for him, as she might reeducate him for the better..." Shikamaru was shaking in fear and whispering to Choji to shut up but his body had stopped listening to him and he realized that they were deep shit; he just prayed that she would be merciful. Ino was absolutely livid at the moment and felt liking killing everything, "You fat turd, who allowed you to flap those useless lips. Shut up and both of you follow me, I have to take out my anger on something durable today." After receiving the information where to meet him, he rushed to the place of gathering. He arrived at training field 7 which was an open ground with trees at its edges and a lake, but he couldn''t see anyone at the place. Sasuke looked around but found nothing and he was about to check with his chakra senses when he was pushed into the ground hard from the back. His head had been bashed into the ground with enough force to cause some damage but he quickly gathered his bearing and tried to free himself but unfortunately whoever was the ?ssailant was too strong. The enemy kept on smashing him into the ground and only stopped after doing three times and finished him off by kicking him into the lake, which woke him up and he stood on the lake glaring at the foe. When he looked at the enemy, Sasuke was surprised to see his new master and could mutter in disbelief, "Why". In front of Sasuke was the one known as Raijin who was standing there looking at him disapprovingly and replied in a harsh tone, "Kid I gave you the time limit but you were late by a minute, do you know how important a minute can be in the battlefield. Don''t think just because you are the son of the Uchiha clan head that I would go easy on you, not even the children of Tobirama Senju could make me change my mind. So I want you to follow the time very carefully and never be late or we are through, do you understand?" Sasuke felt the pressure from his master and knew that chakra had been applied but couldn''t do anything but stand place and replied with a nod. As he nodded the pressure disappeared and he fell into the water again but quickly crawled out and used his flames to dry himself. While he was drying, Sasuke remembered some details about his master and his obsession with time, ''Master''s mother was part of team that had asked for backup which did not arrive on time leading to their untimely deaths.'' He realized his mistake and apologized to his master as that was too insensitive of him and could have been avoided. This turned to be good for him, as the master seemed to have calmed down and talked in a composed manner, "You are a good boy Sasuke just like Shisui said, so I have some expectations and hope that you won''t let me down. I am happy that you are sturdy and took the hits without much problem or else I would have been disappointed. Shisui also informed me that Itachi had returned, so what''s he up to." Sasuke was happy that his big brother figure had expectations for him and praised him in front of others, but really felt awkward being praised for getting thrashed. He replied to Kakashi in a polite manner, "Master, Itachi plans to go through the surgery and get married within the year." When Kakashi heard what Sasuke said he burst out laughing, destroying the serious image he gave off. Through the laughter he muttered, "They are gonna being doing it with blindfolds, how kinky your bro is, eh Sasuke." Sasuke didn''t seem to understand the implication and only after thinking for a moment, did he comprehend the image and was ashamed at being in the vulgar person''s presence. I always read ?r?t??a when I want to relax, especially the books written by our local author, Jiraiya of the Sannin but there are also others that are part of my collection which I hope to bring you to appreciate." Sasuke did not like one bit what he had just heard and wanted to curse Shisui for putting him up with such a person but he decided to walk through such problems as that was a small price to pay for good training. After being introduced to ?r?t??a, Sasuke was taught the principles of electricity and how it worked. For starters Kakashi had small current flow around Sasuke''s hand for him to understand how it feels and watch it with his Sharingan for better visual. They did that for 10 minutes after which Kakashi had Sasuke replicate the exercise alone, so he started working on it. But it was not easy as it had seemed and took him some time to even produce a decent amount of current which kept shocking him. Sasuke kept going on going through the training for two hours while getting random shocks from Kakashi who said it was to train his concentration and resistance. Sasuke didn''t mind and was happy to improve, as lighting element was the best in speed and this was backed by the fact that if you could train your affinity then all attacks of lighting were base line real lighting speed. The exception were attacks thrown by people that hadn''t trained the affinity to the right level, therefore it lacked the speed of natural lightning but still packed real power. Being faster than lightning was a requirement for Jounin, which had been in place for two decades and such fighters did not forget to improve their speed along with speed of their moves. Learning about lightning which was his primary element was a step closer towards his goal and rank up. Two hours in and Sasuke was completely drained of his chakra, he laid on the ground trying to catch his breath as the fatigue got to him and quickly gulped down a chakra pill. As he was very tired Kakashi gave him a short break, after which they had continuous sparring to improve Sasuke''s combat prowess and experience. He was delivered to his in a body bag by Kakashi, as he had lost consciousness by getting beaten up too much. ------------------------------------------ Ino and the boys were walking through the city towards her place, when someone blocked the path. Ino would have exploded in fury and broken the person who dared to stop her but instead she had a fake smile plastered on her face, "Good day master, how can I be of help." The one in front of Ino was none other than Kurenai Sarutobi, the Dream fairy and the current master of Ino, who was looking from her to the boys. She said in cool manner, "Hello Ino, it''s a good day but it can be ruined if you don''t let those poor boys free." Ino looked at her innocently, "Master I am just helping them train and you know how some people forget to train for such skills." Kurenai looked at her with a serious look and waited for something, Ino understood what she meant and let the boys free. The boys thanked Kurenai and ran for it, leaving the females alone. With the departure of Kurenai, Ino was alone again without anyone to take out her frustration when she saw something pink and a devilish smile rose on her face. ------------------------------------- 4 Years ago In the far reaches of Konoha, a dangerous zone filled with giant beast of ferocious and brutal nature existed. Menma was going through intense combat training using all his capabilities that he had gained through his suffering and talent, all around him were corpses of his foes and he kept on moving in such beautiful rhythm to call it the dance of death. Today like always he worked hard to live up to the expectations of his grandma, she was the strongest being in this world and he needed to be able to stand by her side or else everything his void. The thought of failure and his love pushed him forwards to greater heights, even with all the injuries and losing limbs during the battle he kept on moving. He fought with the intensity of a crazed beast and his killer intent was like an endless ocean flooding the forest, challenging all its inhabitants. The damage done was too much and the child succumbed to his natural instincts to destroy and the mindless slaughter started within the area but with the out of place sad song in the background which gave off the feelings the child was held back from losing his soul. After running for 20 min she finally reached her target, the main coast line city of Konoha known as Unity, it is the place closest to Uzu and the Fishman Island. Fishman Island wasn''t always close to Uzu but serious discrimination and threat by humans of the Grand Line led to the Uzumaki clan''s intervention at the request of the Queen, which led to the moving of the Island to its new region under Uzu''s protection. The Island was close to Konoha which was why the Merfolk could be seen on the streets of Unity, proving the name that symbolizes the connection of the Uzumaki and Konoha. Hinata ran with haste to reach the boy who had been waiting for her, she opened her byakugan and found him sitting near the fountain area playing with the fishes. She felt her heart speed up at his features, the blond hair, the blue eyes, the carefree look and peaceful demeanor that she witnessed which reminded her of things only she knew about him. She started walking towards Menma in a fast pace hoping that the running would mask her feelings from being shown. When she was 10 m away from him, Menma turned his head and smiled at her and indicated that she come close. Hinata did not hesitate and ran towards him with joy apparent on her face that people would find it hard to recognize her with such vibrant expressions. When she was in front of him, Menma opened his arms and gave her a hug which had heart going haywire but she held together and reciprocated the feeling. The moment lasted for seconds but she wanted it to last longer as she felt comfort and safety within his embrace. She avoided showing her disappointment and smiled happily at Menma and took his hands, as she had been given permission to do anything she wanted with him as a gift. Menma did not mind and let her drag him around the city looking at sites such as food stalls, weapon shops and clothing stores. Finally after that was the main attraction and went to the top of the Unity tower, where the admired the view of the sea, the city and even a glimpse of the far off Uzu through the coin operated binoculars that zoomed into max of 100 km. The duo enjoyed the view and Hinata in her beautiful and confident voice, "Doesn''t this make you feel lighter, so far away from the ground and all the troubles forgotten." Menma nodded to her statement with neutral visage which hid away what he felt at the words, as he knew what she meant. Hinata realized that he had gone quiet so to lighten his mood she dragged him off the tower towards the main part of today''s date, a trip to Fishman Island where she had found that a fortuneteller with real skills existed. So she had decided to help Menma by founding about his fate which might help him reaffirm himself that his goal will be achieved. The duo used the underwater pathway that led to the island, as they had seals to protect them from external effects within certain limits they didn''t need to go through the official tourism office. They landed inside the Island which was new to both of them and looked around carefully with neutral gaze as they had been trained not to show such unsightly expressions which would give away details. As she had destination in mind, Hinata dragged Menma towards the Mermaid caf¨¦ to meet Madam Shyarly, The caf¨¦ was a small place where commoners would attend with three waiters and the madam at the bar