Capítulo 2176: Chapter 2176: Comic Strip
Trent Marsh’s disappearance in Gonzalez City did not cause any changes.
Many martial artists werepletely unaware that this influential figure had been captured.
They were always ustomed to Trent Marsh, who was elusive like a mythical dragon.
Because Julius Reed was the same way.
In the words of the martial arts circles, this Holy Master was a bit tricky.
As someone with exceptional martial prowess, Julius Reed seemed not very keen on personally taking action, or killing enemies in public.
As a result, over these millennia, many people had long forgotten the Holy Master’s renown.
But Julius Reed, who was at the Copper Sparrow tform, received the news immediately.
“Brother, the Holy Master has been captured,” Hawthorne whispered as he leaned in close to Julius Reed.
There was no one else in the office, only the two of them.
“It’s just the two of us, why are you so close?” Julius Reed pushed him away disdainfully, “When did it happen? Trent Marsh’s abilities are no less than mine; how was he easily captured?”
He did not fear Trent Marsh; he was just toozy to take action.
Someone once asked him why he didn’t just kill those who stepped up against him.
But were those who stepped up truly viins in the strictest sense?
In this world, there is no right or wrong, no ck or white.
Everyone takes sides and makes choices for their own interests.
Rebellion is also a kind of spirit.
Julius Reed did not want the martial arts world to forget the word rebellion, nor the original meaning of martial arts.
They can rebel against Julius Reed, that’s fine with him.
As long as they don’t engage in anything that harms the innocent, or do anything that displeases Julius Reed.
Then just let them do their thing.
No matter how much they cause a ruckus, they are not a match for him.
But Trent Marsh was an exception.
Julius Reed wanted to reveal the true power behind Trent Marsh and understand that part of history.
Otherwise, his Ten Thousand Mountain Alliance always felt awkward.
In terms of qualifications, it was slightly inferior to Dragon Dance.
“It’s a long story…”
Before Hawthorne could finish, an impatient Julius Reed interrupted him, “Then make a long story short. I’ve noticed that ever since you’ve been hanging around with Terry Moore, you’ve be so drawn-out.”
Many martial artists had arrived from Gonzalez City; Terry Moore and Karen were also here.
Their current task was to protect Bamboo Whitaker and entertain her.
They had essentially be Bamboo Whitaker’s bodyguards.
All stationed in Gonzalez City.
They took meals and drinks together and asionally chatted when they were free.
Hawthorne, being naturally sociable, had quickly gotten to know everyone.
“To make a long story short, it’s that Pranay Martinez used Trent Marsh to try and kill Eliezer Pine, but was gravely injured when Eliezer Pine used a pocket watch against him.”
“Afterwards, Sutton turned on him, wanting to eliminate Trent Marsh, but was killed by Trent Marsh, and the body is missing.”
“Later, the mastermind Prophet appeared and took Trent Marsh away. Okay, I’ve finished the story.”
Hawthorne said all of this in one breath and realized it wasn’t actually that long.
He had indeed been side-tracked.
“The Prophet took Trent Marsh,” Julius Reed instinctively squinted his eyes.
“I’m going out for a bit,” he stood up and left the room.
Walking through the corridor, Julius Reed did not knock but directly pushed open Dragon Dance’s door.
“What’s the matter?” Dragon Dance, who was sitting on a chair watching a drama, closed the monitor and asked curiously, “In such a hurry, is there something major happening?”
Since she had gained control over Julius Reed, she didn’t much care about matters here anymore.
With Julius Reed’s vast intelligence andwork, everything was under control.
She just needed to wait for the time when her God Domain recovered, to realize her dream blueprint.
“Trent Marsh has been captured; it was the work of the Prophet,” Julius Reed said with some concern, “I suspect this matter is rted to God Domain. How much do you remember about the events back then?”
In the God Domain, Julius Reed had seen the Prophet kneel respectfully.
Such a kneel was not fake; it should have been sincere.
Since even supposed gods now stood before him, with the female emperor having an indescribable rtionship with him.
This indicated that those in the God Domain were not actually gods.
At least not as gods were defined back then.
Julius Reed had been to the God Domain and there, under the protection of a sacred beast, he was not harmed.
The God Domain and God World werepletely different entities.
Back in the God World, those so-called gods were trapped and couldn’t leave.
Later, with Dragon Dance’s ‘scheme’, and Trent Marsh’s ‘willingness’, they opened a passageway from the outside, allowing them to leave.
With this, it seemed that the only one who could truly break the stalemate was Trent Marsh.
Did the Prophet abduct Trent Marsh for this reason as well?
“The Prophet… If that’s true, it’s bad. But how could someone as formidable as Trent Marsh be captured by something of his own making?” Dragon Dance was equally surprised.
“Trent Marsh was ambushed twice, and the Prophet took advantage of the situation. How much do you know about the Prophet and the God Domain?” Julius Reed ced both hands on the table, staring at Dragon Dance.
“Based on what I learnedter and spected, bined with what you told me about the Prophet and the God Domain, I have a hypothesis,” Dragon Dance thought for a moment and spoke seriously, “The God Domain may very well be a ce of concentration and imprisonment for thoseherworld beings after they were defeated.”
“The Prophet is one who slipped through the, first infiltrating the God World, then shortly leaving through the God Domain, and has been outside trying to let thoseherworld beings escape.”
After finishing, Dragon Dance shook her head and said, “No, we absolutely can’t sit back and let this happen. Once theherworld beings appear, our God n is still too weak to be their match.”
“Based on what you said, I have some idea.” Julius Reed recalled the time when Old Eight and others used the statues and human bodies to leave the Netherworld.
Even on the Dusty tform, he had sensed the aura of aherworld being in a cat, which did not hesitate to sacrifice itself to help unseal the Golden Wild Ox.
A vessel!
A vessel is needed.
Osher Reed was created by theherworld beings, indicating that these entities could produce such special beings en masse.
And those martial monks seemed to be prepared for theherworld beings.
Once the God Domain’s seal is broken, the temples will be Asura Fields.
Each temple will seeherworld beings emerging, raising the butcher’s knife against this world.
“Oh dear, let it be destroyed, I’m tired,” Julius Reed pinched his nose, feeling exhausted in body and mind.
Back then when he annihted the temples, it was by chance that he thwarted the Prophet’s n to let the people within the God Domain leave.
But clearly, as long as Trent Marsh makes his move, nothing can stop it.
“Let’s go, we must stop it!” Dragon Dance took a deep breath, feeling unprecedented pressure. “Silvio Reed, where are you! If you’re not dead,e out and stop this!”
“We can’t count on Silvio Reed, better to keep an eye on Julius Reed.” Julius Reed patted Dragon Dance’s shoulder, forting her, “Don’t worry, I’ll go back and prepare.”
After saying this, he returned to his room.
As Julius Reed pondered on how to handle this situation, the bizarre painting on his wall brought back from Dusty tform, unexpectedly showed an image again.
It was a ne.
On the ne sat the Prophet and Silvio Reed.
“What do you mean?” Julius Reed stepped up to the image and asked.
