"True, they both are top beauties of the empire."
As I walked on the carpet, I could clearly hear the whispers from the crowd while all the gazes were directed at our entourage.
"Come with me." The princess said to me, turning to me with a smile.
I nodded. She wanted me to go to the gallery that was assigned for her faction and she wanted to show that the Xue n was in her faction.
Now, she has be the third solid choice for the different groups and sects who are looking to join a faction.
Of course, joining a faction came with benefits as well so everybody wanted to get in the game.
I followed after the princess before she helped me to fly to her gallery with her. Her gallery was like everyone else''s, A squared pir that had a room carved on top that would serve as the seating for her faction.
She elegantly sat on the main throne as I went and sat on the seat on her right. This was a smaller throne than hers, however, I couldn''tin.
This gallery was like a room that had a formation that let the people inside see through the walls of the room as if the walls were invisible. It seemed as if our throne were floating in the air with nothing around us.
The formation also blocks the eye of outsiders and we can watch the event in privacy.
I looked around to see who had already arrived.
Only the Xue n''s banner had risen among the four sacred ns, indicating that the Xue n was the first to arrive.
I looked at the uppermost tier that had ten thrones.
Eight of them were already filled, upied by eight of the Nine Celestial Sovereigns.
I already knew that the emperor would be thest to arrive so only the other three sacred ns and the royal Princes and princess were left to arrive.
"Do you think we arrived a little too early?"
The princess, noticing me looking around, asked in a yful tone.
I was a bit surprised by her sudden question hence I simply nodded in response.
"Don''t worry, others will arrive soon. Also, this gives us a chance to analyze their factions while hiding our strength from them." The princess said with a smile.
"O-Oh, I understand now. You are wise, Your Royal Highness" Iplimented.
"Hahaha, Of course, this is basic." She was pleased by mypliment.
At this moment, the crowd''s cheers reached our gallery, interrupting our conversation and attracting our attention.
Two flying ships arrived this time and these both were massive andrger than ours. Enjoy more content from My Virtual Library Empire
At first, I guessed that two guests had arrived together, however, I turned out to be wrong when I noticed the peopleing out of the ships.@@novelbin@@
From one ship, a group of people flew straight into the gallery with the Lei n banner, identifying their identity.
The banner of the Lei n rose in height as the members sat in the gallery. They were most probably the n head and the elders of the Lei n.
From the other ship, came another group that began to walk from the entrance.
In the front was a handsome and elegant man with shimmering blue hair with icy blue eyes. He was leading a group that mostly consisted of his most trusted subordinates.
There were sect leaders of different sects, n heads from different parts of the empire, and a woman adorned in jewelry and a royal gown.
The man with blue hair was the second prince, Fang Tianren, and the woman apanying him was his mother, the first concubine of the emperor.
"Looks like he has amassed a vast amount of support" I murmured weakly in wonder.
"Of course he has. He gained the support of his n way before, unlike me." The princess cursed in annoyance as she continued: "Looks like he is making great use of my idea" She gritted her teeth.
It wasmon knowledge that when the third Princess was little, the second prince woulde and y with her since she was her first younger sibling.
It was at that time that she shared her idea of creating an artifact masters sect that would build Flying Ships and other simr artifacts.
The second Prince simply stole this idea and made it his own, creating an artifact masters union that controls most of the artifact supply across the empire.
This gained him a vast amount of wealth as well as influence, boosting his faction and making him a directpetitor with his older brother who was almost 60 years older than him.
"He is just unting the Flying ships and his money like this, trying to attract more powers to his faction" She exasperated.
I could only nod in agreement in response, not knowing what to say.
In my hurried attempt to console her, I spoke encouragingly: "Don''t fret, Royal Highness. I believe that many powers will join your faction once the Xue n announces their support for you today!"
The shine in the princess''s eyes returned as she nodded in agreement with an excited smile: "Yes, That is the moment I have waited for all this time. After that moment, I''ll be a threat to them and they''ll give me the attention I deserve"
"Indeed, My princess," I said with a pleasing smile.
At this moment, two more ships arrived, however, they were not the same size as the second prince. They were simr to ours.
This could be any of the other children of the emperor, however, no one else needed to get two ships other than the first prince.
And I turned out to be right.
The first prince, with his flowing dark purple hair and matching eyes, walked in front with pride, apanied by the empress, his mother.
Behind him walked a crowd of cultivators who were mainly from the mercenary sect.
Two Emperor realm mercenaries walked beside him, showcasing his power.
On the other hand, the Tang n flew to their gallery.
"Herees another thorn in my eyes." The princess murmured with a scorned look.