place serving drinks; Shyarly was big just like most mermaids but also beautiful which could rival the top on the surface. Hinata had already gotten an appointment, so the madam led them to a separate room where she asked in a polite manner, "Who wishes to see his fortune or is it for both?" Hinata wanted to see if she would end up with Menma in the future but for now she let that slip and had Menma step up, who looked at the set up with skepticism. Though he didn''t really believe in it much but to satisfy Hinata''s condition he complied and Shyarly started her magic. Hinata felt down at the outcome of the deal and really wanted to know why the day had to go so wrong when everything was so magical before. She called for the waiters to handle Shyarly and left after paying the fee with an extra for whatever damage the woman might have received. Hinata sighed and looked up into the sky thinking that she had to run again to reach their dwellings, which made her feel so disgruntled and even her love for Menma would not stop her from giving him well deserved beating. That would have been possible if it was anyone else but she kept these thought for her dream while rushing towards the objective, this time with chakra to reach the place within minutes. Hinata wondered how she actually fell for such a difficult man, he was not noble nor an intellectual but a lover of violence and destruction. This set in stone his path of Sage mode that he wanted to accomplish, so just like always when he had free time he went through ancient books. Minato did not have seal within Taki so they had to walk the distance while walking both were in a solemn mood. Even the ever cheerful couple had things that brought them down; their eldest son whom they had groomed to be powerful had a terrible personality and no matter what they did it didn''t change. But it was fruitless as her brother was just too good at what he did, which made her proud most of the time but Mikan wished he wasn''t good at this sometimes and this was an occasion. As Mikan was busy doing that, she heard footsteps heading towards this location and quickly gave up on the endeavor, disappearing outside into the clan garden. She sat down on the swing and was joined by her maid, Rias Gremory from a branch clan of the Uzumaki. Unlike the Uzumaki the Gregory did not have the innate talent in Fuinjutsu or the adamantine chains, but they still had the large amounts of chakra and life force. Rias had red hair and her figure had the potential to be one of the best as could be seen from her mother, she was 12 years old and had been trained to serve the heir of the Uzumaki clan but had been transferred to the younger child because of compatibility problems. She stood behind Mikan and spoke in a complaining manner, "Young miss you need to stop messing with your elder brother''s room and stop acting like you were always here, nobody will buy that excuse." Mikan felt embarrassed at being pointed out her deficiency and clicked her tongue in annoyance, "Okay, okay. I will stop doing that and do you have anything else to say other than nag." Mikan greeted the trio and sat down on his seat to decide on what to do for the day, as they were free. Konohamaru jumped up in excitement and said, "Let''s go watch the academy kids and see what they are doing. We could learn some awesome things by watching them." Mikan thought on it and realized she could monitor the people his brother considered to have some potential. There was also the fact they had to attend some years later, so they could scout the place. The group agreed to the suggestion and walked towards the Academy, on their way they checked the card shops and the group cursed at the fact that Menma''s cards were not available. They continued the journey and entered the place and watched the students from outside, when they came across some commotion in one of the classroom. Mikan and co. burst out laughing at the Uchiha getting beat up by Ino and Mikan realized that Ino was really strong, the following confrontation made her see the difference between them and the huge chasm of power that separated her brother from her. She had been hit by quick understanding of what her brother saw and how he operated, the way to close the distance was power and so she lead the group to the training grounds along with Rias to work towards becoming stronger. -------------------------------------- Zoro: Far away from Gaia on one of the lone islands of Scarlet line the Isshin dojo exists, the absolute ruler of the island loved by the people for their humble and charitable nature. Just like always the day was bright and cheerful, the people were lively and the dojo was filled with vigor. The sounds of fighting could be heard along with the energetic voices of the practitioners. While the normal fighters practiced within the dojo, Zoro an orphan who had arrived on the island 2 years ago was being trained alongside the heir proving his talent and persistence. What drove him to ignore his health to strive for becoming the strongest swordsman he didn''t in the start, as he had lost most of his memories of the past only having flashes of someone beating him and calling him weak along with a final vision falling into the sea hearing the words unworthy. The vision had haunted him for years pushing him away from people and to prove his strength to everyone. But through the hard work of the master and Kuina, Zoro had finally opened up and found new reason to become strong that was to protect the people he loved. So just like always Zoro went through the motions and used the techniques of his master using 250 tonne blades in total weight in both hands. The father and daughter duo on the other hand sparred to help Kuina improve her fighting prowess, she was the heir and the most talented of the bunch but being female she felt that her growth was significantly lower than Zoro in physical leaving her with only skills to compensate for the unfairness. The battles would also help her unlock Ki that was deep within her but unlike Chakra users, Ki users had to go through tortuous training to unlock the power within and it was not 100% certainty. Kuina had increased her training as she felt her Ki building up within her body and just needed the right push that would finally unlock it. After an hour of fighting her father, Kuina had a spar with Zoro who was obsessed with surpassing her in the start but now had become softer on her which made her tingly inside but also made her push forward to make him treat her seriously. The fight continued for many hours with both combatants unwilling to give up and it seemed like it could end with Kuina victory once again but suddenly a red aura shrouded Zoro. This surprised both of the children and Zoro was ecstatic which was followed by Kuina as well but the reality of the situation set in making her realize that she was weaker than him now. The situation made her feel dizzy and sick within, the emotions were warring within her and she saw Zoro approaching her with concern and love. That gave her the motivation to conquer her depression and she was covered in blinding light that spread through the island, the pure and enormous Ki hidden within had burst forth to show that indeed she was the chosen one. The awakening of Ki in both childhood friends was a big surprise and an event to celebrate, Zoro after clearing is eyes rushed Kuina and gave her a big hug smiling at her from the bottom of his heart at the taller figure. Kuina was overcome with happiness and endless joy at achieving such a spectacle; she reciprocated Zoro''s show of affection and cried tears of joy. Koshiro Isshin the father of Kuina was on his way towards them when in front of the children a figure descended from the skies. The figure radiated power but gave off a harmless smile at the children, he examined them while they clamped from the fear of offended such powerful figure. On the other hand Koshiro had been paralyzed and couldn''t move, watching the disgusting monster look at his children like prey. The man examined the children of 12 years and set his sight on Kuina, beaming with excitement he said in gentle tone, "Little one would you like to become my apprentice. Sorry if that confused you, in my excitement at seeing such potential I became too hasty. My name is Chu Feng and I am one of the Sword Kings." Kuina was flattered at the offer but her instincts told her to be careful, she looked at Zoro who seemed to tell her to agree but she couldn''t bring herself to leave her father and Zoro. She turned to the man and declined the offer, the expression on his marred with viciousness suddenly and he laughed at them with derision. "Declining my offer was a stupid thing to do little girl. Nobody denies me what I want, so come along or see everything you love die." The killer intent spread by the man was overpowering but Zoro and Kuina persevered, they took labored steps and attacked the man through force of habit. The man looked at them with contempt and waved his hand at Zoro which led to him being crushed by an invisible force smashing into the ground while he caught Kuina and disarmed her. "You dared to resist little one, so that you don''t make the same mistake I will show you the consequences of your actions." The man flicked his finger towards Koshiro and his body disintegrated not even leaving a trace along with destroying the area behind him. The children witnessing the event were horrified, Kuina continued to struggle and scream within his grasp which led to her getting knocked out while Zoro screamed in rage and tried to free himself. But reality was a cruel mistress the man laughed at Zoro and left with Kuina leaving Zoro to scream in hate, until he succumbed to the tiredness and fell unconscious. The next day when he woke up he wished that all was a dream but when he went down from his room, he saw the students sitting with funeral clothes on and he looked towards the front, and saw his master''s picture. Zoro understood the nightmare was real and but was unwilling to believe, the flurry emotions left him powerless and he fell to the floor crying out in despair. The students helped him calm down and reminded him that Kuina was out there waiting for him to save her, he packed up his gear and took the Yin Yang pair swords that were the treasure of the dojo given to them both and left on a journey to search his enemy and become stronger. In his Journey Zoro still did not find who his enemy was but still did not d?s?r? to give up and kept himself motivated, and kept breaking through limits. He fought different monsters, criminals and other martial artist, and picked up techniques from others along with from the teachings of his master. With such strong motivation and help of Ki, Zoro progressed faster than ever and continued to grow at an alarming rate. After 2 years when he had turned 14, Zoro travelled further than ever and challenged the Demon brother s that had started terrorizing villages within the Grand Lin, migrating from Gaia. The island they had taken residence in was far off from the eyes of justice, so he had decided to kill them saving the people and also getting experience in fighting strong opponents. When Zoro arrived at the village it was already too late as the demons had already started killing. Zoro hurried himself and rushed towards the enemy who he found to be Meizu while the other brother was somewhere else. The enemy did not expect any resistance arriving and had to block Zoro''s attack which packed the power from an arm that could lift 3000 tonnes. Meizu blocked the attack with his gauntlets and as the teeth blade was about to hit him, he was replaced by a wooden plank that was on the ground nearby. Zoro had already learned about the tactics of Shinobi so wasn''t surprised by such beginner move and spun at high speeds creating a twister that su?k?d in the foe that was about to attack him. The demon didn''t let Zoro down with his ability, as he blasted multiple water bullets at the twister which stopped him and gave an opportunity for Meizu to move in and attack. The demon moved with ferocity and planned to cut him down with the clawed gauntlets and even if he missed just a scratch would kill the brat from the deadly poison. Zoro activated his Ki enhancement in time and slashed towards the incoming enemy, the attack would have sliced Meizu in half if he hadn''t sensed the danger and covered the weapons in chakra. The two warriors continued to push against each other and were locked in intense competition when Gozu the other twin brother decided to interfere. Gozu came at him from the back and Zoro felt the danger so he jumped in the air, then slashed downwards with Ki creating energy attacks that hit the enemies on ground. The attack caused dust to rise and cover the area giving Zoro the opportunity to land safely further away utilizing the martial arts of the marines. As he took his stance chains burst through the dust cloud intending to entangle him but he did not give them the chance as he charged his legs with Ki along with blades and rushed towards them avoiding the chains. Utilizing Ki along with martial arts of the marines, Zoro speed increased to an alarming rate that even he had difficulty seeing where he was going but he had already mapped his approach, so created a blade storm once he got between the twins. The storm was too close to dodge and the enemies were su?k?d within enduring the slashes enhanced with Ki and as this gave him the opening Zoro activated the twin blades and slashed upward towards the demon brothers cutting their life short. As the battle ended and his nerves calmed down, Zoro felt the pain his body felt at being abused so badly. The enhancement with too much Ki could be bad when the body can''t handle such energy concentrated in one place but he had no choice as the enemy was stronger than expected and the only option he had was to push his body through such methods. After taking a short rest, Zoro picked up the equipment that survived from the twins along with the bodies and stored them within the spatial ring to turn them in for cash as he needed more for better resources. The battle had given him the chance to analyze that he was above the average genin from the main continent but it was unknown if he could fight a chuunin or a student from the royal academies. He felt that it was really unfair how these trashes probably got better training then him for free while he had to struggle to achieve. Before he lost himself in thinking of negative thoughts, Zoro decided to leave towards the mercenary guild for supplies and handing in the latest catch --------------------------------------- Naruto: Naruto was filled with satisfaction as he felt that the world was troublesome again, it had threats and even risks. He wanted to sing out his joy for the world but Naruto knew that he was tone deaf and didn''t want to kill people at the moment. He had never imagined that someone could teach him. It was such an impossible task as his power allowed him to bring his imagination to reality. Kakuzu the long lived leader of Taki and one of the immortal beings of Gaia looked up from his work at the visitors whom he had been waiting for. He was flattered that the Hokage didn''t send some no-name Jounin for this deal, as that would have made it really hard for him to follow through as it would bring his people''s reputation down in the mud. He observed the visitors carefully, filing all the details and remembering all the information he had on the Uzumaki couple along with how much they were worth. Not so surprisingly the worth of these two people was more than his territory and they were worthy of his attention, he had all the information about the conflict and his choices so he wanted to see what they could offer him. Even then they were happy to see a child act like this with excitement which reminded them of Naruto who reacted so differently to everything, the couple signed for Fuu in her notebook where she collected the signatures of well known fighters. Kushina and Minato looked at the girl with guilt, when they realized who she was going to end up with. Minato turned to Kakuzu and said with a quiet voice, "We had like to test her strength, as she is most likely to end up with Mito Uzumaki and she is well known for her power and personality." Kakuzu became really happy at that kind of possibility but the feeling he got from the couple made him think that the woman must be really harsh to make them feel like this, but he didn''t mind as she would be the best teacher Fuu could ever have. The humans watched in awe as their savior fought such a terrible monster without an ounce of fear and was winning, they were filled with hope after experience such a horrible time. Among the crowd were two young girls, Nami and Nojiko who had been deprived of their mother by this beast they enjoyed the defeat of the Fishman and wanted to learn from their savior as to never feel helpless. As Hody finished transforming he moved so fast that he completely disappeared from Hidan''s sight and punched him with force that sent him flying out of the island into the ocean with many fractures. Hody followed into the water to fight on his home ground. Inside the deep waters Hidan sank with a smile on his face as his body mended the wounds at a visible rate. Using the chakra he pushed himself out of the water when he collided with the torpedo like Hody who took him for a ride into the depths. Hidan used his strength to try and get himself free but it was seemingly a fruitless attempt, as he was smashed into the bottom of the ocean where he had to use his chakra to compensate for the lack of oxygen. As he looked he found himself surrounding by countless water sharks and dragons trying to rip him apart. But he only laughed ?bs??n?ly "Come at me" and a dark barrier covered his body and the attacks collided with it. Hody had thought he would win with that but he had no idea he was fighting the Neo Immortal, as he watched in a shocked gaze at the nonchalant and clear appearance of his enemy. "How..." he dragged the word and roared. Hody started to think ''maybe long range doesn''t work on him and short range as he was harmed by the initial ?ssault and the following one''. It seems he still felt some humanity in his still crushed heart to not want them to suffer at someone else''s hand. The humans instead of getting scared at the scene were overjoyed as they saw Hidan as savior since he never attacked a human from the start. Looking at them he remembered that he hadn''t converted people yet so why not start now. "Thank you for saving us great warrior" An old man with a windmill appeared in front of the crowd with one leg gone. It seems the people had gone through a lot of physical torture as well, as he was contemplating how to start two little girls ran to him. It was a unique place on this world, as many traces of the powers of Immortal had been left behind, like the powers of the people born within the land even though they were mortal blood and the wacky things that just made hard to pinpoint how they worked with the natural laws, such as the Reverse waterfall and the sky island etc. The power to circumvent reality could be seen everywhere on this continent as many places followed their own reality. Beings made of sweets to islands of Cakes so many unusual things took place here. Scarlet line was a long land mass with countless small islands and it stood between Gaia and Yulan. In this continent many Kingdoms and even empires exist but the major power were the council of the celestial dragons, The Marines and Pirates. Each continent had its supreme power that made it unique and Scarlet Line was not an exception to this case as it had devil fruits which made it special and their use of Ki. The mortals born on this continent had varying sizes and physical prowess unlike the shinobi who would naturally start with First stage of cultivation, the people had to go through intense training to go beyond mortal. Scarlet Line and Gaia had a deep connection as there cultivation system was similar and the only difference was that the other had chakra. They went through 9 stages before their system became similar to Yulan''s at the level beyond Demi. Unlike Gaia, Scarlet Line and Yulan were not very advanced in technology and weapons plus many other things because of the lack of team work. Gaia had many clans working together under a Kage but in Scarlet and Yulan the top controlled the resources and hoarded the cultivation techniques and skills. Without an appropriate cultivation technique, the warrior will have a hard time growing and might even waste his potential. This was not that uncommon in both these places. Gaia might be in turmoil on the national level but the other two had deep issues to the village level, which showed the lack of discipline and control in these areas. The Celestial Dragons ruled the continent with an iron fist, there words were law and the leader Midora was one of the strongest beings on the planet. The Marines were in charge of keeping control and they ruled the seas, the only exception being the Yonko that were a heavy block to their path of eradicating all resistance. Pirates were bad but in Scarlet, anyone that went against the rules was labeled such so even good people were killed under such charges. Robin and Nico Olivia had connections to Scarlet so had sent the information to the Marines; they were loyalist with their lack of knowledge on the dark side of the Marines. This had prompted Fleet admiral Sengoku to issue a meeting for the admirals, which had them leave their duties and attend. He started to explain the details they had gathered about the past such as the Juubi and the shinju, while also learning that the part of the Otsutsuki still lived on the moon along with the shell of the beast. There were many details about the clan which allowed them to learn some history about the Uchiha''s and the Senju''s which had Garp commenting in his boisterous voice, "Those red eyes bastards were too prideful even than seriously, guess you can''t change genetics." The security had been upped at the borders; the top fighters were all available and vary of the competition. Only the low rank fighters were involved while the top had checked each other into place, waiting for some sign and only rarely interfering to save their people as it still hadn''t blown up into something big. Hidan the leader of the cult of Jashin had been working with Iwa to launch the plan he had chosen to cause mass genocide on Konoha. He had led groups into slaughtering thousands of people in the border towns with mortal blood, to appease the hunger of his master. The goal was no to infiltrate into Konoha but to kill as much as they could, so they had traveled within Konoha''s territory far-off from the border with Iwa to any towns with low risk of exposure. The group had been divided into two, one led by Hidan with his cultist and the other led by a former Konoha denizen along with his followers from the same area. Today was just like another day for Hidan and it was the last day for the city. He commanded his subordinates to create a barrier of the fallen which would cover the city and cage in everyone inside until they were done. The barrier took 10 min and as everything was prepared, Hidan gave the followers the usual speech, "For Lord Jashin, slaughter the heathens." The followers roared in unison and charged towards the defenseless populace, within minutes the screams of pain and despair could be heard. The people tried to fight and run but all was in vain, children and all nothing was spared. They were skinned alive, ripped to pieces and eaten by some sick beings but before all could be lost a team of heroes had arrived. It was team of chuunin lead by a Jounin to search for the enemies that had been killing and destroying cities and villages of Mortal blood. It seemed the enemy had been too careless had left clues, which led them to the destination but the slaughter had already started so the team inadvertently entered the city because of their rising emotions. The team was a 5 man group; the leader was the heir to the Inuzuka clan, Hana, followed by a healer named Kito, fighters named Ash, Iruka Umino and Mizuki. Iruka was at the back of the group protecting Kito; he decided to retreat back with the healer but was unable to get out. They had unexpectedly become the only hope for the poor citizens of the city but at the same time they were just like trapped mice, the atmosphere had affected the group but before they did something stupid Hana commanded the group to move together and eliminate the enemies. Hana had thought it would be someone strong but this was not in her expectations and cursed her friends black tongue. ''I need to do this or else these people are dead. The communication is down so it should have already sent a warning to the closest group.'' Hana thought as she prepared for combat Hana separated from the group leaving them to venture forth while she charged quickly into the fray and killed any enemy she came across along with her partners the triplet Haimaru brothers. The four charged forth shredding all resistance in their path; the giant gray furred dogs of 5m size sliced the cultist with their paws or bit their heads off. As they were inside the city where there could be survivors, Hana was unable to use any big moves especially her primary element moves but still used the wind element to cut down the foe''s who were to slow and weak for her level. But the simple path came to end when she was hit by concentrated bloodlust from the front which had her stop and slowly retreat, while taking in the enemy. There in front of her was the A ranked monster, the cultist leader Hidan looking towards her while beside him were corpses and b?r?ly live people that he had tortured. Hana was disgusted at the sight but she had her duty to perform and seeing innocent people of her beautiful land enraged her. "Ah, what a surprise. The heir to the Inuzuka clan and an elite jounin. What an honor, what an honor." Hidan muttered with a smile as he looked at Hana without any fear, he had sent Nami and Nojiko further away as this battle was beyond their capability "Die" "Haha" Hana knew the enemy was going to be very strong, so she wanted to handle it with care and started off with making a small hurricane of wind blades to shred the foe. Before it could even cover Hidan, it vanished by a slash from his scythe. As it seemed that ninjutsu of such level might be useless, Hana sensed with her enhanced senses and chakra for any living person in the vicinity, as she mapped out a clear path. The path without any interference had been mapped and the enemy was slowly approaching her with a cruel smile on his face while he underestimated her prowess. She commanded the triplets and charged forth with a super fang over fang enhanced with wind chakra, the 4 rotating figures charged at the enemy with speeds surpassing lightning and carried Hidan along for ride destroying everything on the way. The attack cleared a path till it hit the barrier at the other end which was about 500 km of distance, leaving just dust in its wake. But the enemy was hardly harmed with just scratches and ripped clothes, Hidan pushed them away and they retreated with force applied. "That was mildly amusing, have you some more." Hana had at least expected to do some major damage with that move but this was much unexpected, she realized that the enemy was as dangerous as the reports claimed. As she glared at him, Hidan laughed in an insane manner. He signaled her to come to him and lay down, which angered her but she took in a deep breath and attacked along with her partners from different directions. The place had no innocent bystander and she was free to go all out, they all used rotational moves intending to crush him in the center but Hidan stopped taking hits as a pitch black barrier covered Hidan. The attack clashed with the barrier but it didn''t even make a scratch, they all tried to retreat quickly but one of the dogs was caught by Hidan who didn''t hesitate to smash him into the ground followed by trying to cut him with the scythe. Hana quickly reacted and used chakra cannon along with duo which hit Hidan from the side pushing him into the barrier. The dog pulled back to the group and Hana followed the attack with a charged Jutsu, Majestic Cerberus flames which were flames of different colors with various properties that covered huge area but she concentrated it into a small zone and kept it flowing. The triplets on her side also contributed by enhancing the flames with wind attack, the move melted the ground and every solid was turning to liquid within the certain distance but even this was not enough as a large black energy slash came crushing from the flames towards Hana. Hana dodged the move which traveled further ahead cutting everything down but she was not relieved at being safe as the enemy showed no sign of real damage, only a change an appearance taking a dark form with horns on his head. "Not enough, try harder you little bitch." She looked at him verily as he laughed hysterically and charged at her, as she retreated while throwing attacks at him along with the triplets but he kept charging through them without a problem. It was not looking good for her as he was too close to her, so she threw multiple smoke bombs with other various affects like spiciness and hid her chakra, fleeing physically with her partners. Hidan lost her but he kept on annihilating the things that were in his path, while Hana quickly calmed her breathing down and took a pill along with the triplets. This healed the damage and chakra while also super charging them with extra power which was an increase of 20%, following that Hana decided to use the forbidden move of her clan which was very dangerous and had a low rate of survival. "Human beast combination: Four headed wolf" Hana muttered after going through some hand signs, which combined her with her partners but this form would be too hard to control along with being a large target, so she changed to a humanoid version which stood 4 m''s tall. Hidan had seen the large four headed wolf in the start as it was 20 meters tall and headed towards the target where he found a large female werewolf with an armor which had heads on the shoulder and at the ?h?st. Hidan felt the large increase in power which excited him as he hadn''t fought anyone worthy for so long; he licked the blood from his scythe and used his cursed move to sacrifice any of the survivors left that were hit by him, following that he pointed towards the bitch and a large pillar of dark power engulfed her. As Hidan attacked Hana moved at an insane speed, she charged at him and kicked him in the stomach with enough force to fly through the city and hitting the barrier again which made some cracks. Hana didn''t let off and ran towards Hidan, with a chakra charged limbs she intended to destroy him but a dark aura protected Hidan. The dark aura was weakening with the ?ssault but Hidan attacked with crescent shaped move which covered all directions and hit her, pushing her as she blocked with a chakra barrier. Hana quickly jumped up to avoid the move which had been delayed by the shield and followed it with a rotational attack that hit Hidan who was slower than her. The attack was stronger than anything before and finally did some visible damage, as Hidan was bleeding. "Heh, neat." Hidan muttered as he touched the blood before his wounds closed up, he couldn''t stop laughing as it was just so fun. There was a time when he couldn''t even dream of being a jounin but here he was manhandling one of the chosen ones. He could have easily ended the battle and summoned his dark servants, spirits of those he vanquished. Hidan used large shockwave type move that traveled through all directions covering large area decimating all in its course but Hana would not let that happen. She transformed into the large 4 headed wolf and charged at Hidan with the enhanced Super Fang Wolf fang, the attack broke through Hidan''s move and carried him along. The duo traveled through the air breaking the barrier on the city within a second and as they had traveled a km, Hana quickly put almost all her chakra within the move and let the move flow over her dragging Hidan with it and shredding his body to pieces as it traveled through the forest outside the city and then pierced through the mountain range and stopped after going through three mountains. Hidan had lost all his body parts except his head which was drilled deep within a mountain, he cursed in rage, "That fu?k?n? bitch, she is dead next time I see her. DAMN, it will take me at least ten minutes to actually summon my body and reattach everything. Fuck, fu?k¡­." He continued to curse at Hana and at the situation. While this was happening Hana had collapsed outside of the city and returned back to normal but among the triplets only one survived and even Hana''s survival would be questionable if she didn''t get medical attention. Her team had fought valiantly but two had already died and only Mizuki and Iruka were left, they had run as they saw the powerful move and caught up to her. The situation was looking dangerous with Hana out of commission, two members dead and the remaining injured while there were many cultists still left. Iruka looked at the situation and decided to do what was right, "Mizuki take the captain away while I stop the enemy. Hurry before Hidan returns..." He said this while walking towards the incoming opponents but Mizuki was not hearing it and used the experimental drug his master had given him which transformed him into a bipedal tiger. Iruka was surprised at the situation but Mizuki didn''t dawdle and quickly picked Hana and Iruka, and ran for his life, as Hana''s death meant his death. Mizuki ran through the forest with haste and the increased power from the nature transformation had given him tremendous boost but he knew that he needed to quickly find a safe place to use the antidote for the side affect. As he was running, Mizuki came to sudden halt as he sensed multiple figures coming from the front but what appeared were bloodied figures of which he could not identify. While the team ran way Nami and Nojiko cleared out the city, the bodies started to disappeared they were given to Jashin "Father will be stronger now; we killed some strong ones this time." Nojiko said as she looked at the magical scene of everything turning to black dust "Yes, can''t believe someone made Father angry. They are so getting it." Nami shook her head as she knew that he hadn''t even used the mask and most likely Jashin was going to appear now that he had been given some good food and a challenger ------------------------------ In one of the most guarded places on the Continent of Gaia known as the Land of Demons, lived the priestesses that could foresee death related to them and were the antithesis of demons. The place had barrier protecting it which was only weaker than the Kage summit area powered by all the Kages, the Uzu mainland, and finally the Konoha branch Uzumaki family. It had the power to take hits which could destroy most of the continent while also having healing ability but tonight one of the people inside was not feeling safe. Shion Moroku the heir to the current Head Priestess and the one born with the strongest fate had a nightmare where she foresaw the destruction of her land. Miroku, her mother quickly came to calm down the delicate child of 13 years who was sobbing from the experience that was a first for her. Miroku patiently calmed Shion down while asking what she saw that made her break down. Shion who had calmed down after some time knew the importance of what she had witnessed and spoke with clear words, "In the vision I saw that deep within a forest that had turned into wasteland, there was a giant black box. Surrounding it were the Kages while a demon was on top of it and smiling in victory. The box seemed to be an artifact as it was activated, it glowed a sinister purple all over and then opened from one side leaving space enough for a human to enter or leave. The Kages seemed to tense up when it opened and from inside rattling sounds could be heard followed by a completely pitch black being trying to drag itself out form the box which indicated that it was being held back by some force. When the being saw the Kages it smiled for some reason and spoke something weird "In the future you envision, I wonder if I exist" that was the end for us, as the words held power beyond anything seen before. The barrier must have shattered within a second and the power killed us without any resistance as I saw nothing else." As Shion finished her story, Miroku was not feeling well at such horrendous future waiting for them and even the Hokage could not save them in that future which made her question the probability of safety but for now she decided to inform Tobirama so that he could stop this from happening. ------------------------------- "Issei, do you know what I see?" Among the field the rare ones are the Gu masters, Dream Masters and Formation masters. A Gu Master is someone who has opened their mortal Aperture within their body, can use energy to manipulate Gu and use their wondrous abilities. The mortal aperture is spherical space located inside the Gu Masters body that is formed through harsh practice. Gu Masters cultivate their chosen path, research, innovate, and create new Gu which makes them stronger, better and more adapt for future cultivation and their pursuit to understand the Great Dao through all those acts of using Gu. Gu are able to use natural occurring Energy and create wondrous effects. In nature, under the right conditions, Gu can form from life forms such as insects, they live everywhere in the deepest crevices of the earth, the highest of clouds, on the bodies of wild beasts, and most dangerous of plants, and even in the dreams of man. Just like Gu Masters, Gu themselves are ranked but with the exception that they are ranked from 1 to 10. The rank of a Gu is important as such that it needs to complement their Gu Master, this is done so by having the same rank (or as close as possible) as the Gu Master. Gu can have many marvelous abilities from being pure physical to poisonous to elemental and even go to the depths of space time. It was very harsh field of study and requires a lot of outside help, travelling and risks that reduce its favorability among the people. In Konoha the Aburame clan is all Gu Masters while Issei is also one of the Gu Masters as he belongs to such a clan. Through hard work he had earned his place as a rank 4 Gu Master and has many Gu at his disposal. After Gu masters the most elusive and difficult thing to learn is becoming a Dream Master, not many people have talent for it and become just pure Illusionist. Dream Master is a Path of cultivation created by the sage which specializes in turning the imaginary into reality. The methods to create items, worlds and intelligent life from nothing are related to the study of dreams and the use of Chakra or natural energy to actualize them. A Dream Master can go into other people''s Dream Worlds, Invading other people''s dream worlds can allow a Dream Master to spy or manipulate his enemies. It also allows them to learn about the human heart/emotions. At higher stage as long as one has enough dream elemental force, one can reproduce any spiritual spell which he has come across before or cast an array instantly. At the highest Realm they can create intelligent forms of life and form something out of nothing. This art is not that well known as there are few users for it from Kurenai Yuhi known as the Dream Fairy and heir of the Kurama clan, Yakumo also known as the Dream Demon. Rias Gremory was the third Dream Master in Konoha known to the people, she was not strong as the other two but had built up to rank 4 with difficulty. She was a su??ubus from the demon world, a place of darkness connected to this world. Rias was Menma''s first maid since she had good talent to accompany him but once Menma started showing irregularities, she was the first to suffer under his hand and had almost died when he played with her in the name of training her to become strong. Were the words she had said on that day, she had known him for two years and knew that he was a nice kid with a m?tur? mind but that was a mistake and she should have known that something was wrong once his usual blue eyes were replaced with those red eyes That day she had known what true fear meant as she looked at the face warped with that evil smile, his eyes turning from red to pit black. The black was bleeding slowly into the red and every second it terrified her as the aura suffocated her, his actions of slowly breaking her body while affecting her mind had scarred her for so long. Luckily Kushina had come back to look for Menma and saved Rias from further torture at his hands. That was also the last time she saw him with that intense gaze as she always stayed away from him. But today it seems her luck was really bad, ''Issei.'' Rias wanted to call for him; she had realized that she had loved him once death came for her and this distance didn''t make it less. ''Why is he here?'' Rias wanted to ask, her body had stiffened and she wanted to sink into the earth "Relax, I am not him." Naruto muttered as he stood in front of Rias with Mikan, his hand landed on her shoulder while she had closed her eyes from fear and pissed herself "Big brother Menma scares Rias." I want us to unite and go back to our world to the time when that tragedy hadn''t happened but I haven''t reached the stage to travel worlds while I don''t think the ones with the ability would care for someone like me." Rias explained in a calm tone Naruto nodded, "Tobirama could do it and Mito, Menma might after a decade and Father should be able to do it within a decade. But they can''t do it because of the barrier above; it doesn''t allow anyone to leave this world. Your world doesn''t have a direction connection here so it''s pretty much impossible until that wall gets broken somehow and a path is made for teleportation. I could then easily send you back." Naruto smiled happily and carried his little sister into the mansion to see how lavish it was, he will design his own just like it or even better. Black Iron city was one of the important cities for the mortal population within its region and had had multiple chuunin dispatched for its protection, which were swapped after 5 years. The chuunin didn''t even get a chance to retaliate before they had been killed and the populace went into panic trying to escape but all was lost when they hit a barrier which stopped them from leaving. Most people lost hope at the moment but the courageous and smart ones led people to escape in different directions to survive until help came, as there is life there will be hope and they trusted there Hokage. On top of the Mayor''s building were 5 figures which could be described as the dogs of Iwa that had been let loose to wreak havoc. In the middle of the group was a figure that had similar shapes to most Nara clan members and he was the leader of the group of traitors from Konoha that served Iwa as mercenaries. The resistance had been pacified, so he let the madman loose on the populace and finish of the task they had been given, even Shikon did not think that the plan was something really good but he had to comply and his d?s?r? to see the world burn pushed him forward. The group split and the citizens suffered under the power of the enemy but all was not lost, as group of three had just arrived within the vicinity of the city. At the head of the group was Menma following him on his sides were Fuu and Gaara. Fuu looked excited to be part of a new adventure while Gaara was happy to spend time with his friend, as for Menma he was getting excited from what he been sensing. Looking at Menma''s expression, Gaara asked, "Are we near?" To which Menma replied with an affirmative and told them to be serious as the enemy was of high level. He released the restraints on his power and sped towards the city followed by his team, and entered through the barrier without any problem but before they could find the targets Menma messed with the barrier so that the prey could not flee. When they entered the city they became witness to a ghastly sight of mutilated bodies and blood flowing freely, which had the effect of muting down Fuu''s excitement and making her furious at the death of innocence. While the boy''s surveyed the sight with indifference and Menma saw a giant with the height of 3 meters with a fat body eating people as he walked. Menma took out his booklet on the traitors of Konoha and threats to the nation, and found what he was looking for. The hulking giant was part of a group led by Shikon Nara and was known for his cannibalistic appetite which led to him being sentenced to death but had escaped with the help of Shikon. Blanka didn''t seem to have noticed them which could be attributed to the seals which helped in concealing chakra. As Blanka was here, Menma concluded that rest of the group was also present, the hunt was a test for Fuu to see if she was worthy of being a friend. The enemy was really strong and Gaara was weak point in their team as he didn''t have much outside help for an increase in power. So he turned to his team and explained the situation, and told Gaara to handle Blanka while Fuu split to find any enemy to kill. The team split up and Menma took another direction hoping to find the Nara or the Yamanaka traitor, as they were the strongest in the group and he needed to kill high level beings to get stronger. Menma understood that these kinds of incidents were common as the nations of Gaia were too big and did not have enough manpower to cover most of the territory efficiently. Even Konoha which had the third largest territory was 510.1 million KM square, it would take a long time for them to have that high population of chakra born to cover this much area. But it was boon for him, as he always wished for opportunities to take part in conflicts and this allowed scum to exist which satisfied his base d?s?r?s. After several seconds he finally found his target which seemed to have been waiting for him, as the Nara and the Yamanaka were both present at the destination with a battle ready stance. He realized they were good enough at barrier making to find out that he had made adjustments but even then they couldn''t sense him, so he still had the upper hand. While Menma was getting ready for his battle, Gaara had prepared himself for the mortal combat, the fact that he had been handed the fat piece of scum did make him feel down as he had been underestimated but he understood that Menma was not aware of his new abilities and did not expect him to grow strong enough to fight opponents stronger than Blanka. Gaara was grateful to his father, the Kazekage and Uncle Crocodile who worked together to make the best weapon for him which he named Shukaku''s Trident which represented the fact that a lot of chakra was donated by the beast. Gaara looked towards his target which several km away from him and started using his ability to turn the ground beneath into sand for when needed. Blanka was unaware of the threat, so Gaara decided to take advantage of the free opportunity and controlled the Trident with his magnet release, and let it shoot towards the cannibal at speeds so fast that it destroyed the surrounding buildings as it passed. The Trident which zoomed through the air at twice the speed of lightning and the interference with the mobility of the foe by Gaara should have let it collide with Blanka''s torso but the enemy was strong. Blanka quickly turned himself into a giant of 100m which had the Trident pass through his leg harmlessly and he turned back to normal height with the wound healed completely. The wound had also been poisoned but with the strong constitution of the Akimichi''s specially Blanka''s he had high resistance to poison therefore the poison had also been healed. The trident was not the only attack as a sand shower had followed it but Blanka hardened his body with chakra and charged towards Gaara who was still standing at the same place. As the enemy charged towards him, Gaara took to the air and used the sand to attack the enemy but this time he added the gold, iron and diamond dust to the mix along with higher chakra which made the attacks faster and stronger. Blanka was attacked from all directions by a sand mixture in different shapes with sharp edges along with sand bullets which gave him many bruises and harmless wounds. As he was unable to reach Gaara, Blanka transformed into a 100 m giant and tried to swat Gaara away like fly but Gaara continued to dodge and made his moves bigger to compensate for the size of the enemy. The fight continued for 5 minutes with both sides not having any advantage and the area around them had become ruins but Gaara just smiled even with the fatigue showing on his face, "Its time" he said and giant Trident came from the atmosphere hurtling towards Blanka who had sunk underground when Gaara made all of it into sand. Blanka tried to protect himself by making a barrier but the trident was unstoppable and went through it like a hot knife through cheese, the cannibalistic giant was pierced from the center of his head and stuck to the ground. But even after all this he continued to struggle but it was fruitless and finally the giant died to the poison and a heavy blood loss. Gaara landed on the ground to recover from the expenditure of so much of his chakra and to see his handiwork while noting down how the situation went, so he could go through a visualization of the situation later for improvement. The Trident was decisive contributor to his victory which did make him feel like he had been left behind by Menma, the distance in strength didn''t seemed to lower but increase which made him decided to find additional methods to get stronger or else he would never have the opportunity to stand by him. Gaara took some pills and ran towards Menma''s direction so that he could witness his friend going all out after two years which was long time for kids there age and made huge difference. He wanted to gauge his target and would not let the reality of the situation pull him down. Naruto watched the battle and was impressed by the power, ''He hasn''t realized that he control the electromagnetic force and can do so much more than just this. I will give him the notes from my Gaara.'' --------------------------------------------- Fuu had separated from the boys among whom Gaara was someone who she had met just today while Menma had become part of her life since 5 days ago when she had been introduced by the Uzumaki couple. The life in Konoha was different than Taki, here she had to watch out for many new the rules and couldn''t find people willing to play with her and Menma was always busy. The only ones she had fun with were the Mikan squad when she became free from the days teachings. The training was harsh but she never let t affect her mindset, she was meant to be free willed and kept to that mindset while trying to befriend anyone interesting she came across. Within the week she had become friends with Kusano Senju and Shino Aburame along with his friends. She had a hard time getting to Menma with his dangerous personality but she was patient and was awarded with an opportunity to become his friend, so she took it and here they were on the hunt for wanted criminals. Within minutes she had come across claw marks on the buildings and the ground, the corpses also had been shared by a beast so she ?ssumed it must be Sho Inuzuka. The target was crazed person who had lost his partners during a fusion and had his mind fractured from the deaths and grief. Sho had become beast in the true essence but with some minor intelligence so followed Shinko with loyalty for the life debt. Fuu could sense the target running through the city killing everything in its path but she wasn''t fast enough to catch up to him, so she opened wings from her back and flew through the air towards Sho. She arrived at her target and attacked with a blade hurricane which would carry Sho away from the area that was still untouched. The attack was enhanced by her wings and caught Sho by surprise but it didn''t do much damage other than thin scratches on his furred skin, the distance was appropriate so Fuu used a flames which was her secondary element to enhance the power of her move. Fuu didn''t let up and kept enhancing the hurricane with her wings and fire she breathed out, everywhere it passed it turned to ash and it liquefied the ground. The flames had reached very high degree but Sho who had been caught unaware used Super Passing wolf fang which broke through the hurricane and headed towards Fuu. Fuu moved to the side with haste avoiding the attack which flew through the air and stopped at a height above Fuu, and restarted again towards her which led it to colliding with ground drilling into the land. As Sho had just passed by her, Fuu used the insect abilities she had gotten from Chomei that was spider webs from her limbs. The webs covered Sho who had rammed into the land making him immobile, the battle seemed been finished but Fuu did not feel safe and charged a compressed wind blade with a lot of her chakra. The attack was almost ready within seconds but then she heard a howl of rage from within the web prison that destroyed her concentration making the move fire prematurely. The enhanced blade was about to hit the target when whole cocoon rotated at high frequency smashing into the blade which freed Sho from the remaining constraints. Sho headed towards Fuu who had been paralyzed by the affects of the howl, so the only choice was a chakra barrier. Sho smashed into the barrier carrying Fuu along for a ride through the city, the barrier creaked and cracked but Fuu held on. Finally after a moment which seemed liked eternity the move ended and both combatants landed on the ground. Sho seemed to have gone through a beast like transformation and turned into werewolf with blood red fur, the madness was clear to be seen in his eyes. Fuu was ready to engage the enraged foe when she sensed an attack coming from her back; she quickly took to the sky dodging the move which almost hit Sho. She looked towards the direction from where the flames came from and saw a young man of 18 with black hair, the most eye catching thing on the teen was the clan symbol of Kusangi on his gloves. The situation wasn''t looking good, so she decided to stop holding back and drew on her bond with Chomei and formed a chakra cloak of vibrant green color which was the color of her chakra. The cloak strengthened all her stats and gave additional protection; she looked towards her enemies who didn''t seem to work as a team. Kyo Kusangi had turned serious when he saw the cloak and also cloaked himself with the Divine Flame Armor which was one of the strongest techniques made by his clan. Wings appeared from his back and he flew towards Fuu while throwing fire balls while Sho had followed with a rotational attack. Fuu saw the moves coming at her and could see them clearly, with her power enhanced she used wind to have Kyo bump into Sho which had the males inflict harm on themselves and followed with a dense wind spear. The spear hit the targets by surprise but Kyo was fast in his reaction as he pushed Sho into its path, saving himself as he still had the armor. The Spear hit Sho but it only pierced slightly into his abdomen, as he had the barrier at the point of impact and the fur which was stronger than enhanced metals protecting him. Even then the damage done was serious with the internal organs all had been cut, so Sho went on his knees while concentrating on his healing ability. Fuu saw that as an opportunity and attacked with more spears but this time Kyo was ready and created a giant flame pillar in front of Sho that stopped the attacks while moving towards Fuu. He cursed the fact that his clan had lost the immortal tier artifacts but he couldn''t do anything about it so he concentrated on his armor, strengthening his flames by using the sunlight and chakra. Kyo attacked with multiple fireballs and spears covering the sky with flames while Fuu continued dodge some and got hit by some but it didn''t do much damage with the cloak''s protection. Both realized the ineffectiveness of the weak moves, so Fuu charged at Kyo while Kyo concentrated his flames over his limbs ready for direct confrontation. Fuu moved erratically and kicked at his back but Kyo reacted well and responded with a well placed a punch which blasted both of them as they got hit by flames and sharp wind attacks. The combatants didn''t stop and continued to fight but Kyo was having difficulty keeping up with Fuu who saw the chance and axe kicked from the sky into the floor. The hit and the impact was too much for Kyo, so he lost consciousness from the accumulated damage while Fuu was also heaving in heavy breaths from the fatigue gained from such a stressful situation but the damage gotten kept on getting healed so physically she was in top condition but the chakra was at 60%. Kyo was a worthy foe to have her use that much energy when she had tail beast cloak on but now it was time to end him, so he gathered her power to finish but it seemed Sho was waiting for such an opportunity. Sho got her by surprise and hit her from the left side but luckily she had the cloak as she might have been completely shredded as even the cloak was showing difficulty holding back the attack. The attack carried her into the floor and kept on pushing her down while she focused on defending herself and trying to stop Sho. They had drilled a 2 km into the ground within seconds by the time Fuu had hit Sho hard enough with chakra arms to smash him into the sides of the tunnel. Sho kept on howling in rage but Fuu didn''t let up and kept on pummeling him with her chakra coated fist, the anger and rage had built up for too long from witnessing such disgusting situation. The pure girl had lost her composure and only regained her sensing after 5 minutes when the opponent was nothing but paste in the dark underground. Fuu looked at her deed and left quickly to the surface to finish off her remaining foe but when she got there, Kyo was gone without a trace. ---------------------------------------------- In the City of Black Iron the atmosphere was filled with misery and on top of a 50m building it was tense, any moment the situation could become explosive. Menma observed the targets carefully and chose the method for fighting them, the plan was to make them his slaves and he had already seen how it would go. The enemy was completely unable to sense where he was but had the defense on for any attack, Menma took out his weapon. The weapon he took out was deadly and beautiful, in its simple design. It was an immortal tier weapon given to him by the clan head, Known as the Immortal slayer and called by the name Gae Bolg. The spear was the most important thing on hand for Menma but also could become the most useless, as it was immortal tier weapon which meant it had its on intelligence and personality. Gae Bolg did not deem him worthy with his low strength which made him very angry at the start but he understood that only people of the Hokage''s level might be able to use the weapon at 100%. Menma took aim at Yosaku Yamanaka the oldest member of the Shikon squad, with his strength the spear would fly at 5 times the speed of lightning and with the effect of the spear it would multiply by two which should be enough to test the foe''s capabilities personally. He didn''t hesitate and threw it from behind the enemy towards his legs, the Gae Bolg flew without making any sound or causing any effect on the surroundings and closed on the target but before it could reach within 5 meters it collided with a psychic barrier. The spear tried to pierce through while the enemies had realized they had been attacked and Yosaku concentrated on stopping it, and Shikon helped him quickly avoid the offence with the chance given. Shikon did not just stop there but had the shadows act like whips and attack the whole area hoping to find the invisible opponent. Menma was satisfied by the result so he called back Gae Bolg and landed nearby where they could see him, the attacks didn''t land on him as he was protected by the barrier generated through Gae Bolg. Menma looked at them with happy smile on his face and spoke, "What a nice day it is, my fellow warriors. A nice day to find some slaves. No need to be so tense, I know you two are smart and should realize how the situation will end. You either become my slaves by surrendering or through the hard way or you can kill me and die later knowing you killed someone of real importance in this world. The choice is yours to make, I will give you 5 sec''s to decide." But as expected the two did not surrender, Yosaku took flight and attacked psychic blasts while Shikon dived into the shadow zone looking for an opportunity. Menma just laughed at the attempts and decided to stash the spear to make the conflict challenging. For now he started off with some low level moves, he rushed towards Yosaku by utilizing the wings that appeared on his back enhanced by the wind and dodged the moves while pursuing him and attacking with wind and water bullets that covered the area making it impossible to dodge. The attacks occupied Yosaku who had to block them using a psychic shield, the vision was obstructed and gave Menma an opportunity to hit the barrier with a condensed Rasengan which pushed Yosaku down to the ground but with focus he managed to deflect it away, which resulted an explosion that destroyed 100m from the point of impact. The act of deflection wasn''t the only thing he did, as Yosaku also used the force absorbed through his barrier and redirected it at Menma which blasted him into a nearby building and caused some bruises on his skin, following that countless spears of darkness bombarded him while the shadows converged on Menma to immobilize. The duo did not believe that would take out the Little Monster of Konoha, so Yosaku did not hesitate to utilize his full capabilities even if it destroyed his current vessel while Shikon had the shadows converge along with souls nearby to form an armor of darkness fueled with despair of the fallen and his chakra. The duo charged their attacks waiting for Menma show up and blast him into bits, Menma did show up but he caught Yosaku by surprise as chakra chains caught his foot which suppressed his powers and had him plummeting to the ground from the sky, with the additional pulling force of the chains. Menma met him before he collided with the ground with his fist covered in ice chakra and hit him in the abdomen but fortunately Yosaku was able to concentrate on his ability and teleported 2 meters away where he was pulled by Shikon to safety. Menma did not let the attack go to waste as he targeted the duo and blasted them with freeze beam which froze the immediate area creating an ideal battle ground for him. The duo dodged the attack and retaliated, Shikon still had his charged Shadow Lord''s blast on hand and used it by appearing behind Menma by several meters while Yosaku fueled by the unending rage he felt at being manhandled by a child used the hidden reserves of his powers into the one powerful blast at Menma. Menma''s first reaction was to teleport but the duo seemed to have realized that and applied moves that had the effect of solidifying space around the area, so that even if he teleported with difficulty he would end up being defenseless as the attacks looked like they were homing type. The dangerous situation excited him and he activated the Golden Chakra cloak with black outlines at some points while laughing, and created condensed rasengan with all chakra natures combined for enhancement. The duo''s attack hit Menma who was at the center of the confrontation, with them colliding with the large rasengans. Menma kept his focus on the rasengan so that they don''t explode on him and resist the attack from the enemies while duo didn''t seem to want to waste the chance and put more chakra into it. The force generated by attacks were having toll on his arms and Menma could feel his hands bleeding, and losing fingers so he decided to activate the first gate. Menma felt the rush of his power suppressed by the gates within his body being released, the power was intoxicating but he didn''t have time to waste so he focused it on his hands. The rasengans were once again enhanced and flew out of Menma''s hands towards the enemies flowing through their attacks. The duo didn''t even have a chance to react when they were hit by the move which had been weakened considerably but still packed enormous power; the duo became the center of a blast zone that covered almost 10 km. Menma landed far away from the area of effect while closing down the gate as it was too taxing on his body because of his enormous chakra reserves. The body had been completely healed and he looked to be without any trace of battle. "Gaara you can come out now" Menma said seemingly to no one. Then Gaara appeared in the sky as he seemed to have always been there, and flew toward Menma. "Congratulations are at hand Menma; you have grown so much since last time when you fought against Father." Menma turned to Gaara and hugged him which surprised the boy and said, "No need for that I still haven''t achieved a level which I am comfortable with but I am happy that you have exceeded my expectations that Trident you are using as flight tool is really something, close to immortal tier just need some more high level ingredients." Gaara reciprocated the sign of affection and took the compliments happily, as it was very rare for his best friend to actually say good words to anyone. Mostly it always ended up with Menma drowning others in shame and anger with his words, so it meant a lot. Menma looked towards the directions where the duo should have crashed; the dust storm was dispersing slowly so he controlled the wind to accelerate it. But before he could see the condition of the duo he heard the screeching of a bird, then he saw a flaming object move at blinding speed even to his eyes go through the area and disappear breaking through the barrier which Menma felt. Menma sensed the area and found the duo had disappeared, he thought that it must be one of the members who rescued them. The enemy had gone at speeds surpassing what he could move at by a long shot at least 10 times, so he didn''t know what to do and waited for Fuu to join them before he decided there course. Fuu didn''t take long to arrive as they only waited for a minute or two, she described the situation and Menma understood what to do. The flaming object was the Kusangi clan member using the Divine Golden Crow''s Retreat, it was very good technique for escape but it had the problem of large cost and won''t last long along with leaving traces as the flames would burn for days until someone forcefully cleared them off or the user was highly proficient which was not the case here. The team didn''t hesitate and flew towards the escaping criminals on Gaara''s Trident which had become large enough to accommodate them. While traveling Gaara decide to ask something that had been bothering him, "Menma, why didn''t you invite Hinata along the hunt hasn''t she become strong enough to handle it and I am confident that her father must have given her the Sun Bow." Menma didn''t open his eyes or get up from his meditative stance and replied," I would love to fight alongside her in such dangerous environment but the problem is that she is special. Since the day I met her I felt this aggressive d?s?r? within to destroy her and had to suppress it all the time when I accompany her. She isn''t the only one as I felt the same from Kusano and Sasuke. I checked and concluded that it might have to do with our souls; we should have negative relation from a past that we didn''t live. I keep her at my sides to see her achieve the power I believe she holds but I will not let some unknown force dictate my choices as I will not kill her but make her mine unless she betrays my trust. You don''t have to worry as she might join us the next time or some other time as I have been working on the solution, which is about to be realized and is in the final stages." Gaara took in what he heard from his friend with seriousness, if the three mentioned made him feel like this that meant they were likely to gain power to stand on equal grounds with the monster of the generations, the thought made him feel the pressure and suffocating at being lower in the standing, and not living up to the expectations of loved ones. He was lost in his thought while Menma smiled slightly hoping that the information would lead his friend to a path of greatness. On the other hand Fuu felt ecstatic at the idea of another girl joining the outings as the boys were too uptight. After several minutes they finally caught up to their targets and landed on the ground to follow the blood trail which led to them being meeting up with Konoha Shinobi who seemed to be really tense, so Menma let his chakra flow and found that they were being followed by 50 enemies. He looked closely and found the tiger man to be carrying Hana Inuzuka but he decided to handle the trio that had escaped first. Menma walked up to the trio who struggled to even move and covered them in chains, "You should have just surrendered now taste the suffering you deserve for denying me. But for you Kusangi, you are lucky as I didn''t give the option so you are safe. Enjoy the torture my slaves." After finishing his piece Menma threw them into the Uzumaki Gulag and they disappeared --------------------------------------------- The sun shining overhead, the forest was filled with an intense atmosphere and labored breathing of the Were-Tiger. Menma approached Hana and touched her hand to check her condition, and find more information on what took place. The results he got were not positive and it was highly likely that she would die; he spoke up to inform her companion, "She is hit with the Curse of Jashin; it is unlikely she will survive. The curse sucks the soul and vitality of the victim slowly to become part of Jashin. The only way to save her is to find the Lotus of Nirvana by entering the netherworld. I have done my part by informing you of this and by sending you to a place near by the Inuzuka City, so do inform them of what happened." Before Mizuki question what he had learned Menma had pushed them through a portal. Gaara observed the situation and asked, "Are you sure about confronting Hidan, you know how dangerous he is?" Menma looked towards the approaching prey and used the power of Origin Mokuton which made tree roots appear in the vicinity of the enemy piercing them without any difficulty and su?k?d them dry turning them to ash while in front of Menma appeared a tree which grew a fruit. Menma plucked the fruit and enjoyed the feeling of absorbing the power of the prey and replied to Gaara, "No need to worry, if the situation gets too volatile I will have us escape by using some of my treasures. On the other hand this is the best opportunity to test out our abilities to the max while experiencing risk and I have so many things to test that need durable subjects." Menma replied as he had fought the enemies with brute force without using majority of his techniques as it would make it easy and boring. While Fu agreed without any question as she heard of what kinds of atrocities the incoming foe had committed. The trio sat down on tree trunk to wait for Hidan to arrive while Fu reflected on their battle and realized that they caused a lot of collateral damage, meaning that they most likely killed a lot of the people. She mentioned that to the boys but Gaara just shrugged his head and said it was unavoidable, and they were not his people. While Menma just smiled at her, "Fu you are so cute when you talk about such things but let''s be honest here, there was no other method and I am not willing to put my life to save them. I saved them but that was only a byproduct of my d?s?r? to hunt, nothing more. Just remember I am not a hero, people call me a monster with good reason it''s just that you don''t know me well." Hearing what the boys said made her sad and lonely to be the only who cared but also angry at them for being so uncaring. The situation was serious so she didn''t want to make a scene and the battle today made it impossible to save it from collateral damage, so she calmed down for now. ------------------------------- The trio did not wait for long, as the ground before them exploded and when they looked over they saw a figure wrapped in darkness that looked like a coat and a bone mask covering the face along with bat like wings on the back and horns on the head. The energy felt was enormous and killed all living things in the area along with spreading miasma of death into the region. Menma responded quickly to the situation and threw a marble towards Hidan which struck him without giving any chance to react. The place where it struck formed a golden wheel sign that seemed to disperse the miasma, Menma was satisfied at the result but felt the loss of a legendary object being wasted at a goon of the dark immortal when it should have been used on Jashin himself. But there was no crying over spilt milk, he quickly informed the team to support him from the back while he engaged Hidan. Hidan seemed to have gone berserk but surprisingly he talked, "Mortal, I see that you have great destiny to fulfill which intrigues me. For that I give you a choice to submit yourself to my rule and become my loyal servant, in return you live and be blessed with power beyond your wildest dreams." Menma didn''t even hesitate in saying no thanks and attacked by throwing an ice rasengan which upon contact froze the area but did not hit the target which kicked him from the side. The enemy moved too fast for him to register and the hit made his bones creak with the force of the impact along with blasting him for miles. Jashin didn''t seem to be in a hurry as he walked towards Menma asking him to reconsider giving the team a chance to achieve their optimum stage. Chains covered the area trying to harm Jashin who walked through them like they were nothing but Menma had already expected that to be pointless so he had the chains act as a medium for barrier making. The barrier would hold for 5 seconds at most, so he acted with haste and activated his armor known as Chaos Uzumaki MK 3 which covered him in metal of red and black from head to toe. The armor amplified all his powers but used a lot of chakra making it suitable for only those with high chakra levels. With the armor on Menma felt the rush and his instincts screamed to be unleashed on the world, he didn''t hesitate and flew towards Jashin boosted by the chakra booster on the suit. The swift Uzumaki came at Jashin like a force of nature and punched with terrible force to which he reacted and gave a punch in return. The fists collided which destroyed the surroundings from the point of collision while they continued their combat, spreading glacial effects on the surroundings with every move from Menma. Support came from the sides but it proved to be ineffective while Menma felt his arms shatter and heal many times. Gaara decided to act with seriousness and threw his spear charging it with high amounts of chakra which made it faster than ever before and with an opportunity provided with Menma who had let Jashin punch through his heart by deflecting the move. The trident pierced Jashin carrying him into the sky while he struggled to get free, it accelerated as it traveled and changed directions towards the ground. Jashin was dragged into the ground and bombarded with attacks charged by the trio, which destroyed the surroundings leaving it barren. The trio retreated while watching out for Jashin but before they could move out of the danger zone a scythe came at Gaara to bisect him fortunately Menma reacted in time and blocked the attack. The attack cut Menma in half from the abdomen but gave enough time for Gaara to escape. Fu didn''t hesitate and pulled 2% of Chomie''s chakra combining it with hers and coating herself in a chakra cloak, and attacked with Dragon Blast which was an A rank fire Jutsu. The flames produced were white and went in a straight beam hitting the area where Jashin was, liquefying it While Gaara used the Trident as a conduit and attacked with a Plasma cannon. The attacks caused a crater but Jashin walked through them like they were air and attacked Fu, who also didn''t hesitate and fought him head on. The dark being was cruel and had no d?s?r? to spare the children. Fu attacked with chakra limbs but the foe was too durable while she lost limbs and healed. Menma didn''t wait either as both parts connected he unleashed the chakra cloak to further enhance his power and attacked. While Fu attacked from the front, Menma charged from the back planning to kick Jashin who reacted quickly by cutting and kicking Fu then ducking and slashing Menma. The attacked packed power and would have bisected him in half but Menma reacted in time and blocked the scythe with Gae Bolg. The force of the move pushed him into the air but he persisted and invested more on the boosters, the standoff continued until Jashin was hit from the side by the duo blasting him away. Before they could even take a breath, the fiend had appeared near them again and punched Gaara so hard that he went flying into the distance while cutting Fu''s limbs as she continued to fight and healed from the missing limbs. Menma wasn''t left alone either as he was also part of the conflict and lost his limbs many times, while trying to dodge an attack he suddenly lost his head but his body didn''t stop and continued fighting as the head regenerated. The battle was taking a toll on them as the regeneration cost a lot of chakra and they could die if they lost all chakra. Menma opened the first gate while Fu pushed herself to 5% which led them to increase the pace of the conflict and finally give some damage to the enemy. Using Gae Bolg as the conduit Menma blasted Jashin with Absolute Zero beam which pushed him away from them and froze the surrounding. He fell to his knees to catch his breath while Fu turned off her cloak retreating beside Gaara, they couldn''t sense any threat anymore and thought he might be done for now. The kneeling Menma could feel his instincts screaming for destruction, the necklace was being suppressed while his real personality was surfacing. The caging of the killing d?s?r? was making the return be like a flood, it was starting to creep out. Gaara who was standing beside Fu felt the alarm go off telling him that Menma was about to go berserk as the real personality had been suppressed too long and the battle had caused him too much damage building up a lot of aggression. He quickly had Fu retreat back away from Menma, as he was unsure if he would hold back from killing them.
